They got me in and seems like they did a good job replacing my brakes. Would be five stars but the price was much higher than they quoted and all over their website it says free brake inspection but they changed me $29. Also said lifetime warranty on the pads but there was no paperwork for that

Employees very nice and work usually done in a timely fashion. If you get your inspection a early, u must remind them to put appropriate sticker on! They will give you the month u are doing it which is not correct! After 3 times I m now warning others!

I'm new to the area and have three vehicles. So, I looked for a place to do my regular oil changes. I had my first two vehicles serviced without incident. The third vehicle, a 2017, was taking forever. When it was complete I was told that something related to the filter housing broke during the service and they had to order a replacement part. When I pulled out of my garage the next day I notice a puddle of oil on garage floor. Instead of going back there, I took it to the dealer. They fixed the oil leak, which was related to the filter housing and performed a new oil change. I travel long distances for work and I'm lucky I caught it. I won't be going back there.

Seriously!!! All I did was visit their website.I was just looking for winter tires......they didn't have what I was looking for.If I ever visit, I'll be able to rate them accordingly.

I m not satisfied with the work they did on my 2011 Toyota CamryAfter spending 3 hours waiting for just oil change and tires rotated they come up said I miss 3 lug nuts I will need $30 to replace them I said fine when they finish they charge me $141.57 for the oil change and 3 lug nutsAnd my car lost the alignment.Don t go there they will take your money and don t do they job right.Service: Oil change

They didn't charge us for an automatic fail inspection. They stopped the moment they saw the fail, came out and told us, and pointed us to a different repair place. They were like 'go here to get this bit fixed then bring it back and we'll do the inspection proper'. It was just a rusty bottom, but the fact they gave us the chance to fix it is really cool.Service: Vehicle Inspection

They fit us in when we were in town for new tires and recommended a tire that has been wearing great!!! We also had an alignment. All service and the tires are amazing!!!

They say they top off all fluids which is false. Be careful and check for yourself. They told me they wouldn't top off my brake fluid unless they checked the brakes first. They said my lug nuts needed replaced (which they did not need replaced) and couldn't take the tires off unless I had new lug nuts so they wouldn't top off the brake fluid. When I went home and checked all the fluids, the radiator fluid and wiper fluid were both very low as well. By the way, nothing is leaking. I didn't check the transmission fluid yet but that is on my list for later. Don't go there and make sure you check the fluids for yourself. They are only trying to save a buck and do not care about your vehicle or your safety.Service: Oil change

Went there for a state inspection. I was very happy that they didn't try to jam me for unnecessary items to pass like so many other places do. Smooth and easy

Called this morning about an alignment price and availability. The employee said no appointments needed $84.95. Drove 30 minutes there. When I get there he tells me he has nobody that can do an alignment and he's short staffed. Something you should have mentioned on the phone before you make someone waste their time! I take my truck there because of my hrs at work and they are generally fast with service. When I got my truck inspection last time I did notice and I even made mention that one of there technicians were wearing the same dirty gloves to drive the vehicle they were working on . I personally didn't care for that. I got tires on recently and I didn't see that again . I also like the fact they have a huge window so I can watch as they work on my vehicle.

Got to this Quick Lane this morning, ~10am, under a light snow with the warning tire light on @ dashboard. Place was already packed, but manager asked us to wait a couples of minutes to take care of our case. With little kids waiting, heading to NYC, the manager was fast, detail-oriented while fixing the pressure in our Honda Odyssey tires. The four were with considerably lower PSI than recommended by manufacturer.The service took less than 10 minutes and the manager only accepted our "Thank You", nothing else.That is how you earn a customer. Place was pristine, with good coffee and even books and crayons for the kids. Kudos to this team for the great service.My wife informed shortly after we left that we have no Quick Lane nearby our home in New Rochelle. Open one shop anytime soon?For a Happy 2018!

