I've been buying from Lutty's since the 80s when i 1st bought my car. Always great people answering the phones, Service and knowledge are excellent. It;s nice when a person answers the phone not a computer. Always a personal touch...The good conversation is a bonus!

Ordered a rear seat shelf for a 74 Chevy nova. Was sent the wrong part. Was told to ship it back they would take care of it. The part cost me $39.00 to send it back,$20.00 to ship it to me. I'm out $59.00 and still have no part. I will pass it on to all my friends.

Love dealing with luttys ! Esp being in buffalo ny, if I order early enough in day, sometimes I even get my parts next day ! And I really appreciate that they check to make sure they have the part in stock BEFORE taking your $ unlike some of the other big name suppliers that charge your card than find out parts on back order for months. Great business to deal with , I always check with them first. Thanks guys

Great place to get those classic car parts that are a sometimes hard to find locally. They do shipping too. Staff was very helpful and friendly!

We have dealt with Luttys for years buying both Chevelle and Camaro parts. The have great knowledge of the products they sell and have been great to deal with. Anytime we have called in an order they have shipped it out ASAP. We could not be happier with their service.

Was very disappointed in this place, first time customer i ordered a trunck mat and a side view mirror for a 66 Impala, recieved fast 2 days, but mat was smashed down in the box so bad that i had to iron it just to use it, the mirror was for a chevelle. they sent me correct mirror next day. the mirror would not fit my car tried for an hour to make it work. sent mirror back. was gonna order an antenna, was told no they wouldnt sell to me anymore because they "couldnt make enough money off of me"??? really? was told to "have a nice life" and hung up on....i have since spread my message to many clubs.....they will lose many more customers ....very sad...
