Excellent customer service and quality!! I needed extra things done on my car, but didn t have the time to wait. They were willing to shuttle me back to my home so that I could get other things done. The vehicle was done at the end of the day! It was a win, win!! Thank you for your great customer service that always has a smile!! You all are the best!

Had my pickup there for work. Very friendly people. They are a bit over priced but will get it done quick. Quality control is lacking. I had my truck there for some work and inspection. It was running great when I took it. When I picked it up it had no power. Over half throttle it was running out of fuel. After spending a few hrs I found that they had not hooked the 1 wire back up after having the battery unhooked. After having a 3500 dollar bill it is rather annoying to find something like that.UPDATEThese folks have incredible integrity. They called about my review and wanted to reimburse me for my time.

Went to have my car looked at and tires rotated and air put into them prior to going on a trip. Also was time for oil change and so had that done too. Also they checked my air filters and changed them too. So was very happy with the maintenance service of my vehicle. Was in and out within an hour. Great overall experience!!

Found this garage on Google and after reading all the positive reviews, decided to have my car's transmission checked. Being a single parent and not knowing who I could trust not to take advantage of me, was my main concern. Sam called with the items that needed fixed and he advised which were a priority. It was wonderful to be given free loaner car, 4 years or 40,000 mile warranty on the work and learned that they can finance the repairs if they are more than I can afford. Honesty and trustworthy are top two reasons I will be returning in future!!

I have had work done twice now on my Mazda by MotivWerks and have had excellent results both times. Being new to the area and a female with no car knowledge(and an equally clueless husband), it can be intimidating to go to a new place. Both Noah and Sam were wonderful. They explained everything in detail, even taking me into the garage to show me the issues. I received texts too and communication was excellent before any work was done and after too. Finally, the fact that I can have a loaner vehicle while my car is being worked on makes MotivWerks my only choice for any future work.

I'd been looking around for a good mechanic for my 92' Subaru Legacy Wagon to replace my shifter bushings and replace the CV axles. The car itself isn't really that common, so finding someone to do the work I needed was a bit difficult.I had seen ads for MotivWerks before, and I figured I'd give them a shot.MotivWerks was able to take care of what I needed quickly and has amazing staff who are accommodating and able to take care of your automotive needs!I will definitely be returning if I never need to have anything else done. I've been taking my 2012 4Runner to Motivwerks for almost 3 years and have experienced nothing but excellent service and support. They are proactive with service recommendations. They offer loaner vehicles and their facility is always clean and bright. I highly recommend taking your vehicle to Motivwerks for all service and repairs.

High quality mechanic shop. I've had oil changes, cvt transmission fluid replaced, new tires, tire rotation. They have respectable prices. Have not had one problem. Quality work. Customer service is informative and recommends services based on your vehicle's condition. Also clean and welcoming.

They are great and on time with everything. Just moved to the area and looking for a reputable garage. Friendly staff and clean waiting area. I know of one other friend that recently had two major services done and he was very satisfied with their work.

I took my car to two big name tire shops in Chambersburg. Neither were able to remove and install run flat tires. Both shops stated they did not have the right equipment to do the job without damaging my wheels. MotivWerks did a great job restoring a jeep for me a few years ago, so I gave them a call and told them the issues I was having. They got me right in and changed the tires without any issues. They are very conscientious and friendly and even contacted me the next day to ensure I was fully satisfied. I would trust MotivWerks with any vehicle.

Got me in and out with inspection. Nice clean place not like the old garage days.Went back and got the car and they gave it a nice cleaning and test drive before handing them over .Being pretty new to the area it's hard to pick out a garage that will take care of you.We will be back with our other 2 cars

Always friendly, not pushy and do not try to take advantage. We use MotivWerks for everything from oil change, tires, and repairs. Plus they stand behind their work. Very Happy.

Be careful!!! Get another opinion before you just give them money. I ve given multiple chances and have been hesitant each time. They will try to get you to pay for things you don t need. I m not saying they are bad mechanics they are good mechanics. However their price gouging is insane. All I m saying is be careful. I will not be returning. Tried to get me to pay for something that wasn t needed accorded to 3 other mechanics with 40 years of experience. When I went to pay they charged me for the supplies that I already bought and supplied to them. Still was an insane final price even after a refund. Maybe an honest mistake but seemed like a normal thing at this establishment.

Very professional work and service.I really appreciated having my car worked on soon after the estimate. Very nice waiting room-but maybe more hard cover books. I like the dinosaurs too-reminded me of my youth.

MotivWerks is professional, very ethical and reliable auto shop. Extremely knowledgeable experience on many different models and makes of cars. I have trusted and used their services for several years and I can always count on a job done right. MotivWerks did a thorough inspection of my older BMW and new Subaru. They even cleaned the BMW aluminum wheels at no charge. Their waiting room is plessent and staff very professional. Will be going there for all of my maintenance.

