I was driving by and noticed a large amount of damaged auto parts in their dumpsters. Of course, that is to be expected at a collision shop. My son had asked me weeks ago to try to get him some auto parts with which to practice, so he can do a "wrap" on his Challenger. I had been searching for a salvage yard, but was expecting to pay a premium for a hood and a door.So I took a chance and went into their very clean and professional lobby and asked if I could take some items from their dumpsters. Super nice and friendly staff. Large shop in back was very clean. The answer was "yes" and I got exactly what my son wanted without have to bring tools to a junkyard and pay through the nose.I would definitely recommend this shop. I noticed they have many certifications that other similar businesses do not possess. Thank you!!!

Very polite staff and they understand your needs and it is best place to get body shop services. This is better than others in Chester Springs. Waiting to get my car , once I get my car back will give 5 star rating.I forgot my home garage remote in my car while drop off. Went after couple of hours, they are very helpful and traced my car and allowed me to pickup my remote from the car.Waiting to get my car back and depending on how it got fixed, I will rewrite my review.

Knowledgeable staff; unfortunately our car had 4 exploded airbags and was declared totaled by the insurance claims adjuster so we have no first hand experience as to repairs.

The repair work done on my car was amazing!!! GREAT price, GREAT work....for this alone I'd give 5 stars. HOWEVER...for customer service leading UP to the repair I'd give 1. I took probably 4 months to get my car in because I could NEVER GET A HOLD OF ANYONE. I left voicemails, emailed, called corporate. Even corporate tried several times and couldn't get a hold of them. Corporate made my appointment for me and said they'd email this location to let them know. Sure enough...I bring my car in and they had no idea I had an appointment. Luckily, they were very nice in person and still took my car. THEN did an amazing job with it.Service: Body & Trim

Awesome customer service. Great people and the communication during the entire process was fantastic. I am very pleased with the craftsmanship of the repairs and the detailing of the finished product. I will be recommending them to everyone that I come across in need down the road. I live in Chester Springs and feel fortunate to have Crash Champions as my home town repair facility. Thank you for making a not great situation a great experience.

I experienced a hit and run on my car and both Kim and Eve provided exceptional customer service for an otherwise stressful experience. Eve was especially great working the front desk and walking me through the process throughout the estimate. Service King was recommended by our insurance company to repair our vehicle after an accident. The repair job was flawless and very timely. But, just as important were the people who took care of us. They were knowledgeable, friendly and very professional. Highly recommend!

I showed up a day early for inspection ( at the wrong service king location) and they still did my inspection for me right then. Super nice staff. Insurance company said they never got the report so I called service king and they were so helpful: she gave me the time and date as well as who the report was sent to. Called back insurance Company and voila. Report found.

Unfortunately, I had a fender bender thanks to someone backing up into my car. At first, I was apprehensive about bringing my Mercedes Benz to Service King. But Seth put me immediately at ease. He was friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and explained in great detail how they would approach and potentially fix the damage on my car. A rental car was delivered to me at Service King by a nearby rental company and before I knew it, my car was repaired. Great service. Great turnaround. Great results. I was absolutely thrilled with the results. My car looks beautiful and you cannot tell that my car was in an accident. I was also given a lifetime guarantee on their work. I m a happy customer :-) I totally recommend Service King in Chester Springs. Ask for Seth!

I had the worst experience with this shop. They 'repaired' the front of my car from an accident with a deer however the workmanship was very sloppy. There is urethan smeared on the window, a noticeable gap in the door panel between the quarter panel, and some of the clear coat was no applied properly. Also the paint/clear coat they used on the replacement hood seems to be of less thickness than OEM as I already have more rock chips in my paint in less time than the original hood/paint.Finally, they used a recycled headlight that was faulty and should have never been accepted by the shop. The headlight failed in 3 months leading to water in the assembly, corroding other parts of the headlight. I had to then wait another 7 months for a replacement that never came so I took my business to another shop.PLEASE BEWARE AND DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Hit a tire in the middle of the highway (no fault situation) had a big crack in front bumper and some broken plastic clips so I figure I'll just get it replaced. Called up Allstate and they hooked me up with service king for the repairs. Two weeks go by no updates on my car. Finally I reach out to see what the deal is and they have not done any work on my car and claimed that my car is in fact totaled. Mind you this is a 2012 Subaru Impreza hatchback in good condition pre tire incident. There is no way that this crack in my bumper totaled my car, they claim there was additional damage under my car but they have not been transparent this whole time. I will be taking this car elsewhere to get a new bumper.

Fantastic people to do business with... Was Rear-ended by a 35,000 truck on Rt 202 North at Matlack st in West Chester PA.My attorney sent me to Service King in Chester Springs pa. Very extensive damage... That's what happens when a 35,000 pound truck hits a 3,000 pound car.. 5 times.So I took my 2013 Kia optimain a week ago, and it's due to be done by December 30th!!!!

