Very knowledgeable, quality work, and nice and accommodating. Parts came in late so they extended and paid for extra days on rental car. Also, best communication I have had with a business keeping me informed.

There were problems with the fit of replaced parts (aftermarket) initially, but the staff at Caliber worked hard to correct the defects. even ordering parts from other suppliers and removing the parts that didn't fit correctly at their own expense. Much better after this. Some of the parts we needed were not available in a timely fashion from OEM sources, they worked hard to get it done within my rental allowance.

Friendly quick service but returned car with bumper not secure and still waiting weeks for call back to be screwed tightly. I wasn t happy that they left oil stain in my car seat and was in my compartment not sure why but left everything thrown on the floor. I never got a call back to screw bumper and it s months now.

poor people dont communicate to you unless you reach out to them past the said date they would reach out to you and then to top it off saying things were broke on the car that were not and were working presently fine. and the fact that my app told me it was driven 14 miles while in there care is totally unacceptable as a customer that was just trying to get minor things fixed per my insurance company. i feel as if they had ripped my insurance company out of money on repairs that were not the problem. no email of the proof of stuff broken and while i explained to them that engine wise it was sound and working perfectly fine. i feel as if they just want as much of your money as possible. highly recommend going else where besides these guys its a corporate not a mom and pop dont waste your time here for these guys. How do you not use bolts that hold a bumper up and glue it instead why did you fix the fender it still has a notch in it....Service: Painting

This is the only place I will ever take my vehicle for collision repairs in the future.The owner, Jeff, is a down to earth, honest, and fair gentleman who will do everything he can to help your situation. I spoke with him personally when going over my vehicle. He was highly knowledgeable, earnest, and up front about the work his shop does and his attention to detail.The gentleman who worked my case, Alan, is equally as great and just as knowledgeable. It is evident that he is passionate about vehicles and his job.Despite Caliber Collision being a corporate chain of business, I could not have been treated any more like a local by all the folks who work at this location. This facility has the benefit of being corporately financed, giving them access to high quality tools, machines, and booths, while simultaneously being ran by local men and women who aim to bring you satisfaction. In addition to this, each vehicle's repair comes with a Lifetime Warranty. Lastly, if your vehicle is totaled, you are not charged storage fees by Caliber.Not once did I feel as though my vehicle was unimportant to Alan or Jeff and was kept up to date on the status of my vehicle. I have begun telling my neighbors & friends that this is the shop to go to for any collision repairs. They will fight to ensure your vehicle is not totaled if it is near the threshold and your insurance company is unwilling to work with you.Thank you Caliber for working with me through my vehicle's situation -- regardless of the outcome it met.

Amatuer and Disrespectful. Terrible work done.I waited over a month after drop off for my 2022 CRV to have a fender and grille fixed. They said it would take 4 days.They ordered the wrong grille while i waited without my vehicle. THEN they reordered the SAME exact wrong grille AGAIN, just another week that i had to wait. When i got my vehicle back it had scaling and fish eyes all through the panels that they fixed. Some pretty hefty overspray, and some patchy paint spots. Their manager denies the work is unsatisfactory. Their finance department was confused from day one, and they didn't even bother putting the pin stripe back on the panels that they worked on. My windshield washer fluid reservoir needed replaced STILL, it had a hole in it that was not addressed, and I had to pay $180 out of pocket to repair. On the way to the dealership, the third day having my vehicle back, the sensors were acting absurd, and SLAMMING my brakes on, while going 70mph on Interstate 81. When I called in to report the problem, Caliber challenged the fact that I was having trouble. I could not have had a worse time, and it has been 8 months since having it worked on. STILL NO RESOLUTION, this place could not be worse at service, or actually doing proper body work. They even had issues communicating with my insurance company. I should have went to the local Vo-Tech and had teenagers fix it. Sad, true story, bruh.Jeff Faust was especially mouthy to me. I am a disabled veteran. He was threatening, and disrespectful. My favorite quote from him was "I deal with lawyers ALL DAY, my whole career, I don't care!" He had no problem raising his voice, over mine, aggressively.Please folks, Take your vehicle ANYWHERE ELSE.Maybe you should Jeff have cared. You screwed me, and I'm the vet who doesn't forget. Our car was totaled, but the employees were all professional and friendly and the building was clean and organized with a nice waiting area. The 4 star was because I can not judge the quality of the work, but my insurance company likes them.

They did an amazing job, they are SO incredibly nice and constantly keep in touch with you throughout the process. We had some delays and they called almost immediately and let me know and worked quickly to resolve anything. This location is kept very well, the communication was fantastic. We have a part that is on extreme back order, we were informed and updated every other day for a month. The repair tech and manager were able to find a way to use a slightly damaged part safely on out car until a new part arrives which allowed us to use our vehicle again. This was very helpful to us and greatly appreciated. The work they did with the body and paint was fantastic.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I got into a fight with a parking garage pole, and these guys fixed me up. It was very professional from start to finish. I love that they kept me updated on the progress. I just got my car back today and I could not be happier.