Had tailpipe tip replaced. The weld was not touched up so it rusted and looked rough. Got a hold of the shop and the owner went out of his way and picked my truck up to fix the repair. Well appreciated. Will definitely be using this shop for more work. Thanks againService: ExhaustService: Exhaust

What a great place! I needed to get some work done (the driver's side door wouldn't close) and the first repair shop told me that I needed to take it to a body shop. The body shop said they were so busy that they couldn't fit me in for almost three months and that I should call the dealership in town. The dealership told me they couldn't see me for two months! I just happen to have gotten a flyer from MotivWerks and gave them a call. They had the problem fixed the same day! In fact, they stayed late to get it fixed! I can't say enough good things about them - Adam, Noah and Sam - great people - great service! I'm going to have ALL my maintenance and repair work done there. Thanks MotivWerks!

I went here for a car inspection and they estimated $4,500 in total cost to pass inspection. I went to get a second opinion and they passed my car inspection without finding anything wrong. Complete waste of time, energy, and money for a dishonest appraisal.

Every time I take my car whether it is for planned maintenance or a surprise repair, they always find time to get me on the schedule and the the repairs are done quickly without any problems. And at a reasonable cost.

Thought I might have a better experience and not get ripped off going with a "high-quality" place that charged a little more. NOPE! Same experience. EXTRA ripped off. I would recommend going elsewhere.Edit: THEY OFFER MONEY TO UNSATISFIED CUSTOMERS IF THEY AGREE TO CHANGE THEIR REVIEWS! Not only have they reached out to me after posting this, but I've talked with several other people in the area about my experience, and 3 out of 5 have also had terrible experiences. The difference is they took the money and left good reviews even though they had plenty of negative things to say. I could really use that money, but selling out, helping a bad company to make more money, all while not warning others is completely immoral imo.Details:Replaced stock clutch with DKM stage 3 clutch kit beginning in April, 2023. A/C, suspension adjustment, brakes, alignment, dogbone mount, transmission mounts as well totalling more than $5k. More expensive than it should have been from my lengthy research. Leaked oil immediately after (rear main seal). Took back a couple days later and was somehow quoted for an additional $1600! The audacity! Employees in shop didn't care at all and were treating me worse. The one guy, who was condescending from the start, blamed it on me buying a part from amazon that was recalled. It wasn't. Instead, it was purchased from ECS, a reputable co, and that part definitely had no recalls. I had to prove this since my word was not sufficient, so I showed them the receipt. They then moved on to making it seem like I was to blame for bringing aftermarket parts. They accepted the job! They could have said no. Really wish they would have. More than that, I would've liked to know that their guys didn't have much experience with this kinda thing, something that seems pretty obvious to me now.Talked to owner of MW, Justin, and he did it for $700 instead and added "free" tires. Still WAY too much. Car still pulled to the right, too, so they did alignment again (so I was told). Car STILL pulled to the right afterward. Clutch STILL makes more noise than you're typical "chatter". Called and told them this but they just said "it was done to spec" referring to the alignment followed by an awkward silence. The car is also strange to shift gears now. The rpms drop really slow when upshifting, so you can't release the clutch for a few seconds without grinding gears. It's possible this is just from the new clutch, although I have NEVER heard of this and haven't found any similar problems during my research.At this point I didn't want to deal with this place ever again. I can't drive the car without thinking about these problems and how I was seriously overcharged, but I was done.A few days ago, however, a large bolt fell onto my driveway as I left the house, reigniting my frustration. Turned out to be from the dogbone (aka pendulum mount - pretty important). Must not have been properly torqued. Once I torqued it myself, the vibration inside the car was noticably better than it was after the new clutch was installed, which was just a part of the noise they repeatedly told me was typical clutch chatter. The way my concerns were dismissed and waved away really bothers me. Still makes plenty of noise, but now it's only from under the car when my foot is off the clutch pedal. Many people have said it isn't normal including two other professional mechanics. This is a long review, but still I haven't mentioned everything.Good luck finding an affordable, honest mechanic with sufficient skill. So far I've had no luck in the Chambersburg area. If you happen to find/know one, please let me know!Hoping this helps someone avoid losing their money and sanity. I strongly believe in using local businesses over giant corporations, just not this one. They probably weren't always like this. Maybe they became so successful that they started viewing customers as an invoice number instead of individuals.

I m able to drop my car after hours. Got a call the next morning to review my maintenance. They made some suggestions to improve my cars overall performance. A few hours later a second call to let me know my car was finished. Paid by phone and picked up my keys after work. Flawless. My car runs like new. No hassles, no surprises. Perfect, I wish more businesses were like this.

It was great working with Noah, Sam and everyone else that I talked too. They provided detail info on what was wrong with my car and how much it would cost to repair each item. This is the place you should come just because one the employees know a lot of information on vehicles & that s what you want too hear when you go into a mechanic shop & they get the job I always take my bmw too them for issues & future issues I definitely would recommend coming before any where else
