I had breaks and rotors done and they had me out of there in a half an hour. Great and friendly service and very affordable prices. This was my first time going there and I would highly recommend them.

I went this morning and they tried to charge $150-200 for changing a spare tire. I told them I called before and was quoted $25. They continued to laugh and joke so I left and went to 3rd & Flower to Quicks. I was charged $15 and the service was quick and easy. H&B needs to respect their female customers more and stop trying to overcharge and swindle them. I will never return. If I could give this rating a zero I would.

Worse experience ever for a tire. The Jamaicans are rude as hell, no respect at all. $60 for a used tire and bad customer service I won t be returning. Might need to have a customer service meeting to improve your services.

UPDATE- I needed brakes on my Van and decided to get them done here since I was getting a tire replaced. The staff was professional, and I was out of there within 30 minutes. I also had a radiator replaced on one of my other cars. The work was done correctly, and I am very pleased how my car is running. I would highly recommend this business for major car repair work as well. You will not be disappointed.Needed a back tire. I was in and out. Staff is nice and very helpful.Highly recommend.

The mechanic is super nice. He doesn't try to rip people off and he is honest about if the car should be repaired or not. He is very knowledgeable about cars and is willing to point you in the right direction if he can't help. The owner is personable and the prices are very reasonable. Definitely recommend this shop for majority of your car needs. They will take care of you not try to take all of your money!!! Go visit you will not be disappointed.

Do not go to this business. They told me they had a tire in my size over the phone. When I arrive, they told me they didn t have the size. I ended up with a flat tire. On my way to work.Awful business

My wife and I noticed air leaking from our tire while at lunch on our way back to DC. We went to a local big name auto tire place. They were not able to take a look at it due to staff shortage. We googled for a local shop and H&B told us they had a matching tire. Upon arrival they inspected the tire and plugged the hole within 15 minutes. Amazing service and really got us out of a jam as we were 200 miles away from DC and driving on a doughnut would have been dangerous and we couldnt wait until the next day due to work waiting for the big brand store. The employees were super nice and helpful. In and out and the cost was minimal. Such a good price and i was so thankful i provided a tip. Happy Holidays and thank you for the help. God.bless.

Really nice and quick! Blew a tire on 95 and they helped me out. They have a lot of tire sizes here too. The first place I went didn t have my tire size.

Told me $100.00 for 2 used tires not including installation. I left and went to another tire shop around the corner and was told this place goes around and buy up all the used tires so you have no other choice but to go to them! Well, they won't get my money! I suggest anyone that reads this to give their business to one of the older local places in the city of Chester.

When I arrived for a used tire the owner came out, selected the tire I needed and put the rim on in less than 20 minutes.Top notch customer service.BTW, the used tire had plenty of tread on it.

Miles away from my home and with a flat spare I decided not to give this owner a penny out of my pocket. I've never seen a person lazily plug a tire the way that he did and he was ready to reinstall the tire on my vehicle when one of the other workers discovered that the tire still had a leak. The price that he wanted to charge me for a used tire was way too much and I didn't like the owner's attitude. Fact check for him because he told me that he would like to know of a place: Tires ETC. has new tires $10 more than the price of his used tires for a car. However, I was miles away and not sure if I'd make it so I drove to 4th street in Marcus Hook and gave Lou's my business instead. Now those guys were efficient and reasonable. Wish I could remove this one star and make it zero

My son broke down on way home from work 4:30pm Saturday. I was able to go pick him up... Took him straight to shop. Within 20 minutes he had problems fixed and was home in time to have dinner securely with family.

I can only find my size tire in Philly. I found this place in chester that Carry my size,everytime I need my tire fixed or oil change I can always count on them.just got my brakes done..Hey guys Be there soon for my next oil change

Was good,polite,quick and fast and tire and labor was only $45 vs Mavis Discount Tire was going to charge me $125-140 plus tax and labor cost,Please...not on a 19 yrs old car.
