I stopped here to grab a few items as my car was acting up and I found Nathaniel to be helpful and caring. I picked up the items I was looking for and was quickly on my way.This NAPA is big and is set back from the road on a very busy street.It is a fairly typical NAPA..I returned a short while later to purchase a fuel pump, but the car is over 40 years old, so the part wasn t in stock. They offered to order it, but I just didn t have the time to wait. I could tell Nathaniel felt for me and was really trying to help me, which I truly appreciate. Thanks!

Open on Sundays 9 am - 5 pm. Needed to drive over an hour away due to living in a rural area with limited store choices. Online ordering with in-store pick up. Online did not indicate the same part # when I called the store to confirm availability. Did show up when I manually entered part # for ignition coil boots. Disappointed that too many parts are made in China!When I arrived at store they did not have (2) wiper blades @ 22". I could either take a 21" or a lower model. I chose refund. Truck should always be the same 22" on each side!

I prefer buying parts from NAPA than some of ther competitors (PepBoys and Auto Zone). I feel the quality of their parts are better. Their prices are competitive and they offer an extensive range of parts. At this location, I was able to bring a lawn mower battery in and have it tested. It took about 30 seconds. Thankfully, I was able to determine that the battery was still good. The staff was friendly and very helpful. No hesitation to help me.The store was neat and well organized.It is conveniently located off Highway 81 and nearby other stores on Route 30.I will be back.

Five people working two of them had a customer they were helping the other three were just on the computers no one greeted me or asked if I needed help until I said hey can you help me with something I gave it four stars because they do have a massive selection and the guy that did help me want above and beyond job description

Friendly, helpful people with the right parts in stock!One update to this, not to reflect on this store or the others, but a corporate NAPA issue that is really amazing to me - the website. How in 2022 can NAPA operate one of the biggest parts inventories in North America with a website that was designed by people who have never worked with parts or the automotive industry? Example: exhaust adapters. I searched for a 3.5" to 4" adapter online for 15 minutes and while finding many, they were all void of any specifications other than "galvanized" or the gauge of metal used. Sure, as a customer I could call the store, but it is 2022 and you could save your self overhead by having a website that would actually yield useful data for the customer to find parts on their own, without taking time from your employees.

NAPA always has quality parts and good service,just a little more expensive then most but always has the hard to fine parts

Best auto parts store in Chambersburg! I've been to pretty much all of the others and NAPA has been the only one where I have never had a bad customer service experience. Their staff is usually a little older and seems more knowledgeable. They have helped me out of a jam on more than one occasion! Highly recommend!

NAPA is the better automotive parts store in Chambersburg. They aren't always the cheapest, but they offer services that make up for the price. Being able to reserve your parts online and just stop by the store later to grab them and pay for them is really handy...and the online inventory is normally pretty accurate. Customer service is great. You walk in, they welcome you (even if they are helping another customer) and they do what they need to do to get you set up with what you need and on your way. I'm at NAPA on a pretty regular basis with having 3 older cars and a motorcycle and they've always been better than the other local parts stores.

Employees are very knowledgeable and helped me find the correct part in minutes. Prices are fair. And they are open on Sundays until 6pm. I normally shop at Auto Zone but Napa always has that hard to find part.

I Normally deal with Nathaniel. Friendly and has a passion for his work. He even help me in a pinch and drop parts off on his way home. He s the Napa know how man.

Best place in town for parts, I buy from there because the staff is friendly and KNOWLEDGEABLE, and they don't answer the phone for another parts request WHILE they are waiting on you like at Advanced and AutoZoneThey have good-better-best quality parts to choose from based on what your budget or project dictates. If they dont have it in stock they can usually get it from the warehouse by the afternoon if you order before lunch. It's an old school parts store with modern features like online ordering and store pickup which I love because I can price shop without wasting their time and pop in to pick it up and be out in a flash.I'm there often , I have three cars to maintain, an RV, tractor and I'm restoring a classic car.

As someone who frequents autoparts stores this Napa cas been on of the best. I can't recall any mix ups of parts or improperly ordered items. While I haven't dealt with everyone I will say the staff I've worked with have been great and very knowledgeable.

Very friendly customer service knowledgeable team members willing to help a customer it's a nice place to go shop if you need Auto Parts if the auto parts you need are not available they can place an order for them and have the parts there the next day

Excellent customer service. They are now my regular shop to go to.They take the time to figure out what part / tool you need to get the job done. They also double check the parts you ordered to make sure that they match.

Searched all the other Auto Parts places looking for a particular vinyl and leather repair product. No one else had it, even though their websites said they carry it. Next time I'll go to NAPA first!

They wouldn't come outside to test a battery they installed because of COVID-19. NOT A SINGLE EMPLOYEE was wearing a mask, but they couldn't come outside. I had to drive to Auto Zone where they tested the battery with no issue. Battery was dead after just a year. Had to buy a new one at AutoZone. AVOID NAPA!

This place is great . Everyone is polite and kind. Willing to help you. They even helped me put my windshield wipers on in the pouring rain. Great place and great prices.

Horse trailer broke down on a Saturday, one of their employees was so helpful. He came out and got his hands dirty helping us remove bearings and figure out which tools would help us best. Thank you!

Genuine people behind the counter, the old saying where there is a will there's a way, and they have proven this trying to find the parts I've needed. I highly recommend this establishment