Terrible experience getting 4 tires mounted and balanced. I provided the tires and wheels. Waited 2 1/2 hours for a simple mount and balance. Asked prior to have the wheel weights mounted on the inside, they were placed on the outside. Worse yet all 4 of my wheels I just painted where scratched up horribly.I cant speak to their repair work, but avoid taking your vehicle here for tires if you can.

Have been getting my oil changes done here for several years. Thanks to John and the staff for taking care of my stripped oil plug. John stood by his word that he would take care of it. It is important to know people still stand by their word these days.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Failed inspection by a tech who thinks lifter tick is an exhaust leak, declares a power steering fluid leak without checking the reservoir, and considers a lower ball joint failed at 20,000 miles only one year and 2100 miles after one of their other techs passed the same vehicle and called it immaculately well maintained...even though he couldn't show wiggle and I couldn't move it while it was on the lift.Fortunately they didn't charge me for such a cockamamie stunt.It's a 1998, so of course it's not gonna be mint. Mechanically it's rock solid and I've even got a spreadsheet detailing the date, mileage, price, and name of every part installed/replaced. Heck I even record tire rotations and mileages when I swap out the winter tires.They overheard me and another customer talking about their ridiculous hard upsell and it clearly pissed them off, although they won't admit it. That same customer was annoyed at their attempt to scam her on an AC repair on her 2015 Explorer.I've got two newer vehicles under warranty so I'll get my oil changed so Ford can't claim I didn't have it done, but forget 'em for anything else. They don't like it when you don't fall for their sales tactics and openly discuss it with others in the waiting room.Their loss as I WAS bringing all four of my vehicles to them for inspections, oil changes, and alignments.

Staff was professional and thorough. Found a fog light that had fallen that was burning through a plastic panel. Found which tire pressure sensor needed a new battery. Very knowledgeable. Good value add.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Second customer through the door at 7:00am. One service tech showed up for work around 7:15. At 7:30 I requested my keys be returned and I took my business elsewhere. Either the techs at this location are unreliable and unprofessional and possess a poor work ethic or the management is incompetent and places little value in their customers or their time. This kind of poor customer service should not be rewarded with anyone s patronage. Go elsewhere.

Don't come if you are in a hurry2 hours for an oil change and 3 new tiresThey are "short staffed" which makes for longer wait times but when the techs spend more time on the phone and less time actually working then the staffing issues are more than just inconvenient

I was very pleased with my service. It was my first time using this service and I was impressed. I definitely will use it again. I asked for an oil change and tire rotation but they also did a vehicle check-up. I eas greeted cheerfully and it eas a nice environment.

I m from out of state and this tire shop is the 2nd shop I ve been too. They found the problem instantly and gave me options and the staff is very knowledgeable and amazing! Quick and easy service and if I could refer people to get their tires fixed it ll be this place no doubt at all. Thank you quick lane you guys are awesome! P.s. don t go to Mr.Tire they sent us off and said nothing was wrong and they don t know why my tire was going flat when it s leaking air constantly.

Charged me $115 just have a diagnostic done on why my trunk wouldn t open. Absolutely ridiculous. If they charge that much just to have a diagnostic done then I can only imagine how much they charge just to have work done. I bought my car from Ford but I will never go there again to get something fixed.

Came in for oil change only. The clerks are friendly enough but seem poorly trained. Wait was longer than expected or what I have waited at other service centers. Hopefully the oil change was conducted well. (How sure can you really be?) All in all, this place seems about average when compared to other places I have been for an oil change. Nothing special though.

Walked in and he said it d take hours for a simple alignment. Wanted to charge me upwards of over $300!!! Went to Byers Tire Service and t was $77. Don t go here. Go to Byers.

Set up an appointment a week ago and they did not honor it. Told us they were too busy and to come back later. What's the point of having appointments if you don't honor them? Service advisor was not professional

I have never had a problem with this place. They are the most honest auto care center I have ever been to. You'll want to get there early though as they often stay pretty busy.

Come on $2600 for brakes and rotors plus labor. Pulled the truck from them took it elsewhere for less than $1000. Look elsewhere this place is out to get you.!!
