Brand new to the area, I took my car in for inspection and ended up needing 4 new tires. They gave me a great price. And the receptionist was great, really funny. She helped me figure out how PA inspection works and welcomed me to the area. I need new brake pads soon will definitely be going back

Called to see if they could do lifters and a camshaft replacement on a 2011 Charger and his reply was we're getting too old we don't do that kind of work it's too hard for us. Anybody who works on cars knows that a Dodge Charger camshaft placement, with 12 new lifters and rockers only takes about 2 and 1/2 hours if you know what you're doing

My brakes were not right. Cheswick Automotive found the problem and explained to me the along the way what was going on. They answered all my questions. As a woman walking into a mechanic, I always feel nervous I am going to be taken advantage of. This was not the case here! They spoke kindly, treated me with respect, and gave me a great deal!Service: Brakes

I am a new customer. Could not get my truck inspected at my usual garage. Called them and they inspected my truck and did a wheel alignment. This place is awesome and will be using them for more. I had a puncture in my rear tire around the christmas holiday. It was around 6 PM and I was trying to get any help I could find. Stopped here real quick and the owner was locking up the door. He took a quick look found the hole and plugged it for me. I tried to pay him and he just wanted a hand shake and said merry christmas. I tried again to pay him because he stayed after hours and did not have to do anything for me at all but he insisted. I would highly recommend these guys! Super friendly and trustworthy!!

JUST got off the phone with this business. The woman who answered the phone was beyond rude. If I didn't know any better I would think she was put in the office to drown the business. We have been quoted by other repair places a similar price on 3 things we need done to our vehicle. About $350 - $400 depending on the labor involved.The woman said "We don't quote prices over the phone, let's get that straight from the beginning."I couldn't believe it! I told her an old friend had recommended that I go there, but after speaking with her, there's no way I'd trust my vehicle in their hands.If they are so dismissive and abruptly RUDE over the phone, imagine how careless they would be AFTER they got your business!

Took our Jetta there for inspection and emissions. The lady on the phone and in person could not have been nicer. Treated us great. First time that i was told that my vehicle did not need anything except for the inspection/emission. Great service.

If i coule give this a zero i would. I was in an emergent situation to get a damaged license plate replaced and my usual inspection place could not fit me in due to covid 19.... it was a basic question and the attitude was unprofessional and especially during these crazy times, it was not appreciatied... you dont know why a customer is asking a question and what further businesa that persom could bring to you. By far the worst customer service ive ever experienced!

It's hard to find a good, fair mechanic but these guys go above and beyond! I have been using them for close to 20 years and will continue to indefinitely! Fair prices, quality work, awesome to work with

I have been doing business with Cheswick Auto for over 15 years. They have always given me fair prices on repairs and honest service. It's why I continue to do business with them even though it is no longer local for me.

I called them up for a price on having my exhaust manifold donut changed because many other places were overcharging (my father is a mechanic) or out of business. After the mechanic said I'd have to bring my car down for the price estimate, I told him that I was up in Clarion and asked him to reconsider. He told me to look around up here and then immediately hung up before I could say anything else. Why the hell do you think I'm calling from so far away? I already checked up here. 3/4 were out of business and the 4th one I no longer go to since it has new management that overcharges everything now. I just happen to be familiar with you since you were recommended to me by others.Treat me like a human, not dollar signs.

If you're a new customer they won't give you the time of day. I was told go elsewhere not taking any new customers. Very unusual response
