This was a great car buying experience for me. Especially because I put it off longer than I should have due to shady dealer markups and questionable sales practices that have been all to common during/since the pandemic. Fitzgerald never played that game and has always sold at or below MSRP, valuing customer satisfaction and loyalty over the quick buck. Jeff Frey went above and beyond to earn my business by being honest, understanding, and hard working to get me a great deal. I ended up with the Toyota I wanted at a price that exceeded my expectations. They even gave me top dollar for my higher-mileage trade. It was well worth the drive from Lancaster. I m telling everyone I know that if they re in the market for a Toyota to give Jeff a call! Thanks again, Jeff!

I recently bought a new truck from Fitzgerald Toyota. I have bought from this company before. My salesperson both times was Tyler. Both times he dealt with me with both honesty and respect.I love the truck I just bought! I want to thank Fitz Toyota for the great automobiles they sold me and Tyler for the help he gave me to make it happen. Hats off to everyone from sales to service (great service department too).Until recently, I had no idea how important reviews are.

I have dealt with Fitzgerald Toyota for a long time (15 years or so). Always had good experiences with them. Today was not good. Took my Sequoia in for oil change, tire rotation, inspection and emissions. Got a message that it had failed inspection for 2 marker lights and rear brake pads. I told them I would bring it home and do the repairs myself and save $750. Got to the dealership, paid for the services and went to my vehicle. New inspection and emission stickers are on it. So was the $650 worth of repairs really going to be done?I pulled out of the dealership and did not even get up to speed before there was a bad vibration. Pulled into a parking lot less then a mile from the dealership. A lady pulled up behind me and told me that lug nuts had come off my rear passenger tire. I looked and 3 of the 5 were missing.Took me 20 minutes to get someone on the phone to get service guys down to fix it. Still have not been able to get a manager on the phone.Update: The dealership went out of their way to correct this situation. They made everything right and were very apologetic. I appreciate the efforts on their end to correct this situation. I will likely continue business with them in the future.

This is my second experience with Fitzgerald Toyota Chambersburg. The dealership is more than 2 hours from where I live but I went back to them because of how great they were on our last transaction. Well worth the drive.Once again, Jeffrey Soto was an awesome salesman. He made sure I got exactly what I asked for and that I was taking care of through the entire buying process. I got an amazing vehicle at a great price. His manager Eric worked with me as well to make sure the car was accessorized and customized. Exactly how I asked for it. They made sure I had a loner car while I waited for my vehicle to be ready.Jeremiah in finance worked with me again to make sure I had everything I needed in terms of warranty information and any other financial items.The used car manager, John gave me a very fair price for my trade-in.The entire buying experience was a bit complicated, but the entire team made sure I was completely taken care of from beginning to end. I didn't feel like I was dealing with a typical car dealership. It was an entire car buying experience and I'm looking forward to working with them again on my next purchase.

Fitzgerald was a breath of fresh air. I pulled in w/o an appointment because my check engine light went on at 7:30am and I was 3 hours away from home in addition to that. All they did was analyze the problem by 9:00 and had me on the road with a free loaner until they fixed it. The following day I had my car back and I returned the loaner with no charge for the loaner car and I reasonable cost for the part and service considering it was the first maintenance it needed and the car has 218,000+ miles. If you want great value and great service go to Fitzgerald.

Took my car in over a month ago for a scheduled appointment with a maintenance light on and a recall. Computers were down they took my name & number to reschedule, I d still be waiting had I not called back. Service desk advisor was not helpful. They didn t want to change my oil or rotate my tires. In 2000 miles it will need an oil change. They told me I need to wait, the Toyota maintenance care package will be expired then. They didn t want to do the covered work under the package. There s a recall on my vehicle they didn t have parts for, knowing it was coming in. They gave me a paper (half filled out) saying they did a multi point check saying my rear tires may require attention at 26,000 miles! It s brand new. Free car wash is free for a reason, they did by it twice & still dirty. The new facility you built is beautiful however Fitzgerald should strive to match the customer service. match

Arrived for my appointment was greeted by Nicholas. He explained what the service entailed. Very knowledgeable and professional representative for Fitzgerald Toyota. I asked him about the removal of the storage boxes in the bed of my Tacoma and he was kind enough to look at the truck and give his opinion of what I would have to do to remove the boxes. Very satisfied with the service.

This was the quickest and easiest vehicle purchase I have ever had! Justin, the salesman was extremely organized, professional, and helpful in the entire transaction. From the first time we spoke (I was "shopping" online and knew which type of vehicle I wanted), he had or got me the answers to all my questions. When I arrived at the dealership, he already had the vehicle outside waiting for my inspection and was able to answer any of my questions related to the features of the Grand Highlander XLE. The financing was quick and painless, and I was soon on my way! I have bought several vehicles from Fitzgerald in Chambersburg, and have always had a good experience, but this one was clearly the best.

It took about 3 hours waiting on my car for an inspection and oil change. The place is new and looks great but that doesn't mean comfortable. Love that you can pull right into the building and free car wash. There are pros and cons but will be using them again.

First oil change on new rouge and most effective fast environment and service advisor was extremely professional and polite. Not only did you feel confident and comfortable in repairs and repair time but staff gave their time as well.

