They were quick to take in our truck after a fender bender. I had a rental within a day and they ordered parts that week. I had my vehicle (which was detailed beautifully) back in a few short weeks. They update you along the way with automated emails and weekly calls to reassure you re a priority. We had our truck back quicker than they had originally expected and it looked incredible. Will do business with them again if necessary. Thank you guys for being on top of your game!

I hit a deer in my SUV and I had no idea where to go to get it looked at and fixed. I contacted Quality Collision and Jason was absolutely amazing to work with. He was able to get my car in right away, set up a rental car and kept me up to date on when the parts were arriving/progress on fixing it. When I got my car back, I was in shock how wonderful it looked! They had it washed, wiped down and the inside was even clean. I can't thank them enough for helping me get my car back so quickly, especially Jason. I would give them more than 5 stars if that was a possibility.

We are completely impressed by the quick and above the normal effort put into repairing our truck. your shop should be called Better Than It Was Before!! even cleaned the inside and mats! Will recommend to all

Jason and his staff were very professional in how they handled everything including the repair of my car's liftgate which was completed ahead of schedule. The repair that was made is exceptional. Looks like new, and I'm very pleased with it. I'm happy to have done business with Quality Collision.

I was DEVASTATED when I hit a deer and had to get repairs to my car. John at Quality Collision was awesome! Called with updates, quotes, and kept me in the loop every step of the way. My car looks brand new and I could not be happier. Highly recommended.

Amazing service, very responsive and communicative throughout the entire process. John and Jason run a great shop, highly recommend using them for any service needed. Never went here before but they were the preferred garage my insurance recommended after hitting a deer so I figured I d give them a go. The far exceeded my expectations. They matched the special paint that was on my truck perfectly. All decals were perfectly strait and better then the ones that were on it. All body lines were accurate and uniform. Interior was cleaned. Exterior was cleaned. They tossed on a pair of tires and rims I brought in for free. They kept me updated on the status of the repair. Brought my car in for repairs after an incident with a deer. Staff was very helpful, responsive, and polite. Estimate was done promptly, and they were able to get me scheduled sooner than I anticipated. Work was completed faster than I had hoped. The car was gorgeous when I picked it up. Not only was the repair work high quality, but they cleaned the interior. My jaw dropped. I haven't seen it that clean since I bought it. Fantastic experience. Will definitely use them in the future should the need arise.

This is the second time I have used Quality Collision in Clark's Summit and I am just as happy with the service I received this time as I was the first time. The car came out great, Jason the manager was extremely helpful and stayed in constant contact with me and they even got the car back to me earlier then they originally thought. They make the whole process of getting your car repaired/getting a rental car absolutely seamless. Their waiting room is neat and clean and the entire staff is very friendly. I would highly recommend Quality Collision to anyone who is in need of a body shop... they are great!!!

I was in an auto accident back in September and I was referred to Quality Collision for repairs to the back of my vehicle. Due to no fault of theirs, my parts took 5 months to arrive. Jason was professional and provided excellent communication while waiting, and when the parts arrived my vehicle was fixed promptly. As a nice bonus, my car was shiny and clean when I picked it up! Jason dealt with the rental and insurance agencies, taking that headache off my hands too. Both John and Jason provided the best customer service during a particularly stressful time and for that I highly recommend this business!Service: Body & Trim

This was the BEST experience I have ever had with a body shop!! From the minute I took my car in for an estimate to the day I picked it up from being repaired. Everyone was soo friendly and helpful. They really worked with me and the got my car repaired correctly after what I know was not an easy task dealing with the insurance company of the person who hit me. They stayed in constant communication with me and let me know what was going on every step of the process!! I would recommend them to anyone!!

Have used this business multiple times and always happy with their work. Made an unfortunate experience as painless as possible. Kept us up to date on repairs and time frame and even helped get my rental back to it's location! Paul did an awesome job as the car looks like new! Would recommend them..

Highly recommend! Had a tree take out my front bumper and damage front under carriage. Quality Collison was so easy to work through scheduling and insurance coverage.
