Incredible customer service is bliss!I kept dealing with a dead car battery in the mornings, and had the battery replaced by my mechanic. Everything was fine for a couple of weeks then it was dead again. Bangharts was recommended to me to see what was going on. Frank spent days testing and removing electrical components, fuses, etc to figure out what was causing the problem. His communication was above and beyond, and Ashley was also wonderful to work with too. They installed a new radio for me, and hopefully this solves my problems.I would recommend them all day long, and I am comforted with the lifetime warranty on parts and labor if anything goes wrong.

I got an upgraded alarm system installed today. It has shock and tilt sensors. Also, I can track it, start it, and remotely monitor it via a phone app.It was a pleasure dealing with Ashley and Frank. As I was not familiar with this system, Frank explained things to me before my purchase and demonstrared its features/use after it was installed.I am very satisfied with my experience with these fine folks and the setup that I now have!

Had them do a remote start with alarm for me 2 years ago and forgot to write my review. They took the time to go over the product, completely, and all the benefits of having the product and other options should I choose, and they were very friendly, and the service Was done perfectly and two years later I have no issues I highly recommend the shop for any of the services they offer

Ignorance is bliss I guess. My husband had the head unit and speakers upgraded when the Jeep was new as he knew I loved my music. I had remote start installed at the same time. Remote start stopped working about 2-3 years ago, but it is what it is as it wasn't terribly expensive to begin with. I had an issue initially with speakers blowing, crackling and popping, as well just the overall volume being pretty low even with the new speakers, sub and amp.Fast forward, my husband made the mistake of wanting to add on to my system, replace the sub, etc., What a daggone mess!!!!Driver side tweeter was never connected, pigtailed connections in the sound bar, leaving the original plug just kind hanging out , reversed polarity on 2 speakers, live (cut) wires in the dash, crossover not attached to anything/stuck to the magnet on the back of the speaker, and....and a random taped off wire found under the passenger carpet that we still aren't sure where it goes, but my husband has a feeling it fight have something to do with my remote start no longer working.So yea, was I happy before I knew all this? I mean, yes, I guess so. I thought it was a little crazy that I had to have it turned up to 33 out of 35 to have loud enough sound to be heard clearly all windows down at 55 mph, but it was always like that.However, knowing now how much was paid for some seriously shoddy installation, next time I will buy the equipment myself and pay the neighbor kid to wire it up.

Frank installed a really nice sound system in my bronco. Had some minor issues come up, easily resolved, great support afterwards, as well. Overall very good experience.

Poor experience. I would not suggest anyone to come here. They incorrectly installed my lights and weren t honest. I had the utmost respect and trust for them but it s now gone.

I've never been so pleased with a shop. Had a compact sub installed. They made sure to call with any updates/issues they ran into and did it for a great price. They wired everything perfectly and even organized some existing wires I had from a dash cam and floor lights. Banghart's really went above and beyond. Not only will I be returning but this is the only shop I will recommend from now on. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and explained everything they did and how they did it. 10/10

I wish I had found this place sooner! I was struggling for a fix to my 2009 Pontiac G8's sound system, and so were two dealerships I went to. Frank and his team quickly diagnosed multiple issues and fixed everything at a very great price. I would highly recommend them. Great, friendly service with a nice family vibe. Good folks.

These guys did a solid job on my Japanese imported Land Cruiser. The truck is a 24v system and they had to convert power to my new radio down to 12v. They nailed it, put all new speakers in and we finally have sweet audio in this old beast. Knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I ll definitely be going back to these guys.

Went to banghart s to have some work done on my suv. My request was not unusual, however not common. Frank the owner of this establishment was clear and communicated any and all concerns on their end as well as making sure i was comfortable with the work being done. They showed me all work completed, and were honest from start to end. It is extremely difficult to find any legitimate shop that is honest and gets the job done right as well, and this is that gem! Looking forward to coming back to take my system to the next level! Highly recommend

Bangharts is amazing!!! Probably the best place I've ever done business with. Honesty goes a long way and they are by far the most honest strait forword people I've ever had the privilege of doing business with. You need work done to your car, truck, bus, van, then this is the place you want to go to. I can't say enough about this company. From the second i walked in the door to this moment right now they've gone exceeded my expectations. The work is amazing and the people are so friendly, they make you feel like your apart of the family. Again can't say enough about this place. Check it out for your self and see what im talking about. You wont be disappointed.A huge thanks to everyone at Bangharts for your hard work and the passion you put into your work, it shows! I was told a about couple hours wait for 2 door speaker replacements and after 4 hours I called for an update and they said they'd check and call me back.after a half hour I got a call back saying it was being worked on and it was a several hour job and wasn't told how much longer. If I knew it was going to be that long I would've arranged a ride home but I waited nearby because I was told about 2 hours. I went back to the place at the 5 hour mark and my car was out front and then they took it back. and then after about another hour it was complete. Also the speakers I got are available elsewhere for half the price I was charged.