I was referred to caliber collision and after learning they were relatively a new business in the area, of course I was a little skeptical. I checked some reviews and saw they had very high ratings. I had the opportunity to meet with Alan, who I believe is the supervisor for the body shop. Not only was he thorough in describing the entire repair process during our initial meet, he kept me up-to-date during the entire repair process at each change of step. The professionalism was beyond my expectations and I would absolutely return to them in the future with any needs I may need. Have not used this business, the guy who hit my car insurance company set me up with them. Problem is when they called about my appointment acted as if they were too busy to do the work, didn't want me to drop the car off and get a rental, wanted me to continue to drive the damaged car until the parts were ready. Called the insurance company who said that's not how it's supposed to work and made a note about it. I'll be using a different repair shop. If you're too busy don't take new appointments.

This is the second time to Caliber in Chambersburg in 7 months - unfortunate incidents with deer. Both times their work was excellent and the time in the shop minimal. They are very efficient. Alan did a wonderful job accessing the damage, explaining the insurance process, and kept me informed the whole time my truck was in the shop. I hope I don't need their services again, but if do I will not hesitate going to Caliber in Chambersburg.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Best collision shop I have ever been to. Fast, friendly, and willing to answer any vehicle questions that you have(even if not directly related to the work that they will be doing). Not to mention frequent text updates about how the repairs are progressing.

I never do reviews, but they definitely deserve one. Allen from the Chambersburg location was very informative and great at keeping you updated on the process/progress. He went above and beyond to contact my insurance about an additional issue we discovered months after the accident. The front desk lady, (so sorry I can t remember her name so incredibly nice. I took my 2019 Corolla in for repairs after hitting a blown truck tire on the interstate. Caliber Collision and there team were very polite and professional they kept me informed an updated on the process of my repairs. I was even able to go online and see pictures of the damage and process. I recommend to anyone looking for a trusted, friendly and professional shop.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I recently was in an accident where I got hit. I called around to find many auto body shops had a long wait period to get your car back. So I called calibers and I'm so glad I did! The staff is great, they call and give updates to let you know what's going on with your vehicle and do a great job with the work they do on the vehicle. I would definitely recommend them!!!

Everyone I spoke to was very nice. They were very prompt with starting on estimate and repair process. They truly go above and beyond. I can't thank them enough. My car was involved in a minor accident. I wanted to take my car to a Nationwide Blue Ribbon shop. Estimate and repairs all done at the shop that was going to repair my car.I was contacted by Caliber Collision immediately after talking with my insurance company. I wanted to take my vehicle to a different body shop than I had used prior. My vehicles I previously had body work and paint done to are starting to rust and peel.The receptionist was very professional; polite; courteous and very knowlegable. Somehow I was able to schedule an appointmet for an estimate and repair for the following morning.I arrived to the Caliber Collision shop. Very easy to get to. I was very impressed on how clean inside and outside the building looked. Looked like a professional body shop. It looked very welcoming. They definitely take Covid precautions seriously. The gentlemen who came out to meet me before I met "Allen." quickly put a mask on as I entered the doorway. I met with "Allen" who was going to give me an estimate on my car. I pulled the car into an estimate bay. It was cold and windy out that day and I was so happy we didn't have to walk around my car in the cold.After having a great conversation with Allen he noticed I had on a veteran sweatshirt. Honoring past; present and future veterans. He told me how they always wore red on Fridays to honor veterans; police; fire; nurses and medical personnel. Which immediately made me feel proud and put a huge smile on my face. My rental car was already arranged by Caliber andthat process was also flawless.During the repair process I was kept informed on the different stages of repair my car was in. Surprisingly I was called two days early to pick my vehicle up.When I arrived to pick my vehicle up I immediately saw how much it shined. The paint work was flawless. Black is not always the easiest to do. The inside and outside of my car were spotless. With paper matts on my floors and seats there was no sign inside or outside that my car was even repaired or worked on.Thank you Caliber Collision for getting my car back on the road. Performing all my needs above and beyond my expectations. Taking time for all the small details.I will definitely be a life long customer and will tell all my friends and family to support your business! Contacted Caliber Collision to schedule an appointment to have one of our fleet owned vehicles, checked for any frame alignment issues. Upon arrive, was very impressed by the overall appearance and professional care. From the initial contact from the office administrator to the service advisor and general manager, this company has excellent employees working hard to maintain the confidence of it s customer s. Learned a lot by talking with the service advisor about the company and what they stand for. Quality control standards are above and beyond from the services that they render. My company would highly recommend them for anyone s collision care solutions.
