As always Eric's Auto Repair came to my rescue and correctly repaired what Meineke in Darby didn't repair completely..thanks so much to Eric and his crew for helping me out when I didn't have an appointment....if your car needs repairs, Eric's is the place to go...they do excellent work that is guaranteed for 12 months or 12,000 miles....excellent customer service as well

The guys who work here are extremely friendly, very accommodating & knowledgeable!They have very competitive prices & their hourly rate is below the average, well..... for now anyway, they said it was going up soon.I pulled up with a flat one day & they fixed it in less than 10mins. The other time I went was just for a simple oil change, my cars light was flashing at me, so I needed it done yesterday.They got me right in & right out. I've been to shops that ask you to leave your car, just for an oil change...... it was nice to pull up, get an oil change & leave.I would highly recommend going to Eric's!!

Twenty-four years ago I had the remarkable good fortune of taking my car to Eric's. The dealership and two other mechanics failed to diagnose and fix a persistent problem. In a few minutes Eric figured out what to check; fixed the problem. (It did not cost much!I have never looked back. Always fair prices. (Actually low prices.) Excellent work. I have sent others to Eric's. I am now (usually) 35 miles away. Would not go anywhere else.

Eric's is one of the last places left like it. Always fair pricing, quick, high-quality work, and they'll never try to sell you something you don't need. I've been using them for years, and I can't recommend them enough.

This business ruined my car a Z28 Camaro. Left the window down after it was broken into while on their premises. They also let the whole car get flooded and kept making false promises to fix it. Worst shop ever and the owner is rude and doesn t know as much about cars as he claims. Car is ruined completely from their negligence I ll be taking legal action against this shop.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair

I have never had anything less than exemplary service at Eric's auto repair. Every request has been always fulfilled (sometimes at the last minute) and all work has been done perfectly. Ill continue to bring my vehicles here and recommend to everyone I know.

Great great service, those guys are the best, the work is flawless, they go above and beyond, more then fair prices, recommend to anyone who loves there vehicle, or who likes reliable and consistent quality standards.

This place is horrible!!!!! I needed my alternator replaced, so I purchased one from auto zone. Eric said he would put the alternator in within 2-3 days. He ended up keeping my car for almost a MONTH!!!!! I was told the price would be around $150- $200. Once my car finally done, he changed the price to $366. What other mechanic charges almost $400 to put in a alternator that didn t come from them?? Only ERIC. Ripped me off. I would never recommend this place to anyone. I only went to this place because the reviews were good. He probably made the reviews hisself or had his rude workers make them!

I experienced a complete brake failure approximately 1 mile away from Eric's auto repair. I was able to get my car to Eric's shop without incident. I explained my situation to Eric, and explained that I was far from home and would not be able to leave my car overnight. Eric was very accommodating , and took my car in immediately and performed the required repairs so that I could continue my journey without incident.I want to thank Eric and his team for their exceptional service, expertise, and compassion in assisting me in my time of need.I highly recommend Eric's auto repair for all your automotive repair needs.

We had a great experience at Eric's Auto Repair. Just got our car back after a $400 repair which was a lower price compared to other local shops - the job actually took less labor time than Eric's initial quote and they reduced the price without being asked. We will definitly be going back to Eric's for future inspections and repairs. Learned that Eric and his team have been at that location since 2002 so we're also happy to take our car maintenance needs to a longstanding local family business.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Eric is fast and efficient. He s very busy, but not too busy to take the time to talk to you. Fixed my fianc�s car for a MUCH cheaper price than another shop who just wanted to charge for diagnostics at $140 per trouble check. All it needed was spark plugs, ignition switch and coil. Problem solved. He is my go to guy from here on out. FYI: when you make an appointment with him, make sure you get the time because he doesn t tell you and just writes it down probably thinking he did. I walked out twice forgetting to confirm the time, lol.

Finally a mechanic that isn't clueless. These people are rare so when you find one, hold on! Seriously though, decent people and always get the repair right the first time.

Knowledgeable and HONEST! Highly recommended. Dealership made us replace 3 alternators and 3 batteries for electrical problems over a 4 year period. Eric and his mechanics resolved the issue with a new battery terminal and a ground wire for under $100.

What can you say about Eric and Keith. They have been taking care of my vehicles for over 20 years. Eric is fair, makes room for you in an emergency, takes the time to explain the work and the vehicle is returned the way it was received. He is the exception to his profession. I would be remiss not to include Keith.As Always.....Well DoneThanks.....John K

Took my car here after Midas said I needed $1,000 worth of work for a bent fuel pipe (they tried to sell me all new parts, etc). Eric fixed the problem via reshaping/welding, replaced a tail light bulb, etc. Passed safety inspection fine and saved me from getting ripped off. Total work with parts and labor $130. Work done professionally and quickly. I will never go anywhere else.
