Time warp back to the 50's-80's� Oil & Oil filter changed� Air & Cabin filters (see pic of mine)� Check & fill tire pressure� Suggest or complete rotation of tires� Check & top off fluids (not brake fluid)� Wash your windshield (squeegee)� Friendly banter on other issues seenThese gentlemen were a pleasure to meet and do business with. They immediately saw me coming in and cautiously directed me to drive into a bay (you don't have to if you don't want to)Sitting in my driver's seat and watching them completely check everything and suggested items like my nasty looking filters to change. Now mind you they gave me the opportunity to buy it not force me into buying it. Which made me feel comfortable with doing my oil change hereThe crew was polite and respectful. They were talking among themselves about putting oil in or telling me to finally start the engine. Very safe environment for the customer and themselves. Kudos to them!I'll be glad to refer you to this establishment!

These guys saved me (a broke college student) hundreds of dollars!!!I went to get an oil change and had my battery checked because I had to get my car jumped earlier that morning. The mechanics discovered that my starter was the problem when my car wouldn't start in their shop (!!!).They were able to start my car and let me keep it running in their shop while I ran across the street to another mechanic to see if they could replace my starter.As a young, (broke) female college student, I really appreciated how helpful they were and how safe they made me feel. They told me how much I should expect to pay, and when I returned with a quote that was *way* too high, they called an auto-parts shop, and provided the person on the phone with all of my info so that all I had to do was drive there and pick it up!! (I ended up having a friend replace the starter).These guys saved me hundreds of dollars and made me feel so comfortable in a time of stress. Thank you guys!!

Immense gratitude and thanks to Dave Brown, manager at the West Chester location, who went over and above customary service. I took my car in for an oil change which was done expediently as usual. Two hours later, my car wouldn't start and I wondered if anything had happened while in for service. I called and got Dave who was closing for the day. He asked me where I was - fortunately close by - and drove to my location to check under the hood. Turned out to be a dead battery so he gave me a jump and I was on my way. This was on a Friday night, New Year's weekend, when he was no doubt looking forward to heading home, but stopped to help me which allowed me to get to a family gathering on time. Thank you, Dave. I so appreciate your generous and willing spirit.

Awesome service! In this day and age of having to try to schedule oils changes at dealerships..this place is the best! Simply pull up and it takes 15 min max! Thorough and friendly service! Keep up the good work!

Different employees when you go there. At one point you was able to get to know the workers. It's good to know people that work on your vehicle

Oh my gosh this place is a dream come true for busy working me!!! This place is amazing, and you don t even get out of your car! The gentleman there were so honest and kind. I brought my daughters car there for an oil change. They informed me that she didn t actually need an oil change (the sticker was incorrect & never reset). They topped it off, checked the air in the tires and did t charge me! I went here on a recommendation from a friend, and let me tell you, despite the service being slightly out of my budget, it was well worth it. Had a bunch of codes pop up on my dash after the service and both technicians worked together to sort out the issue. They took whatever time was needed to make sure my car was ok. Not only did I appreciate the time they took, but they were both respectful with a good sense of humor. My car is totally fine now with no codes. Thanks for being awesome!! Quickest oil change around. Seems like there is always an up charge for "synthetic" oil. But I dont know of any late model that runs on 10w30/40. They will top off any fluid between oil changes. Nice for windshield washer in the winter.

I was a mechanic for over a decade but am currently a stay at home dad. I was apprehensive about having someone else do my oil change, but you can't do it yourself in an apartment complex. Pulled up and got checked in and was given pricing up front, which was nice. Oil change itself was quick and efficient, with all the basics checked out during service. Got home and checked the oil level and it was spot on. What more can you ask for? I would recommend for sure.Service: Oil change

This place was the best. I was in and out in about 30 minutes (there were two cars in front of me) ang the guy changing my oil was super helpful and nice. I will definitely be coming back.

Great service, very convenient. You just pull up to the garage door and wait for the bay to open up. They takd care of everything, oil filter if needed, tire pressure, etc. Very professional and welcoming.

Quick and easy oil change. I'm not a fan of the drive through. I liked it better to wait in the waiting area while the work was completed. I understood during Covid.

Visited there today, got an oil change, tire check and fluids topped off for a very reasonable price. Courteous and prompt - about 20 minutes, and they had all the bays filled when I started. They explain everything on their iPad, go through a vehicle checklist, email you the receipt, etc. No worries - get your oil change done here without fear.

Rob is legit. I am leaving for Ohio tomorrow and not of course my oil light goes on a day before I leave. I pulled up and with in 3 minutes my car was in the bay to get worked on. $40 bucks later they changed my oil, oil filter, loaded up any fluids my car needed and reset my alerts on my dash. You guys have my business and appreciate the quick service!

I love coming to these guys for oil changes! Normally I am terrified to take my car anywhere for fear of being harassed into getting other work done or getting charged for things I don t need. I normally work on my car or my dad does. But for just a little more than the cost of oil and a filter at auto zone, I love coming to Tolsdorf when I don t have the time or energy to do it myself! Always a great experience. Thank you!

Drive thru oil change in less than 10 minutes for ~$40. Seriously can't beat it if you value your time. Really, really nice people too.

Quick service and reasonable recommendations. They do a quick check and tell ypu what you may need. Always polite employees. Very quick. They vacuum and clean the windows as well. Competitive prices.

Really reliable and affordable guys that even take a quick look under the hood if it's not too busy. Went once for a pre-inspection oil change and was so impressed I go back for everything now.

Tolsdorf on E Market St in West Chester is the only place I will get my oil changed. Not only are the guys trustworthy, they get the job done quickly and efficiently. There is rarely ever a wait here, and the prices are great. Thanks to Nasif, Dave, Brett & Anthony my Acura TSX is purring like a kitten! Highly recommended!!!

I went for an oil change. They were not able to do it, but gave me a reason of why, they also fill my oil until I can take it to the previous shop at no cost, and the staff was very nice. Thank you for a great service.

Came on the busy and hot Friday before July 4th. Needless to say, there was plenty for them to be slow and agitated about, but none of it showed. Was in and out super quick and the people working there were all around great people.

Fast, efficient and informative. They are friendly, professional and offer you services versus the normal high pressure approach so common at fast oil chains. Well done Tolsdorf staff!

Quick, friendly and efficient! I was in and out in 20 minutes for an oil change, wipers, and air filter. They vacuum, and check everything! Love them !
