Family Auto Diagnostics provided very timely and efficient service. I was able to bring my car right in and they provided high quality and very affordable service. They are very honest and were able to show exactly what the issues were with my car. I will definitely be a frequent customer as Family Auto saved me money and provided high end service that is difficult to find in Delaware County.

Fair and honest mechanic. I bring all my vehicles to Frankie. From my older trucks to my 2014 Audi. Not much he doesn't know about motors. More than once he fixed electrical problem that many mechanics could not fix. Thank you for your service!

I had a great experience at Family Auto Diagnostic and Repair. The guy's were extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of car repair. I know we're I'm taking my car next time I have a problem.

Went for an inspection and the guy told me there was nothing he needed but the keys. I never had an inspection done in PA so I �unfamiliar with the process. With that being said, I walked home cause I live close. While walking I ended up dropping and breaking my cell phone. After few hours, passed like he stated, I called. One "gentlemen" started yelling and screaming at me stated he's been calling me and I wasn't answering. When I tried to explain he became completely rude. When I asked to speak to his supervisor he started cursing. When I wasn't to pick up my car both of the guys we're extremely rude and disrespectful! With all that being said this place is not AFRICAN friendly. Might have a great experience if you're European...

I took both of my vehicles there and was very happy with the service the one needed brakes . my other car was leaking power steering fluid and could not find it . but they did right away.

I finally found a mechanic I can trust. They were fast but thorough. Most importantly, the price was right. I was able to watch as Frank and Scott corrected the mistakes of an unnamed careless national chain shop.

The brake service on my car was well timed ...priced well,,,.,.I will be bringing my car back for future service.My tech was a real pro,double checked his work..open and honest.,.,.,.,good exp.,.,Very happy with service..

Great service expected them to have my car a few days done the same day and dropped it off late on a Saturday have to say felt like a place u could trust thanks again 4 the great works A+++

As usual Frankie provides timely service at affordable prices. Stop wasting your time with all the other costly mechanics in Delco and get over and see him.

It's not very often that you find a fair and thorough mechanic. Family Auto Diagnostics and Repair is just that. The service and staff are amazing!
