Great service, this is truly a one for all car spot. Wash your car, get an inspection sticker, change your tires, and get an alignment or fix your engine & transmission. They do it all. The best prices in town. No one does it for less, period.

So not sure why this place is called a car wash because apprantly it s actually a get your car wet and then you wash it. Even though we paid for a car wash and undercarriage wash it definitely did not wash the under carriage and the car came out completely dirty. I ve had automated car washes miss little spots before related to the quirks of the vehicle but my entire car was still dirty, just wet and dirty. They provide towels so you can wipes the car off which is the only was it gets sort of clean. We were not the only ones just wiping their whole car clean because it was dirty after the wash.They have a free vacuum and towels and spray. My recommendation would be to skip paying to make your car wet and just use the free vacuum and towels and spray to vacuum and wipe your car down since that s what you will be doing anyway.

I ve been taking my vehicles to this local company for a few years now for car washes, inspections and any other mechanical concerns, that have come up along the way. Great pricing for all services rendered!Management and staff have always been friendly, professional, knowledgeable and honest! Appreciate you guys getting me on the schedule quickly and oftentimes, at the last minute!Will continue to to bring my vehicles to you, and spread the word to family and friends. Appreciate you all!

These guys are awesome! They always do their best to get you in quickly to get your ride back on the road again. They always work fast, and go the extra mile to make sure your vehicle is dependable when it leaves. And they never tried to upsell you on things not needed. All of the employees are very friendly and helpful from the time they answer the phone and make my appointment until I'm out the door as a happy and satisfied customer.

The best car wash In Chambersburg! My car always comes out spotless and shiny. They always have clean towels and cleaner on hand for my interior. The customer service is amazing and I always feel welcomed. I also take my Jeep in for maintenance and Ben is always a great help. 10/10

We absolutely love The Local Car Spot. We followed Ben here from his previous location because I don t trust anyone else with our cars (and I mean the ENTIRE family). The staff is fun, friendly and professional.He once said to me he s never put me in car he wouldn t put his own kids in and I have trusted him ever since. We now recommend this place to everyone.

This is one of the better car washes in the area. The service is great, staff is friendly and equipment is clean and functional. They also offer detailing and routine vehicle maintenance, which is nice because you can get everything done in one place.

This is usually my go to spot for any car concern that I can't fix. Well today that's definitely changed. I went in for an alignment and the guy said I didn't need one because he didn't feel the pulling while driving it to the garage. Cool but then when I got my car back the dude smelled like he was drenched in alcohol. Very unprofessional and when I asked if he was drinking he said " your done here so why does it matter" .

I have taken all my vehicles to the local car stop in Chambersburg. Knowledgeable mechanics and always friendly service. I drive from out of town just to take my vehicles to a reliable service station. 5 out of 5 for me.

I have been going here for years but I won t go back. I bought a new truck with a step tailgate and the soap would get down inside so I would ask to use their hose to rinse it off. (The one that the employees use to hand wash their car, that they were using at the time) After paying for three washes, over two weeks time, I was informed that I was becoming a problem. Seriously? Your machine was leaving soap on my brand new vehicle and I was the one becoming a problem? Nice to know how they feel about their customers. EDIT- you must be thinking of another customer because I was not there the week your speaking of. If this is a pattern, I would think your business would find a way to help your customers and not just tell them that they are a problem. The hose that was used is not IN the car wash area, it is on the side of the building, so it would not bottle neck the rest of your business. I will not be back as there is nothing to speak of, I found a car wash that does a fantastic job.

Best car wash in town! They powerwash your car before you go through the tunnel, which takes care of all the nooks and crannies. I have the monthly plan which is great if you like to take care of your car. Can t wait to have my car shine in the summer!

The local car spot is a good place to hv your car worked on and washed they do great work a very friendly environment there. You don't hv to wait long to get an appt. I've known Ben for along time.

I would advise against coming here for an alignment.Came here on 06/21/2023 to have an alignment performed due to having some minor out tire wear on the front passenger wheel ( Has been like this for years ). However, the vehicle tracked straight with the steering wheel being straight as well.After patiently waiting for the alignment to be completed. I noticed the technician had lowered the vehicle down, took it for a test drive, and was put back in the air. At this point, I had already paid for the service. The vehicle was lowered again parked and was told I needed new tie rods. Which is no issue as suspension is a wear and tear item and I would replace them as long as they were worn out. I will note here I was told I may bring the vehicle back once the parts have been replaced. Although at this point I shouldn't have been charged for a full alignment.However, it's unprofessional to not check suspension components before attempting to do an alignment service. If their are worn components, why not notify the customer before doing a otherwise a useless alignment? Simply charge the time it took to an inspection of the suspension components. To make matters worse when I got back in the vehicle, the steering was now off center by a considerable amount.As I did not notice any other symptoms or signs of worn tie rods, I scheduled to get a second opinion at another shop. Unfortunately, this is what really ruined it for me. The shop noticed zero issues with suspension and was able to get a alignment without issue. The vehicle tracks straight, steering wheel is straight and was given a sheet to show the alignment is within spec as well.Update: Per the response, the vehicle was able to get an alignment without issue through Weaver Tire & Alignment.