I have not bought a vehicle from Fitzgerald. I am a sprinkler Fitter. I installed a sprinkler system in their new addition. They are very friendly and easy to work with. I also live 5 minutes away and I have never heard a bad word about them

Overall experience was fair and what is expected from buying a new car. However....we told the sales representative what we wanted to pay monthly, came back much higher, salesman worked with sales manager and camein a little higher, said if he can get payment we wanted he'll get it than shoke our hand as if he locked it down, sales manager came back with a payment just $4 higher we said let's do it, when we sat with financing we accepted a few protections that landed us almost $80 higher than we originally wanted which always happens in financing and understand that. But when told by the sales representative when shown the vehicle that he selected upon himself and had waiting for us (not the vehicle we made an appointment to see. According to sales representative it was sold and didnt tell us. Typical car sales bait and switch feeling is the way we instantly felt). He stated there was a $4500 discount from Nissan on the vehicle making this one a better deal. Then be told when crunching numbers that we didn't qualify for it was frustrating as we weren't told it was based on credit worthiness. But we accepted it and closed the deal. What I really don't like is after seeing the car in the daylight the next day. We noticed the inspection was 6 months old. We told our sales representative about it telling him that a brand new off the lot $40000 car should have a new inspection. Talked to sales representative about a remedy and has now been 2 full business days without any word what the dealership is willing to do. I believe it to be a reasonable request that should had been met with a rapid response to satisfactory close the issue. During the sales process, we were told countless times how the dealership strives to have a family like relationship with there customers. Kinda feeling like a red headed step child right about now. No offense red heads.

Purchased several vehicles here and always have had great experience, purchased a brand new 2022 4Runner and have had issues with little to no communication all 3 times it s been back for the issue. This current time I can t even get a returned phone call from the general manager or the service manager. All said and done if I get my vehicle back next week we will be approaching 2 months out of a vehicle since purchased new .

I had to get mudflaps installed on my brand new vehicle. The free installation was worked into my Sales contract whenever we bought the new vehicle. My salesman, Justin, worked with me to set up the appointment and the appointment was straightforward and they were done in about an hour. Couldn t be happier.

Just purchased a Toyota 4Runner TRP PRO with Jim s assistance. During the process he helped us finding a vehicle with the color we wanted and without crazy markups. He also helped us with keeping the car longer than any dealership would do since we were out of the country for work.Both me and my wife are very happy with our purchase and believe this was our most satisfactory car buying experience we had.We definitely strongly recommend working with Jim, not just because he found us a good deal but because he was trying to help us anyway he could and not trying to compete a deal.Thanks Jim!

I was early for my appointment, but 11 o'clock appointment for tires rotated should not take an hour and 15min. Even with all the checks they do on your vehicle. One last thing someone should be able to tell you where your vehicle is instead of its out front somewhere.

I was originally told a diagnostic was only 140 and then it turned out to be 160. Hard to get in contact with them to get updates and see when to pick up my truck. Also they tried to tell me I needed all new brake cables even though I explained one was brand new I had installed it the day before. I asked for a quote for them to only take the rest of the old one from that section out and they quoted me for it all im assuming. They also over priced how much it would fix the heat shield it took me 30 minutes to fix it myself that's not worth 273 bucks. They also said my water pump was leaking but since I've got it back the coolant level has not gone down and I see no signs of leaking I don't appreciate being lied to. I thought I would give them a shot I've never gone to a dealership before to have them look at my vehicle and probably won't again because of this experience I will come back for other stuff and I wish I had never added on the benefits when I purchased my vehicle.Thank you,Sebastian Ban

Getting a little expensive for an oil change, but every service I have a 70 dollar off from when I bought the car so paying $50 is much better then $120 haha. Overall, friendly staff, they work quick and get the job done well.

They do not buy your car if you do not buy from them. I tried to sell my car to them and because I was not buying one that day, they refused to purchase it. They said they would text me an offer and they never did. I had to call them and then they only gave me a trade in value. I was planning on buying a vehicle after my husband came back from deployment and will be steering clear of them. They need to change the slogan, "We'll buy your car even if you don't buy from us".I would like to address their response. They in fact, did not call me. My husband called them and then had to have the guy call us back, keep in mine it was 2 days AFTER i took it in for an appraisal. And he said they would not be buying my vehicle only offering me a trade in. They aren't being truthful. This is not a unique situation, I simply wanted to sell my car to them as my husband is being deployed and we would be buying a vehicle when he returned. Steer clear of these people. Gina is the sales manager I dealt with and Corbin, the sales guy. There was nothing "unique" about my situation. I wanted to sell my car. Not trade it in. Feel free to call me If you want to furthure explain things. But accprding to corbin, you guys are not buying it as its not, "lot ready" But you have lost my business and I will continue to tell everyone.

Go to Fitzgerald if you want to buy a car and get an immediate response- do not go if you are selling a car and want the money owed to you in less than 7 days, maybe??We sold our truck at Fitzgerald last Thursday. They said the money for it would be there Friday. No call, no money, business closed when we went. We went on Saturday and were told that information is wrong and to expect a call on Monday. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, AND Thursday come and go with no calls and no money. After countless voicemails I m not sure where the money is and if it will ever get back to us.So great place to give your money to, not great if you expect to see any of it back.

I have purchased 5 new cars from this dealership. I sold a car and contacted them to get the refund for my warranty. They told me no problem it will take 8-12 weeks to get my refund. I am now at 14 weeks and no one will return my calls. I did like them but this is shady business practice. My advice stay away.

As usual, staff were pleasant and helpful. One downside is I asked to have new wiper blades installed and that didn t happen which I didn t notice until I got home. Other than that, I was pleased with my experience.

I walked in knowing what I wanted, he showed me some other options which I appreciate, but wasn t pushy about it. He is very good at what he does.
