Traveled from Virginia today to buy a trailer based upon the recommendation from another person that Brechbill was the place to go. Worth the 200 mile round trip. Great price, great service and made me feel very welcome as a customer.As a follow-up the post above, this thank you gift arrived in the mail for purchasing the trailer. Clearly a company that values its customers!

Kendall was spectacular. Very straightforward and honest people. They had tons of trailers in stock. They didn t hassle or haggle me over anything. Got in and out with my new trailer in around an hour or so. Very impressed, will definitely be back when I need parts or a new trailer!

Definitely recommend! Quinn went above and beyond to help me purchase my new enclosed trailer! Within about 45 minutes of me giving him a call we had the purchase complete and my trailer was ready to be picked up! If you re in the market for a quality trailer at a great price, definitely give them a call!

Quick and easy. Bill helped me decide on some great add on features to make my trailer work easier. Less than 10 minutes on the phone and I was able to pickup my new dump trailer ready for work the next afternoon.

Bought a 6x10 dump trailer mark and the rest of the guys are good people will be at most prices I'm from CT drive their they also had a big where house full of trailer parts in stock and below most of the prices I been used to so the them being so helpful AAAplusway to go oh but the way my 8 th load this was 2700 pounds and lifted with ease I got wet topsoil and wiid chips too

Love this trailer! Mark and Dave are great guys and made the buying process stress free! The trailer is designed to lower flat against the ground making it easy to load a scissor lift, especially in snowy,icy, or wet weather.

We had a bent torsion axle in our 18 Winnebago Winnie Drop trailer. Brechbill Trailer ordered the correct replacement axle, did the installation including plating & welding both sides for reinforcement. They also replaced both tires. Judd was fantastic throughout the entire process! He was very good at communicating all that needed to be done. Excellent quality of work at a price that I felt was reasonable. Thank-You Brechbill Trailer!!

Excellent Experience at Brechbill Trailer recently and will most definitely buy another trailer from this company. This was the most professional transaction I've ever completed for a trailer and feel safe that I..1. Got the best possible price...2. Have a company that stands behind the products they sell....3. Have all parts, service and modifications needed for trailers on site. They CLEANED and tire shined the wheels on my trailer when I told them I was coming. That was not done on the last FOUR trailers I bought from local companies. I'm from VA and drove up just to have the piece of mind. If your on the fence about a trailer dealer, go with Brechbill trailer. 5 stars - Talk with Mark

UPDATE to my update.The day after I posted my update below, my salesman called and expressed that he had not perceived how important it was to me, having been sold a 2024 trailer but receiving a 2023. He reiterated Brechbill's goal of a seamless sales process, which I felt they had met, other than the mixup of the trailer date. We discussed what the difference was worth to me and came to a mutually agreeable sum to mitigate my loss of value having received a year old trailer.Having stepped up to the plate and addressed this issue, I again have confidence in recommending Brechbill Trailer Sales for your next trailer.* 3-11-2024 UPDATE!!I went to DMV to get a title and license plate and discovered the Bill of sale noted a 2024 trailer but the Certificate of Origin stated the trailer was a 2023, not the 2024 that I had been told it was and which I had made the deal on!I called my salesman Mark and he was sorry but could do nothing. When I suggested I deserved a discount he said they "had" discounted the trailer from the listed retail price, but that price was negotiated based on my being told the trailer was a 2024! I would not have purchased this trailer had I known it was a 2023! I normally trade every four years so when I go to sell this trailer the buyer will be thinking the trailer is 25% older than it actually is. That makes a difference. This may have been a mistake but it is THEIR mistake, the purchaser should not have to pay for their error. Puts a very sour taste in your mouth when a company expects the customer to pay for their mistake.* 2-28-2024I purchased a new EBY, aluminum DO14K trailer yesterday from Brechbill Trailers in Chambersburg Pa and found the entire purchasing experience stress free!My Salesman Mark Diem answered all my questions patiently, "via email" as I quizzed him to be sure I was aware of all the options available and which options best met my needs. We chose to upgrade the tires and they had no trouble changing out the tires for a higher ply tire the next day.So far I am impressed with the innovation and workmanship of the EBY trailer. We currently have two tilt bed 26' trailers, a 16' dump trailer, 16' enclosed and an 8' open bed trailer and we have 40 plus years of experience.I would highly suggest you give Brechbill your consideration when looking for a trailer!

Oct 4 2023 while moving a 24ft box trailer from VT to FL, had a tire separation and my brake controller was working intermittently. So I stayed overnight in Chambersburg. Through a Google search I called the first shop that opened at 7AM, they referred me to Brechbill Trailer. I just drove over and waited for them to open. The Service Mgr pulled in after us and before entering the building approach me to find out how he could help. I explained I needed 4 new tires and have my controller checked out. He said no problem and had to go in and meet with his team, please give him 15 min. Well it was a short 15 min and the bay doors opened and a technician came out and pulled the trailer in. 1 hour later, with new Tires, controller and 7 pin connector I was on the road. All testing was explained during the process and I never felt like I was in the wrong place.. if you are within 50 miles, make the drive. It will be well worth the trip.

I ve had Brechbill Trailer install a gooseneck hitch on my 1999 F-350 flatbed and have gone to them for miscellaneous trailer parts. Super nice and helpful all around. I also like the amount of stock they have in store but can also order for you if they don t have something.They will be my trailer service go to also.

Bill and Brechbill trailers was by far the best trailer buying experience I've had yet. After days of talking to different dealers and then being told I'd get a call back with answers and never hearing anything, Bill took time out of his day even after hours to reach out to me to make sure I was able to purchase the trailer that I was looking for without having to wait for one to come in and everything worked out perfectly. The staff at Brechbill are friendly and courteous. I have gone to several places to get a hardwired brake controller for my 2019 Toyota HIGHLANDER. No one was willing to do the job. The techs at Brechbill got it installed! Last week I took my stock trailer to them to get a new seven way plug installed to replace the damaged one. Both visits were a pleasant experience. They will be getting my business for all my trailer needs! Highly recommended!

Fantastic customer service! I found the trailer that I needed and it was priced very competitively at Brechbill. I was able to purchase over the phone and pickup at my convenience thanks to my salesperson, Kendall. He made sure the trailer was ready to go when I arrived and helped me hook it up. It hauled nicely home, even through the worst construction site I ve ever had the displeasure of encountering. It was a seamless buying experience coupled with a knowledgeable and friendly salesman. Called looking for a enclosed barn door trailer, Bill was great about helping us find one, and did almost all the paperwork before we made the 4 and 1/2 hour travel down! We got there and had another guy help us finish up the paperwork, and get us back on the road in no time! Thanks Again Guys we love our enclosed trailer!!

Bought a 12' dump trailer for my RDI Cleanouts LLC (junk removal/demolition company). Drove from State College, PA area to their dealership which is over 2 hours. It was worth the ride. Love the set up I have purchased, the process was smooth and very professional. Bill did all the paper work for me and the way he had everything set up was just excellent. Was introduced to them through an Amazon search for bearings. They communicated with me very well and helped me find the right size bearing kit I needed!Very patient and very knowledgeable!I would highly recommend Brechbill Trailer sales and parts for all your trailer needs! Mine was a Dexter 10k axle that I needed bearings for and they helped get the right parts!