I brought my car to Service King - Chester Springs for repair from a fender bender and was extremely satisfied with all aspects of service and workmanship. June took great care of me from my initial call through completion; always pleasant and courteous. Seth was my Service King rep and he was knowledgeable and very pleasant as well. The team kept me informed of everything throughout the repair process and the quality of the workmanship was excellent. Jenna very professional and customer-oriented and honest as well and so was Kim who I talked with at one point and Pete was also very helpful the few times I talked with him as well. I have used Service King in Chester Springs on two occasions. Both times, I was extremely satisfied with the quality of their work, as well as the courtesy and professionalism of their staff. Recently, I really felt they went above and beyond. I had to replace the weather stripping around the rear liftgate of my SUV. I thought I could handle the job myself, but it proved beyond my abilities. I took the car to my local mechanic to see if he could install it properly. He told me he wouldn't mess with it, and advised me to take it to a body shop. I went straight to Service King to see if they would do it. Pete, the general manager, came out and took a look at it. He went back inside, came out with some tools, and proceeded to install the weatherstripping. Mind you, it was ninety degrees outside. He had to remove both rear tail lights in order to do the job. When he was finished, covered in sweat, I asked what I owed him, and he said nothing: he just shook my hand. To me, this experience was out of a bygone era. I would gladly recommend this Service King to everyone.

Service King in Chester Springs helped us get our car back on the road quickly but mostly in excellent appearance and condition after a recent collision. They re super friendly, well connected and recommended by multiple insurance companies, able to handle any surprises which might come up. I m happy to recommend them.

Due to Covid-19. They meet you outside at your car. Damage inspection and eventual drop off were under 10 minutes. They work with Enterprise car rental. So my rental car was ready and waiting when I did drop off for repair. They communicated with me sending updates on the different phases of the repair via text messages. Received a text message when car was ready. Went, did pick up/left them the rental car keys and I was out in 5 minutes after a paperwork and inspection of work. Work is also warranted.I had done two other quotes for the work. They came in at lowest price. Most likely the best customer service as well. I hope I don t need them again. It would mean another car accident. But if I did, no hesitation. I ll go to this location again.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I think they used all of these pretty much My car needed a lot of help after I was in an accident They called me constantly with updates and they were always very honest and polite. They also communicated with my car rental place and were a big help with that as well. I plan on returning to Service King. GOOD ALL AROUND. My sons car went here after he hit a deer. 2011 Chevy Cruse: Front bumper, hood, headlamp, AC radiator, side mirror, side dents, etc... I went here because they are close to me and easy, and USAA worked with them. The drop off process was efficient and quick and easy. They communicated the process throughout very well via text message, keeping me updated with estimates and progress, and were complete before the (reasonable) estimated date. Pickup was fast and easy, and the work looks great! The fixes are all aligned well, and the paint looks fantastic. I would go here again next time we hit a deer... My only bad note is that they gave me a review sheet on paper with no instructions on how to return it! So.. Here I am giving them a Google review!

This service king was fast, reliable, personable and extremely professional. The gentlemen working there are really nice and have amazing customer service skills. My car was supposed to take about 10 days to fix but they had it done in half the time. I'd say do not take your business anywhere but Service King Collision Repair of Chester Springs/ Eagle!!! They're great!!

Some lady rear ended my S4. Service King did a phenomenal job bringing it back to like-new condition. Smells like a new car inside. Looks like a bee car outside. Every staff member that I interacted with was extremely friendly and professional. They kept me posted on my car s status without me having to call them for updates. Promises not kept. The work done on my car was good but it took SOOO long I incurred $420 additional car rental expenses over what my insurance company allotted. I was told I would not be responsible for the additional charges but in the end, my credit card was charged and no one was willing to help with the additional charges. I was also promised during a phone conversation that because of the extensive time it took to complete the work and because of my patience, I would be given a total car detailing in the spring but when I picked up the car, this wasn't expressed at the time. Although satisfied in the past, I unfortunately have reservations about using Service King in Chester Springs in the future.

Quality, timley and correct repairs and paintI was worried after some lady rearranged the bumper on my Chevy dually. The did a standout job, and you could never tell there was a problem.The staff was very knowledgeable and pleasant the entire time.I highly recommend them

Excellent shop. Have had two of my vehicles repaired by Service King in Chester Springs. Repairs were completed on time and to the highest standards. Paint match was perfect. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Can't say enough great things about this shop and it's employees. A+!

insurance fraud - said and billed that they replaced my AC condenser and related parts, went back, complained the ac wasn't working, they said it wasn't their work - took it to my mechanic who found out they never replaced any of the parts they charged for. Delivered the car without a working headlight. Had to return for that. Also found out that the clips were broken and never fixed. Had multiple trips for the same issues- terrible - will never recommend or go back. If they lied about what they repaired on my car - how many others did they scam?

Assisted in rental car pick up at Service King and drop off cat rental at Service King was such a breeze. And finished the repair a little ahead of schedule.
