Kylie's sweet. Randy's a good guy. Was willing to work with me and negotiate a better down payment for me without credit checks. Excellent warranty program. They did a great job detailing the interior and making it look like new. Very professional and paperwork took under 20mins to take car off the lot. I'm very satisfied with SmartRide

Quick and painless. I'm a busy mom and they understood that. I did have to spend 2 hours getting the vehicle inspected during my work day. But they paid for it and I was back on the road. Everyone was kind and helpful. I recommend their service!

Randy, at the Chambersburg location was very efficient and awesome! I was in and out with good timing. He had everything on his end ready and helped me through the process to get a spacious vehicle for my family. Highly recommend!!

I love Smartride!!!! They are the absolute best. If your having credit issues they really finance your future and not your past. I have 2 vehicles and we love both of them. Office staff is absolutely the best. Kelli and Tabitha go beyond to help you. Jay from Gettysburg is the best.

I advise at all costs to avoid financing through this company. They will put you in a vehicle to obtain your down payment but then attempt repossession so they can resale the vehicle but keep your down payment. Weather it's an issue on their payment system or a discrepancy with their GPS tracking on the vehicle, they will attempt repossession. Their vehicles are equiped with a GPS tracker which can shut the vehicle down even if your driving 60 on an interstate. My vehicle was shut off at least 3 times due to an error in their system. And finally, of you pay the vehicle off and fulfill your contract they will then hold your second key and attempt repossession until you notarize the title which is illegal if there is no lien on the vehicle and you have met the financial obligations of the finance contract. They also will pull auto-pay without your permission which is also illegal. Just be careful and pursue all options first!

Do not get a car from Smart ride to finance place will take your money and then come take your car I have my car have paid off and they came and took it while I'm homeless and sleeping in the car.... These people are dishonest and will rob you.

I have no negative complaints. The team goes out of their way to find what you re looking for and offer a great price whether you are buying outright, leasing or financing. No need to go anywhere else. Staff is awesome and friendly no matter how many times a week you bug them :). That s grade A customer service. I purchased 5 cars now through them and never had an issue. Don t waste your time looking elsewhere. Call them now.
