Very Happy with our recent trailer purchase from Russell's, the people are definitely top notch. We drove over 3 hours and they had everything ready just as they said they would. On the way home we stopped and picked up a load. The trailer handled very smooth the whole way. I can tell when pulling this US Cargo trailer that it was built well. We are more than happy to say the least. If a quality product is what you're looking for there's no need to look any further. Thank you

They led me to believe that putting a flatbed on my truck was the only solution to my hauling issue and I was not trilled about the idea since I haul other things besides a gooseneck trailer. They were nice yet pushy up until getting my deposit for installing a flatbed on my truck. A week later I found a better and way more economical way to solve my gooseneck issue so I called to cancel my appointment and Amy was instantly very rude and said that they turned away lots of business for my 2 day install so I wasn t getting the refund of the bed deposit of $250 or the install deposit of $250 even though I was giving them a weeks notice prior to the date of my install. I also explained to them that I need to go the most economical way because I m pregnant and they could care less about working with me on a different solution to do something else with my deposit money of $500! If they were as busy as they told me then they should have had no problem filling that 2 day spot with a 1 week notice and at least refunding my $250 install deposit!So beware, they are nothing but con artists!

Great company to work with. Inquired online, was able to secure my product for purchase and scheduled the install. very pleasant employees here. Will definitely be back. Thank you Russell's for being who you are! Not many wonderful company's around anymore.

Everyone at Russell's was awesome to work with. As soon as my wife or I would call, they knew exactly who they were talking too, we didn't even have to say our names. Service was amazing, they did everything precisely, even put a piece of plywood down on the new bed before putting my old gooseneck hitch on, along with my old bumper. That's service, you can't find anymore. I'm definitely glad I drive the 3 hour round trip for their services. Matt and everyone there, are straight shooters, no BS. A+

My husband and I recently purchased a trailer, and Russell s was the only place that had the side kit for it. We live over an hour away, and we re struggling to find the time in our busy schedules to make it out there to purchase and pick up the side kit and some additional tie downs. Amy kept in consistent communication with my husband, set the side kit aside for us, and after a couple of weeks she was able to coordinate a delivery, as one of their drivers were going to be in the area - which was VERY appreciated. Then, as my husband was getting ready to install the side kit, he realized that not only did we get instructions that were too damaged to read, we also didn t get a full hardware kit. He called Amy back the next day, and they re sending us another hardware kit and legible instructions. Russell s has been fantastic to deal with! If we have the opportunity, will definitely purchase from them again!

These good folks found a replacement Axle for my cargo trailer. They had to do some custom welding to make it a perfect fit. All done quickly and at a fair price with excellent communications

Super friendly and informative staff. Jeff and the crew were a pleasure to deal with and helped me out more than anyone would require. Their hard work had my trailer up to snuff and back on the road in less than a whole day wich is amazing considering how much they had to do. 10/10 as always

I had a smaller dent and I was told it would take 3-4 days and they had my car fully completed and ready for pick up in 2. Pristine work, friendly, easy process, and efficient. 10/10. I will be recommending to all in the future and will use this garage for any future needs!

Friendly and helpful staff, they have everything! I got $15 worth of LED lights for my RV while my buddy got a $6000 flatbed for his rig. They were just as happy to help assist me with my tiny purchase as they were to help my bud with the $6k purchase.

Drove 4 and a half hrs to get there and in less than 20 minutes we were on our way back home with the Bedrock short bed for my 08 Silverado 2500hd Duramax. Thanks AmyMatt even threw in a set of mudflaps.

These guy's went above and beyond swapping out the standard bed of my truck to a utility body. Well worth the time and money - I drove from Massachusetts. Highly recommend.

Friendly, hassle free, honest service. I purchased a new trailer from Russell's. It only took about 30 minutes to complete the paperwork, hook up and be back on the road.

I highly recomend! I couldn't be happier with the repairs on my enclosed trailer and since then I purchased a gooseneck hitch that he got for me the next day and it was of good quality and cheaper then online! Thank you matt and jeff!!