Outstanding customer service. I recently had warranty work done on my ProAir A/C in my Coachmen Beyond. Frank and his team coordinated with the factory, secured the correct part and completed the job in the afternoon knowing I was leaving on a trip the next day and needed the van back that evening. Frank is a suuuper cool dude and made talking about upgrading systems both easy-going and easy to understand. He even had us sit in his car to see what kind of sound system is possible and, since he made it remarkably customizable, was able to shoe off a ton of different ways he can configure a set-up. Strongly recommend these guys; I've also had coworkers with great experiences getting remote starters and tints done, here, too.

I had a problem with my radio on my Harley-Davidson brought it into their shop they diagnosed. The problem did not charge me anything. Told me that the radio I had was probably a great radio. They were so helpful and kind. Now I see why they have the reputation they have. Thanks guys, appreciate you. I will bring business to you and tell others of you...RHolliman

Took two of my cars here today for remote starters. Fast, great price, and great work. I dealt with Randy and Frank on the phone, and Randy in person. Both were such a pleasure to deal with. Eager to please and extremely accommodating. Will be sending more business their way for another starter at least and hopefully some audio. Great place for sure!

This is a great shop for all your car audio needs. Back up cameras, dash cams, navigation, speakers, anything. They do great work, are fast reliable and very reasonably priced. Right in downtown West Chester.

Only place I will take my vehicles to. Prior owner of vehicle I just bought had messed up my radio wiring and the guys cleaned it all up and all is good now. Had them install a remote starter and back up camera while I was there. Their work is impeccable and when I had a small issue they took me in that day to fix it and on my way in less than an hour. Frank is the man!

Called about replacing my 2018 Honda Civic Lx Stock Radio, Randy is awesome! Made me feel very comfortable! Got my brand new Kenwood touch screen radio couldn't be happier with it! Frank was honest and up front cool guy! Can't wait to go back for my window tint!!

I have been to Banghart's for 3 different things and I think that speaks to what I am about to say.... They are freaking awesome! I have gotten my windows tinted, had a remote start installed and range extender (for the remote start. my factory key fob has terrible range and they solved that problem) installed. All three they did a rock star job on. The tints are perfect and are exactly what I was looking for. The remote start and extender both work perfectly. If you were thinking twice about bangharts.. DONT you found your place.To toot their horn even more... They are super professional, they work with you and cater to your needs and such. Great people and great work 10 out of 5 stars.

Amazing people with even more amazing service. Went above and beyond to make sure I had exactly what I wanted. Explained everything in great details. Not over prices whatsoever. I got my automatic car starter through them and I am so happy with it. They were referred o me by Wiley's Car Care which I also would highly recommend to anyone!!!

Frank and the entire Banghart's crew are amazing. They are stand up guys and they do amazing work. The service here is way above 5 stars and I would recommend Banghart's. And they do so much more then audio.

Scott Honda of West chester recommend Randy At Bangharts- when I called in I was able to get honest competitive pricing and an appointment for a custom tint today! I love the new addition to my windshield and they also tinted front windows to current back tint! Great service - really very friendly! Thanks guys!

Frank is all about customer service. He installed a remote starter in my Ford Explorer. A few weeks later I had some problems with the starter and Frank immediately took my car in, replaced a part and voila everything is great again. I wouldn t hesitate to take my car Bangharts.

Very nice people, upfront pricing amd great guarantee on their work. Rated 4 of t because I was told a 4 hour install and they had it all day, but their communication was very good and personable. I'll definitely return for future services.

I recently had my car brought to Banghart's after finding out my dealership did not feel comfortable performing electrical work. Randy was EXTREMELY helpful in working with me remotely since I reside in Philly and my dealership is in West Chester. I would highly recommend them!

Awesome guys ! I went to 5 different auto shops and dealers in and Around Malvern area and none was ready to fix or replace my broken HID head lights...Went to Bangharts and they got the solution for me .. Randy was awesome in explaining and giving me updates during my wait time in customer lounge ..Thanks and I recommend them to go for any electronic / audio / lights stuff that you need for your car
