Staff was courteous and professional, good communication however, I have taken the same vehicle in twice for a transmission repair that is still not resolved. Both time I was advised it was fixed. They stated the vehicle was repaired and now operating properly with less than a mile test drive any non-mechanic could tell you it s not. I have paid the warranty deductible twice and am still having the same issue. Not sure if they get a third chance.

The technicians and staff at Forrester Lincoln mercury are customer service oriented and a pleasure to work with. Their desire to make your mechanical issues correct is of the highest standard possible. They are a trustworthy organization. I recommend them highly to anyone who wants to buy a car or have their vehicle repaired

They are always very nice! And so far very honest. They were able to patch my tire instead making me buy a new one which some places would have done Or tell you your horn fluid is low or something

Excellent service. They did a warranty repair along with troubleshooting an electrical issue. When customer service explained how they wen through everything, they were pricing out the option, but when they went back to my vehicle. Something felt different, and they went with their gut. It ended up only being a piece of debris that was keeping the circuit open. All I had to pay was for labor!!! Amazing! (This was after 2 other mechanics in Shippensburg were telling me it was other issues or just normal for my car)

Do yourself a favor, when you go to Forrester Lincoln, bypass everyone else and find Travis M. What i enjoyed so much about Travis is that he immediately made you feel like you are dealing with a friend. He was patient, kind, helpful and generally just a great guy. If you're looking for that downhome family feel when purchasing a vehicle, go to F Lincoln and ask for Travis.

We love dealing with Forrester Lincoln, and especially with Travis Mummert. We have purchased two vehicles in the last couple of years with Travis' assistance. He will help you find exactly what you are looking for in your price range. We also love Forrester's garage being open on Saturdays and the complimentary car wash when the vehicles are serviced. I would highly recommend Forrester's and Travis to anyone looking for a vehicle at a fair price.

If you re looking for a new car definitely ask for Travis Mummert! He s kind, patient and an all around great guy who is a humble family man. He knows his stuff about Lincoln s and fords and is very knowledgeable in what he does. He would never steer you wrong on the vehicle you want, you ll just leave knowing a lot more about it then when you came.

Had a service job done here a while back. They returned my Lincoln in great condition and the repair worked well for years after! (Until I traded the car in)If you need sales ask for Travis. He even specializes in manual transmission Lincoln s if you are interested!

I always take my car here for routine oil changes, etc. Staff have always been friendly & quick to get you in and out compared to other places I ve gone to.The other morning I had to have my car towed due to it not shifting into gear (some piece was broken somewhere) and I was shocked how quickly it was fixed I d say less than 2 hours of having it towed there and I was back in my car good as new and they even washed my car.

Forrester Lincoln matches new tire prices with any chain store web site price that I bring them. I feel comfortable buying tires and other service items from David, knowing he has my vehicles best interest in mind. When it comes to sales I go to Travis that finds exactly what I am looking for, without me having to sort thru the trader sites not knowing what can of worms I might be buying. I enjoy buying local, without paying extra.
