This place is great. Very honest and competitive prices. They ll be happy to show you what s wrong with your car and explain the costs in detail before doing anything. This is just to make sure you re comfortable with the work they re doing. Highly recommend.

Great service at this Meineke location in Philly. Recently got a sensor which was still under warranty replaced and all the interactions was cordial and they assisted me without any issues. I recommend this Meineke in west Philly. Cheers

New owner is a complete scammer. Told me I needed a new part and charged me 4K. Car broke down and was considered totaled two days after. Went to call him and was called many names, including an idiot and that I knew nothing about cars. Please, please do not go here

This place is the worst! They did not open on time. Came in an hour and 15 minutes late. Then called me and said nothing was wrong with my ball joints couple weeks later ball joint broke. This was my second time here this year and I was once again pleased with the customer service I received from Amber and her dad. The tech was very informative and did an awesome job with replacing my wheel bearing. I'll definitely go there again and so should you.

***UPDATED. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Installed an After Market AC compressor and the labor charge was very reasonable considering the job...Volvos are a big pain!Highly recommend!!Friendly and honest staff. I will definitely use them again. Helped me locate and order an aftermarket part that was half the price of the one normally used.Great customer focus!

My 1995 ford ranger had been sitting for awhile and needed some love and a return to service. It needed a little bit of everything. It took the shop about 4 days, and they took care of business. Waited 15 mins while Anthony finished his personal conversation on the phone. Another Cust joined me waiting also. Finally acknowledged I was told they did not honor appointments made online. So why was I able to make an appointment that was not being honored. Not to worry I m never going back and hope all meineke locations don t offer service this bad. Fix the disconnect between online and In store to start then brush up on customer service.

My boyfriend brought a car from them they gave him stickers said everything was fine 2 days later car was smoking told them they said sold as is if you by a car or get it look at be careful

My experience was horrible I will never go back. First they told me that they would not charge me for checking that I had my jeep, I will take it, I wait 4 hours for them to tell me what is ok, how do I not leave the jeep, they charged me $55 dollars, something that they were not supposed to do because according to them it was free. I tell him that he has the jeep and you tell me the radiator and thermostat and that why is it heating up something that is not true ok I left indignant because I know they were lying to me just because I am a woman but they robbed me when they charged me oh and if they fixed it it was a total of $920 dollars and when I took it to another place it was only a lid that cost $20

Got a new battery and 4 mounts put in. I paid a fair amount and it was done in a timely fashion. They people there work with You on pricing and gives you a call for every little things they do, to keep you advised and in the loop.
