My family has been using this place for decades. I used this place for the first time in my adult life when my car was wrecked by a local potato chip truck. They returned my phone calls promptly, scheduled me in a reasonable time frame and serviced my car in one day. My insurance company was a disaster through this whole process, but this business was kind enough to release my car back to me prior to receiving payment from the other insurance company. They do great work! It was top notch service from start to finish. I highly recommend this place to anyone.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim

I have taken every vehicle I own that has required bodywork there over the past 10 years and have always been amazed by the detail, workmanship and friendly customer service. And if by some small chance you find something that you don t like, They go out of their way to try and make it right. If you need bodywork, Chambersburg Autobody is THE place to go. Went in to get my drivers side mirror replaced. Asked for a quote so I could schedule an appointment for a later date and the mechanic said I did not have to pay due to the job taking him less than 5 minutes. They took my car in less than a week, figured having it ready in 3 days.. They did a wonderful job, even wahed it. Very knowledgeable and very personable people. Totally happy with them overall. Very friendly and professional staff. Did a great job reparing bedside of my truck after a deer ran into side of it. Chambersburg Auto Body Shop is the epitome of what an auto body should be! They are professional and do a great job! We have used them twice recently and have been very satisfied. They treated us professionally and our camper looked better than new when they were finished. Brian is very personable and we couldn't be more satisfied!

I called them and asked about for a simple repair on a dented plastic bumper. I stressed that it was plastic, and that there is no need to worry about any paint transfer or touch ups. The response was that they don't pop bumpers because of stress fractures, and proceeded to tell me the complexity involved in fixing a dent that can be handled in 10 min with a hair dryer and either a suction puller or a side hammer puller.

I took my brush guard to them to be painted . They put a lot of effort into it and returned it looking great . Friendly staff . I would do business with them again
