For anybody going to get their vehicle Repo, BEWARE!!!!There are a lot of Repo, Recovery Services out there and 90% of them are both ruthless and SLIMEY.I have read the reports of what they did what the job required. Focusing on the subject. Your property that is required to be returned. Do Not Hold Your Breath. You will only get 70% of it when deemed fit. I knew some of my things won t be returned 100% but I was ready for the inevitable and took out 80% of my valuables.I heard some sad story of people s valuables just vanished and the company (International Recovery System) plays Stupid and innocent. If the repo company is forced to close or Bombed. I and the rest of the country would not lose sleep if not it would be a happy miracle. In our everyday world, life happens and it s the inevitable.A word of Advice. Make sure you are ahead of the game (keep a heathy monthly payment)before repossession. Besides having the record stuck on your credit report for a solid 7 years. You can avoid poisonous entities such as International Recovery Service and the thriving crack heads that work in that company.

Worst place ever. Took my car at 5 in the morning with no notice. Then had me waiting for 2 in a half hours !! I had to pay for an Uber to get there & I had to stand at the gate the entire time. Told me I needed my id but it was in the car that THEY had, thank god I had a picture on my phone. There was ONE nice person there but the other one was so rude, he ignored me when I was trying to talk to him & he continued to text on his phone while I was trying to talk to him. They thought it was funny & said looks like your having a bad morning . I understand they re doing their job but there s no reason for them to ignore people or say smart remarks, they can at least warn people by knocking on their doors so they can figure things out. I missed my first day of work at my new job & now I lost that job & they don t know anyone s situation since it was my car companies fault in the first place !

One of their workers kept knocking on my door like he was the police. Not sure which of the 3 locations this person was from. I told him, the car he was trying to repossesse wasn't my car, he had the wrong house. He kept insisting, I open the door, just seemed kind of weird to me. The repo man, is supposed to take the car and leave right?

Took my car around 1 am no notice, messed up my front end during the tow, dug through my entire glove box & threw everything on the floor, when we got there to pick the car up they where extremely rude & even swore at me.. bad customer service and they don t care at all about anyone else s property. The place looked like a junk yard.

They stole my sister's car out of the drive way. After calling the police, the vehicle was located here. They said there was a mix up, and could return it on Monday(happened on a Friday). As quickly as they stole it they could have brought it back just as quick. Basically hooked it and booked it, not stopping to check Vin numbers. We drove 45 minutes after the police gave the OK to pick it up the same day. The dude there was super aggressive and rude.

My car was towed on 9/14, when I picked it up 9/15 there was a big and deep scratch with a dentist on the passenger side. I took pictures and immediately called to report the damages. They took a report and told me someone would be in touch. After two weeks, I called again and was told that it was under investigation (not sure why) and someone would reach out within that week. Here it is a month later, and no one has called me about the damage to my car. I called again today and was told a note will be put in for someone to call. This is ridiculous and very unprofessional.

They broke the drive shaft of my truck during transport and they aren't claiming responsibility

The Tow truck driver for this company towed my 22 year old autistic sons car out of my steep driveway without asking him to drive it out or put it in neutral he dragged it out and damaged the blacktop that was recently resurfaced. Anyone with common sense to see this driveway is too steep for a non professional driver. The woman that handles calls and complaints asked for proof to do a investigation!!

I was read the FTC and the PA recovery this what I found:VehicleRepossessionRelated ItemsPaying Your Car LoanChances are you rely on your vehicle to get you where you need to go and when you need to go whether it s to work, school, the grocery store, or the soccer field. But if you re late with your car payments, or in some states, if you don t have adequate auto insurance, your vehicle could be taken away from you. When you finance or lease a vehicle, your creditor or lessor has important rights that end once you ve paid off your loan or lease obligation. These rights are established by the contract you signed and the law of your state. For example, if you don t make timely payments on the vehicle, your creditor may have the right to repossess or take back your car without going to court or warning you in advance. Your creditor also may be able to sell your contract to a third party, called an assignee, who may have the same right to seize the car as the original creditor. The Federal Trade Commission, the nation s consumer protection agency, wants you to know that your creditor s rights may be limited. Some states impose rules about how your creditor may repossess the vehicle and resell it to reduce or eliminate your debt. Creditors that violate any rules may lose other rights against you, or have to pay you damages.Seizing the VehicleIn many states, your creditor can seize your vehicle as soon as you default on your loan or lease. Your contract should state what constitutes a default, but failure to make a payment on time is a typical example. However, if your creditor agrees to change your payment date, the terms of your original contract may not apply any longer. If your creditor agrees to such a change, make sure you have it in writing. Oral agreements are difficult to prove.Once you are in default, the laws of most states permit the creditor to repossess your car at any time, without notice, and to come onto your property to do so. But when seizing the vehicle, your creditor may not commit a breach of the peace. In some states, that means using physical force, threats of force, or even removing your car from a closed garage without your permission.Should there be a breach of the peace in seizing your car, your creditor may be required to pay a penalty or to compensate you if any harm is done to you or your property. A breach of peace also may give you a legal defense if your creditor sues you to collect a deficiency judgment that is, the difference between what you owe on the contract (plus repossession and sale expenses) and what your creditor gets from the resale of your vehicle.Do I Have to Pay a Fee to Get My Things Back?In most states, creditors cannot charge you a fee for storing or returning your personal property. Creditors usually only have a right to charge you storage fees pertaining to the car itself. This means that the repo agent hired by a creditor to take the car also cannot charge you money or a convenience fee to let you get your things back before the car is towed away.So I'm NOT PAYING ANYTHING!! I have my COUNSELOR on this!

I had an appointment for 1pm which was CONFIRMED and they are so understaffed I had to wait over an hour to get my car. They need to stop overworking these people and get more employees. SOME of the employees are dismissive and disrespectful. As I m writing this review I m still waiting for my car.

I went to the 805 W 2n st to pick up my tag after I paid my late fees. They said they did not find it, I asked if they could look again but they said I came too late so try again tomorrow. I came the following day, I waited about 20 minutes and the representative said they do NOT have it, they said they even checked a "bin " they might have placed it. The followign day (day 3) I go to the police and fire federal credit union . The Collections department calls the president of teh IRS and in one hour I am told my tag has been located at that facility. It takes extream effort, time and resources to travel to this location, not just once but now 3 times. I am extreamly unsatisfied with the ability of the representatives to locate tags. Please look into this case as a model to be edified .

They do take care of your vehicle. Just remember that they charge at least $25 a day storage fees, on top of whatever you already paid.

I had property missing from my vehicle. It was an umbrella and a small tool set and jumper cables and similar things. I doubt they were stolen. Probably just misplaced.
