I had my daughter drop off the car for some routine maintenance and what impressed me is that she told me what a great experience she had. They made her feel welcome. For a young girl to tell me that, that means a lot. The only issue was I was surprised with the tire rotation they didn t check the air pressure and adjust them. Thank you.

The front desk Lady and Dan are extremely polite and courteous. I highly recommend this place for their professionalism and their ability to help their clients.

Highly recommended! Great people, great service, fair and honest business. They run a tight ship. I m glad to have found a local service shop that I can trust.Update:The good people at Leader came though for me again on Sunday, 11/10/2019. Despite their always busy schedule they got me up and running almost immediately.A trustworthy, competent service center is a crucial friend if you rely on your car. I ve had some bad experiences over my decades of driving, but Leader is always wonderful.I trust them to the point that I had my car towed 30 miles to avoid anyone else looking at my car. It was worth the expense.

Went out of their way to help me, Excellent customer serviceRecently, my car had a problem with a coolant leak when I was on the way to work. I had to stop my car in the post office parking lot. I went to Leader Sunoco Service asking for help. Dan was very nice and helped me even though he was very busy. He checked and identified the problem quickly and gave temporary support and repair suggestions. I really really appreciate Dan's help. I ll never forget your kindness. Great people and Top quality service - Thank you!

I sent my daughter there for a damaged rear rotor and brake. They serviced her vehicle the same day and at a good price. I have been there personally for flat tires and always got great service. I would recommend them for any of your automotive needs as they have always been friendly and honest.

I have a car that is 12 years old that needed head lights. Since it s a Lexus they would have been very expensive. Leader told me what to purchase on Amazon and installed them for $40. I would have never known to purchase them on my own. They could have made the profit. I truly respect their honesty. They are also great with inspections. Very nice and family owned and honest!!!

Absolutely my go to for anything more than an oil change even though it's a bit far from me. They'll make sure everything that needs taken care of is but won't waste your money on what doesn't need it. Friendly shop too, I always enjoy chatting with the folks there. Pickup/drop off/scheduling is always easy too since they have late hours.

Well I don't put just any brand of gasoline in our car, and I remember that my father taught me this. Sunoco is a quality product, and I always put a bottle of Fuel system cleaner, or Injector cleaner when I fill up. (Prices are very reasonable too.

I brought my wife's car in the day before my appointment. They did forewarn me that since it was a Land Rover, they might not be able to fix it depending on the issue. Before I made it home they were already calling me to let me know what the problem was. Although they unfortunately didn't want to work on my quirky Land Rover, they referred me to a local shop that works on them exclusively.(not the dealer!) I am totally satisfied with my experience and wouldn't hesitate to go back.

very honest work and incredibly friendly. They know a lot of their customers on a first name basis. The best experience I've had in the kennett/ chadds ford area. Affordable as well, I don't feel angry when I leave!

I ll NEVER be returning to leader Sunoco. I d drive to New Jersey if I had to pick between leader Sunoco and another company to get my car serviced. My customer satisfaction is ZERO to leader Sunoco, we were quoted one price but charged a higher price, eventually leader Sunoco more or less, begrudgingly admitted this, but still : no money/ refund. Many of my friends now tell me they avoid leader Sunoco, I wish I d of known before picking them.

Leader Sunoco is the place to avoid, but for those using it: good luck and get everything, especially the price IN WRITING, be on guard and be very careful. I ve been to many service stations for many things and every time I ve been satisfied or at least felt somewhat satisfied EXCEPT MY ONE EXPERIENCE AT LEADER SUNOCO. I ll never return to leader Sunoco and I feel sorry for anyone who does.

If no stars were option...I stopped on my way home from work Tuesday morning for wiper fluid and to fill up. All bays facing my tank were in use so I pulled up in front of mechanic's bays as there was NO other suitable place to park...the owner's son jogged to the door to ask me to park somewhere else. Then he said, "What are you doing here?" I replied I was going to purchase and fill wiper fluid. (I also needed to fill my tank-$40 sale in full) I asked him where he wanted me to go as I pointed to the icy full lot. He said anywhere but right there as they had to move a car out of the bay. It must have been an emergency because I said how about I go somewhere else and he said yeah that would be great. You not only lost my business but my respect for small business ownership. I will keep going to the bigger gas station chains that will put your rude customer service based station under!

Stopped for directions and we were greeted with courteous service. Staff truly went the extra mile to locate local accommodations with us. Did not need fuel but bought it anyway to show appreciation.

if you want to be RIPPED OFF and CHEATED this is the company for you, Leader Sunuco is completely dishonest, they will quote you one price and then charge you a second higher price. This dirtbag company even admits they overcharged me and now is trying to refuse to refund my money, this dirtbag, dan, was even laughing at me - THIS COMPANY DESERVES ZERO STARS, beware if you are thinking of using themIm glad to see Leader Sunocu now seem to - somewhat /partially - acknowledge im owed money, (although in a jerky and very round about way), nonetheless, since you as the below comments I've cut and pasted below indicate, acknowledge this, its now time for you to mail me my money. It's an inconvenience for me to have to drive to Leader sunoco and as i recall the post office is across the street from you, so mailing it can't possibly by that much of a problem.I will gladly refund your $11 because this silly situation would never be worth losing a customer over. No need to curse out my employees, sue us, or stop payment of your credit cards. Simple, come see me like I asked and I will make it right. This is highly inappropriate.

They do the work right and do what's needed. This is THE best garage in the Chadds Ford area. Wouldn't take my cars anywhere else.

I ll take my vehicles anywhere OTHER THAN LEADER SUNOCO, if I could give zero stars I would, good luck to anyone who does - but for those who dare: get it in writing from leader Sunoco as to what the cost/ price is

Their posted time is listed till 2:00 Saturday. Every time I go there before 2:00 on a Saturday the are closed. This is very inconvenient.
