Think twice before bringing your vehicle here for service.I needed to bring my vehicle back the past (4) times I had service done here.First, bad spark plug caused a miss after having the plugs replaced. There were no issues with plugs prior. They were replaced because of the fleet vehicle s schedule maintenance policy. I gave them the benefit of the doubt for this situation. Bad parts happen.Second, for a bad bolt on the brakes causing pad to malfunction (and not work) after having brakes replaced.Third, for a pretty good oil leak after an oil change. Took it to the dealership instead to fix, they said the oil filter was not tightened properly.I should not have went back after the third instance but this was all for a fleet vehicle and Jiffy Lube is a conveniently located approved vendor.Fourth time was for a pretty good leak after an oil change, again. Jiffy Lube stated it was because of a bad filter.Compliments to new manager Tyler who was very polite and professional. I met him after my last oil change. He mentioned he was brought in to improve things. I believe he has the capability to do so.Each time I did return my vehicle to have things fixed, the issues were corrected promptly with no questions asked. The only thing it cost me was my time and fuel.If the four times I needed to return were truly because of bad parts, Jiffy Lube management needs to seriously reconsider their parts supplier or I have the worst luck possible. Maybe I should buy a lottery ticket, because I beat some crazy odds to be 4 for 4 on bad parts.Time to clean up another huge oil slick in my driveway! I've been going to this location for around a year now, and I personally haven't had any problems. Haven't felt like they're selling stuff to me or anything. More like they're just genuinely looking out for me, and recommending stuff they only find necessary. Everyone I've interacted with has been very down to earth and nice to talk to. Gonna continue to come back to these guys, super chill and laid back atmosphere.

A 19 y/o girl comes in, so you charge her the most expensive oil change. Even though that same car, has been there several times, brought by her father and NEVER had that oil change. You guys keep records, correct?

Fantastic help from the manager Tyler and Jacob. Amazing customer service, they identified the issue and saw that it was outside of their scope and referred me to another shop nearby after jumping my vehicle for free. I'll be back for the regular maintenance of oil and filter changes and whatnot.Services: Electrical, BatteryServices: Electrical, Battery

Wow - Men, who work at Jiffy Lube be thinking in 2023, they can lie, scam and cheat Women, in this case my daughter, for an oil change and then REFUSED to rotate the tires on her vehicle, because they were straight up LAZY, even after she specifically asked them to.2021 Nissan - 23k miles. They tell my daughter she needs a "Engine Flush" (lol) because her oil is yellow and clumpy. Mind you, she has owned the car for 5k miles. Certified vehicle from Nissan at purchase. "clumpy yellow oil".... Please... How insulting.Jiffy Lube is a SCAM!Then to top it off, she was charged $208 for a full Synthetic oil change!! Get out of here!! I pay $125 at FORD for a full Synthetic oil change, and that's dealership pricing.The gentleman working at this jiffy Lube ought to be ashamed of themselves!You have been WARNED!

The staff is very friendly and helpful. They found that a filter that was in the car when we had purchased it was not only the wrong filter for the car as a whole but the wrong filter for that part so we got it changed and we now use a little less gas. They were pretty quick and it wasn't very expensive either. The waiting room was neat and clean. They have chairs at both ends and a little cell phone charging station at the end with the table which is nice if you need to charge your phone while you wait. It is also awesome that they let you pick which kind of oil you want to put in the vehicle instead of just putting the most expensive in. We will be back for our next oil change and other similar services.

Stopped in today for an oil change, not only was it quicker than I expected, but the customer service from the manager I talked to was amazing. Tyler went the extra mile to ensure I knew my business was appreciated.Happy to say I ll be going here from now on!

I originally had given his place of five-star review. I have now taken it back. I recently went in to have two new tires placed on my car along with a car inspection. They broke the sensor in my tire and claimed it was already broken when I got there. It was not, I check my tire pressure on a regular ball basis. Furthermore, none of the sensors in my tires work any longer. Do not go there for repair!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

Went in yesterday for inspection. Looked online and it said open until 5 pm. I get there like 345-350 pm. I'm told they close at 4 pm. 5 people standing around and online AND their sign on the door says 5 pm. When I say this to one of the worker's he says "I don't know what to say I'm just a worker". If you change your hours, fine. But update your online profile and your door. Will never use this place again. Would have been nothing to do an inspection for a veteran at this time. But as I saw just lazy and don't care. Go elsewhere.

