Used to be my go to mechanic! Mike and Pete are great! However Mike left and now Patrick is there. Worst customer service skills ever. I called on two separate occasions to ask simple questions about a code on my car and scheduling. The second I went to ask an additional question I was promptly hung up on. He is rude and inconsiderate. I wish Mike was back or that Pete would be a GM for the company. I would so be a loyal customer again, but with Patrick there they won t see a dime of mine.

I like that they take pictures and email you all the diagnostics for your reference. Arthur was also very knowledgeable & friendly. I felt comfortable and not like I was trying to be swindled... the true quality of a good mechanic!

I went here for an oil change. Pistol Pete, working the front desk, was courteous and professional. His coworker, an older man whose name i didn't get, was rude. When i asked how long the oil change would take they said they were running late and it would be over 1. 5 hours. I was surprised it would take so long and he replied "we're not a fast food drive through...", and acted rudely to me. I would go somewhere else with more appreciative customer service.

My husband and I brought my Honda fit here twice this year. Once for inspection, once for over all maintenance.Both times, an amazing experience. Efficient, transparent, professional and friendly. I never feel uneasy about leaving my vehicle with this Meineke location.Thank you Chester Springs Meineke team!

I took my car to Meineke of Chester Springs, knowing it needed an inspection + a good amount of work. The team was friendly and thorough, and I liked how they kept in touch via text on the status of my car. They were able to finish all the work in one day, and when I left, my car was driving like it was brand new. Pete was the best to work with.

I would highly suggest taking your vehicle somewhere else other than here. One star is too good for this place. I brought my car in for a simple state inspection. The guy behind the counter was rude and doesn t seem to want to be there in any way but that attitude is common these days so I ignored it. I was there for an hour and a half for a simple state inspection but my car didn t pass because I needed back brakes. The quote I was given for the brakes was $100 more than I was quoted elsewhere so I took it there for the brakes. Obviously this annoyed the guy at the counter. I needed to come back to confirm the work and finalize the inspection. This would take maybe 20 minutes. It was Thursday and I asked the rude guy if I could bring it in tomorrow Friday because they have a rule that it needs to be completed within 10 days or 100 miles but I had a situation. I needed to drive to Connecticut Friday night so I needed to get this work completed because I would be over the miles. I was told that they couldn t give me an appointment for Friday because they are just too busy even though the waiting room is empty and this would take no time to complete but if I left my car there Friday, he guaranteed it would be complete by 5 pm and he would call me when done. I dropped my car off at lunch and was told it would be taken care of by 5 and they would call me. I reminded them of my situation with the long drive and ask for it to be taken care of as soon as possible and again told by 5. Well 5 comes around and no call so I start calling and no answer. I give to 5:30 knowing they close at 6 to call and sit on hold waiting. No one picks up the phone. I leave a message. I call again at 5:45 no answer sitting on hold for 10 minutes and leave a voicemail. I did not hear anything and the guy is rude and ignorant so I figured he just didn t do his job but there was no way he would not honor his guarantee. I got a ride over to pick up my car and the work was not complete and I left my car all day there for no reason. Lucky for me my trip was cancelled or I would have been screwed. I do not think I will be bringing my car back to this horrible place. They are rude, ignorant, and apparently can t manage a simple task they agreed to. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. You will not regret it. Still have no idea how to resolve this.Service: Vehicle Inspection

Would not recommend! I did not have a good experience here a couple weeks ago. Had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation which ended up taking over 4 hours to complete. They did tell me I needed new engine and cabin air filters while I was there so I had those replaced, but still don t understand why it took so long to complete the work. Pretty sure I was overcharged on the filters too. I looked them up when I got home and they were 1/4 of the price I was charged. I understand a little markup, but 4 times the price?! I stopped in one morning and asked about it and they said that they were premium filters which is why they were so expensive, but that s exactly what I looked up since my copy of the receipt had premium in the name.On top of all this I am still dealing with a coupon issue which they have yet to apply after bringing it in the day of service, stopping in to discuss the issue a few days later, and calling about it multiple times. I ve spent far too much time dealing with this mess. At this point I figure it s best to just leave a review to warn others, chalk it up as a bad experience, and just go somewhere else next time I need my vehicle serviced.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tire rotations, Oil change

I ve gone here since it opened. Mike and Pete were always great, but the new manager Jim was rude and disrespectful enough to make me take my business elsewhere. Very disappointing. If you don t believe me, try it yourself. You won t be back a second time. They better get rid of that guy before he puts this location out of business.

