I had a great experience at Jammin Car Audio. I threw a particularly challenging install at them and they handled it extremely well. Customer service is top notch!!!!! Highly recommend!!!!!

These guys are awesome. I had been looking for a radio for my 2020 Mitsubishi outlander for months and dealership wanted twice as much. Jammin got and installed and works great for less than half. They also came off vacation to install it for me. I would recommend these guys ten times over. Thanks for a job well done. Betty

I had my stereo system upgraded and they called me with the estimate quickly and had my stereo replaced within an hour. Quick service and they were a pleasure to deal with. He even took the time out of his day to show me how my stereo works and helped me get my phone connected to it. Would definitely recommend going here.

Jammin is the only place youll want to go for car stereos! I have dealt with Chris and Terri for years and they have always exceeded expections in every aspect!! Chris is a wizard when it comes to stereos and wiring, so do yourself a favor and let him work his magic!! The stereo system that Chris put in my black cobra I had 20+ years ago is still to date the best sounding car stereo that I and anyone else who ever heard it said in terms of sound quality and was a 10/10 in appearance!!

Terri and Chris helped me bigtime! After years of great service, my professional car audio installer closed his business. I live 40 miles away in WV and had a rare boot-loop failure on one of my high-end Pioneer car infotainment systems. I randomly called Jammin and explained my problem to Terri. She went beyond the call of duty in advising me (and giving numbers to call) as to how to work with Pioneer regarding this out of warranty situation. I asked Terri if I was able to obtain a replacement system would she install it and if so, would she give me an estimate. She said yes and provided an estimate.Surprisingly, I was quickly able to obtain a replacement, so I called her back and asked for her earliest installation appointment. Since I was traveling a distance, I asked if I could wait. Because the installation was swapping one system for another she thought that it would take about an hour, so she was able work me into the schedule 4 days later. I ve been driving the car for 3 days now and my replacement system works flawlessly. I should also mention that the installation did only take an hour and I was charged only 60% of Terri s estimate. I am a grateful and happy Jammin customer!Service: Electrical

Had an amazing experience here. They installed my fianc�s Bluetooth radio for us. Great couple that runs the shop and did quality work in a reasonable time. Jammin was wonderful to work with. They got my vehicle in quickly and replaced the speakers and stereo. They do an excellent job and will do whatever they can for the customer. Would recommend!!!!!

I honestly don t know if I can say enough good about Chris and his wife. I have been going to them for years they are extremely talented and take pride in their work!! I recently replaced my subwoofers. The deal was I was responsible for installing them due to time and money. They were gonna do the wiring. Chris insisted he installed them which required new wiring and readjusted my amp to make sure everything was hitting properly. I will be returning to them shortly to replace my door speakers as well. You take care of them they will return back to you 10 fold !!!!!

Walked in to Jammin Car Audio on a Tuesday to schedule a radio install, I had bought everything myself with the intent of doing the install on my own but I found that I was a little in over my head. I showed them what I had, they informed me I wasn t sold the best parts and that they could hook me up with the correct parts I needed, scheduled the install for that Friday and they kept me informed of everything the day of. Everything went smooth and the install was great! They did exactly what I wanted them to do, at a fair price and did excellent work, I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to have any audio work done!

Very happy with my total experience from the moment I walked in asking questions about what I wanted and was provided with an estimate. A few weeks later I called back to set my appointment up and was advised that my service would be a bit more than my estimate (totally understandable as it was just an estimate). Day of service I m super happy with my install!! Very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Thank guys!

Ive had Jammin Car Audio install all my vehicle audio systems since they opened many years ago. I just took my sons first vehicle to them (my 12th vehicle they have done overall). All of their installs for me have been excellent, clean and tidy work, fair priced and completed in the time they said. I will continue to take any future vehicles to them and always recommend them. Thanks for all the great sound systems over the years.

Just purchased a new stereo for my 2004 Rav 4 (Don't judge me. I love her. ) and it was a fabulous experience. The owners were knowledgeable and wonderfully accommodating. We walked in off the street with no appointment at 3:30pm (they close at 5pm), and they had us installed and out of there in I believe, less than an hour. The owners Chris and Terri were very pleasant and they both had a great sense of humor. Such an enjoyable experience that we are taking my husband s van in next week for a similar installation. Highly recommended!

Been dealing with Chris and Terri for almost a year now. Best local business I've dealt with by far. I highly recommend their business. Both kind and very hopeful every time I'm there. Worked with them before covid and they seemed decent. They were shut down for a while, as was I with my job, so i completely understood. Once they reopened, I was told they were no longer doing the service that I needed. So now I have to go an hour away because they were the only ones in town that did that service. I am sure many others are in the same boat with this issue. Rude owners. Make you feel your beneath them.

Terri was awesome to work with and explained all my options and was happy to do as much or as little as I wanted to do. There was no pressure at all! They installed the whole system in a few hours and I've never rode in any vehicle that sounded so good!! They also came outside and explained all the functions of the head unit and asked several times if I had any questions. Overall, a wonderful experience and I would recommend Jammin Car Audio to anyone!

Had an amp and sub installed recently and couldn t be happier. Stopped in to get a quote and discuss options and was given a detailed quote and answers to all my questions. When I showed up for my install I had some very specific requests for mounting locations. Chris went over everything with me and was able to meet all my requests without issue. During the whole process I never felt pressured or like I was being sold things I didn t need. I even asked if I would need a more expensive part due to an EQ issue with newer civics and Chris politely said no instead of just saying yes to sell something extra. Strongly recommend this place and will continue to come here for any future car audio needs.

Recently had my interlock installed through them. they were very professional on time and very straightforward about the product and the service they were doing to the community by doing interlocks. Lady was polite but the price of your accessories for Harley self installs is off the charts. I won t say it s price gouging yet but to charge double what the retail list price is... just because it s a Harley Davidson speaker adapter, I don t know what else you call it. I m sure your installations are top notch reading the other reviews so I didn t give you one star...but I think Jammin Car Audio is a little on your Harley speaker kits. I also called another local car audio distributor and had the same accessory for 25$ less.

My husband bought me a new radio with Bluetooth so I could use my phone hands free for Christmas. I purchased it and had it installed through Jammin Car Audio. No complaints on my end. I thought is was installed in a timely manner. They even went out and showed me the features and set up a few things. I would definitely recommend them

This is now the second time I went to Jammin' audio to upgrade my system in my car, and I love it! The staff is very friendly and answered all my questions. I highly recommend them if your looking to upgrade your car or even get a remote start put in!
