Needed some glass shelves made for some showroom displays where I work. Called in told them what I wanted, they suggest what I should use. I gave them dimensions and theybsaid they would call when they were done.. The turn around time was very fast, just one day. Also the price was very fair. We decided to add a few more shelves, called back a couple days later, same easy process. I definitely recommend them for your glass needs.

These guys not only got us in quickly, but of course worked with our insurance just like the big name companies would, but provided awesome service from beginning to end. They also had great communication and were polite, courteous and professional throughout the entire process. Absolutely great people to do any of your business with. I should also mention the vehicle we took in was an older car that wasn't a common part and they sourced it much faster than anyone else we initially called.Services: Auto glass repair, Auto rear window replacement

No, seriously. Come here instead.After an absolute nightmare of an experience with another nearby shop (Safelite in Hagerstown) I called here on a whim. They were able to get my glass ordered and in the shop within just a few business days. Friendly, quick, great customer service.

The folks at Rt 11 Glass did a great job fixing the noise in our windshield. We put up with it way too long and they knew just what to do to fix the problem! We highly recommend Rt 11 Glass Plus!

They were very nice and professional at their job and they took less than a day to replace the whole windshield. The price was awsome compared to the others that cost 500 to 600 dollars when this place only asked 325. They were quick with good service, and we're able to get a 70lb tractor window installed in under an hour. The owner is a friendly guy who will do his best to help ya. Just don't go in there to his shop with a grumpy attitude because he might charge ya more......

I paid less than $200 to replace the broken windshield in my Honda. I got it back the same day. Great people and great service. I recommend this company to anyone who needs that kind of repair!

Definitely use these guys and Gals!! Super sweet receptionist..accommodated my schedule change with no problem. The owner is great and the the staff is very knowledgeable I had my windshield replaced (looks beautiful). I m updating a area in my home and need a custom piece of glass and the guy came out and talked to me without a appointment or any notice and actually gave me great ideas and the estimate for the glass was way less then I expected. Im definitely using them again and would recommend you do to .. also I did get a quote from Safelite because my insurance transferred me to them and they were 90$ more and decided to call around .I m so glad I did. I always try to support my local businesses.

Worst experience ever!! I was told to allow 4 hours for my windshield replacement. When I arrived in the AM I was told it would be 8 hours! Instead of a noon completion time it became 5PM. when I questioned why, owner became belligerent, screamed, said he wouldn't work on my vehicle, and slammed door to his work area. Heaven help you if you have any issue with the work he does! This is not a consumer friendly business. Signs everywhere:" NO RESTROOM DON'T EVEN ASK." Others saying he's not responsible for various types of damage to your vehicle. I am 68 years old and cannot remember having been treated so poorly by a business owner. Windshield replacement by Safelite only cost $35 more and they come to my house, even on a rainy day! Had to give 1 star to post. Didn't want to give any.

I needed my windshield replaced after a large crack appeared. Safelite wanted about $500. These guys were able to do it for about half that. The replacement was quality and beautiful.