Oil change, tire rotation. Left car evening before service appt. Added cabin filter replacement after phone call stating it was needed. Dealt with Pete at desk. He was pleasant and answered/ explained any questions. I've been going here since moving to PA. I had recent inspection check up and I'm not happy the way front desk answer my questions and waste of time and money to take the car to this service center. I went to get a tire repaired in the morning. They said they couldn t get to it until 3:00. At 4:00 they say they can t get to it today. They lied and didn t take responsibility. The owner acted like they told us it may not be done today. NOT TRUE! They lie and aren t reliable- don t take your car there - you will regret it.

Was visiting the area, 3 hours from home, with a broken brake caliper and no tools to repair it with. Service advisor Mike, was very accommodating, taking me in as a walk-in on a Saturday morning. He and his crew had me back on the road in less than an hour and a half and at reasonable rates.I highly recommend this location. Thanks

Fantastic service! Pete was very thorough with the breakdown of the different services my car needed and Dan was able to complete the services in a timely manner. I want my money back.I had two wheels with non-responsive TPMS sensor/sender units, probably just due to old mini-cell batteries running out. They charged about $300.00+ to replace/reprogram two units and those appear to be performing spottily -- the TPMS signal light still keeps going on and off.Amazon: FOUR replacement units + a relearner/reprogrammer tool = $30.00.How much does it cost to mount and balance two tires? Four tires?Yes, you read that right -- be warned.P. S. They've had a very recent change in management, probably franchisee-owner and employees as well, a.k.a. under under under under..."NEW MANAGEMENT.""NEW MANAGEMENT." "NEW MANAGEMENT." Even though I got the kind-of nicer guy, he wouldnt budge on not getting my car in their hands again so he could reclaim Meineke's "property" (Alledgely I got two new sensoes for $100 a pop; Amazon's most expensive is #120 for FOUR of them.)Naturally I won't let tthem touch my vehhicles ever again.I'll let you know what the court decides.

Since I left this review below, Pete and the owner called me and apologized for the rude comment of Jim. (previous manager)We just bring my daughter car to be serviced and Art give us professional and great service.I really appreciate the phone calls and apology!Earlier review:I used Meineke services for many years while Mike was there. The service was excellent until Mike left and the new staff were very rude. I would say I spent more than $5,000 worth of repair here with our three cars over periods of two years.But at one day I was in a pinch: my windshield was replaced and I need a quick new print out for the new label. The guys was telling me that I have to wait for week if any spot is event available.The attitude was: we are busy and don t care about your problem!I went to the garage below Wawa and they staff provide a new label within 30 minutes. I never even have any service there and the staff was very polite and helpful.Unlike the no manner - ungrateful new staff at Meineke.

Took my car in right after I arrived at my scheduled appointment. Work was completed in the designated time. Total cost was reduced from my last visit due to parts available. However, the drivers side carpet was very dirty from the mechanic s garage dirty shoes. I would have appreciated a protect paper utilized to alleviate the garage dirt. Car dealerships use these. This location is long overdue for a review from me. I ve been going here for about a year now, I won t go anywhere else. I recently moved further away and I make the 45 minute commute just for them! They always treat me and my vehicle with respect, they take pictures and explain every detail to you, they are extremely thorough and they always follow through. The guys are all friendly here. Mike and the Chester Springs Meineke team have taken care of my car and I multiple times from oil changes to engine issues. I love that everything can be done online essentially from scheduling your appointment to payment, very convenient. They're informative, efficient, and kind. I've used a few meineke shops and they are the best by far!