Wife took car in to have oil change and pa state inspection . They told my wife the car would not pass inspection because tires had uneven wear and slight weather cracking, motor mount and transmission mounts had play in the mounts . I had checked out the car before we took it to the shop and found no problems I was an inspection tech for 20 years so I m no dummy when it comes to inspecting vehicles and . I took it to another garage payed another 40$ and they found no problems . Jiffy lube please stop ripping people off if you can t preform inspections properly then stick to changing oilService: Oil change

Brought wife s car in for inspection and was told that the car failed due to mechanical issues. Was charge for inspection which is fine due to you have to pay pass or fail. However the guy running the shop said they would gladly fix all the issue for several hundred dollars. I brought the car home looked it over and no issues found. Took car to another shop and passed with flying colors. The mechanical per PennDot are NOT reasons to fail a vehicle for inspection. Also the other shop could not find any of the issues reported to me. Definitely will NOT ever go back. Felt as if they were trying to hustle money. Since my visit I ve been informed of that they have done this to numerous other people.

Very dishonest! The guy offered light bulb replacement which is not needed. I also paid oil change but when checked the oil looks dirty. Never again Jiffy lube!!!

Went in for a simple oil change on my new vehicle that I just purchased in the last three months and was then proceeded to be told by the person at the front desk how my car was basically a lemon that it had never been serviced and it needed multiple things but that it was a very nice car. When I first got the car from the dealership I did my own inspection of the vehicle which included oil, air filter, brake fluid, under the vehicle, under the hood, ac, heater, and etc. everything was brand new and in working order. Was also told that in order to do the inspection on the vehicle they would need to test drive it. I have never heard of having to test drive a vehicle but I will give them the benefit of the doubt and that is why I checked the safety inspection criteria on the Penndot state site. At no point does it state that a test drive is needed for an inspection of the vehicle. I just moved to the area and was testing out the place to bring my vehicles to get work done needless to say this will be the first and last time I ever come here after being insulted about my vehicle and my knowledge.Service: Oil change

Went in with dead battery, and lose connection. Fixed the connection said my battery was fine but I needed a new starter.. which didnt make sense since it always started when i had jumped it.. few days and $200+ on the bill later won't start again. Battery is dead.. will start fine until it sits for 24hr without running. Guy was very helpful getting all my electronics working again although we didn't see the back TV screen was out so that's still an issue too. Will go back again but wish I would have just got the battery the first time.Services: Electrical, Battery, Oil change

I got a transmission fluid change here and i only had to wait about an hour. That included waiting for my vehicle to be pulled into the garage. They did a good job, transmission feels smoother than before, but $170 is a tad pricey. Definitely nice for convenience, but I suggest doing as much as possible yourself. Saves some money.

Most expensive oil change I've ever paid for. They were friendly but did as little as possible when it came to the so called free stuff like vacuuming the floors, it was half done. Total rip off and will NEVER go there againService: Oil changeService: Oil change

I am a woman that doesn t know very much about cars. I took an older car there to get inspected. I knew it was probably going to cost me several hundred dollars at least. The friendly man at the front desk told me they was not going to work on the car because the engine is about ready to go. It was a total loss. He could have did the work and not inform me of the engine. I got a second opinion and the engine was going to die soon. It is rare to find an honest mechanic. I brought another car and took it back there. I was a difficult customer that day. The car needed more maintenance than I thought minor things but they add up. They showed me what was wrong with everything they suggested I fix. I even had another mechanic on the phone that sold me the car asking him questions about the work they were doing and if it was legit. Even though I was difficult, I was treated with most respect and excellent customer service. I will be going back there. Mechanical work is expensive there but it is guaranteed. Sometimes you get what you pay for. In this case I saved hundreds.Services: Transmission, Air & cabin filter replacement, Exhaust, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Brakes, Battery, Oil change

Went in for a quick oil change, but also knew my brakes needed replaced soon, however had not planned for that today. Upon entering, spoke with Jeremy, and discussed options for brake replacement, agreed it needed done today. He was very kind, thorough and helpful and quick!

Under new management! Dave was courteous and informative. I in no way felt pushed into paying extra. He gave me a list of upcoming maintenance I will be due for and what their prices are. It is a beautiful Saturday and everyone was at a competitor on Norland Avenue. I was told there they can't see anyone until Tuesday. I went around the corner to another place with tons of parking in their lot and empty bays and three workers behind the counter. I was told I would have to wait an hour before they could start an oil change. Shaking my head I left. Dave offered me coffee, but I didn't have time to drink it before I was back on the road. Competitive prices, personal touch, and fast. I highly recommend

Main guy was incredibly rude and arrogant. Straight up lied about my brake pads needing replaced. Just replaced them a week ago- and the dude had the audacity to charge me $240 for it. Terrible place. Do not go

If we being honest, this was probably the most friendly encounter I've had at any business. The manager was extraordinary polite professional. Fast service. Like really fast. I will go to this particular Jiffy Lube over others. I do not mind driving to frequent an establishment rarity such as this fine place. Serious. Do yourself a favor and go here. You won't regret it.

Aside from being a little bit more expensive than other places that perform the same service, the staff here are always great and always take care of you quickly and explain everything that they think is necessary in advance, provide you possible options and allow you to decide what you would and would not like to have done.
