Jamey and his team at ChaddsFord Collision did an outstanding job restoring my 2018 Civic to (better than) pre-accident condition. Extremely pleased with their repair/paint work, communication during the repair process, and customer service. Took my car there after it was vandalized and met the GM himself. He explained the process and explained what they needed to do. They took pics and gave me a timeline and I left. This is usually when you don't hear anything and have to hound people just for info. We were pleasantly surprised by the communication and the fact they beat the timeline we expected. More importantly, the car looks brand new where it was damaged. An absolute winning experience and many thanks to Hertrich team!

They did a terrible job fixing my car after a drunk driver plowed into the front driver s side (as in.. where most of the important mechanical stuff is) so hard that it got pushed onto the sidewalk while it was parked on the street. First off, they took almost 5 weeks to get it back to me. Chalked it up to the parts being delayed so fine, I can excuse that if it was the only issue bc I understand that shipping delays are out of their control. But once I finally got it back, they didn t even bother to walk around the car and show me their work and explain what was done, which is typically the standard any time I ve had body work done. But here s where it really hits the fan: once I drove away, my vehicle overheated a couple miles down the road bc they neglected to fully let the air out of the radiator/cooling system. Not only that, but they had called me to come get it 20 mins before closing on a Friday, and they re closed the ENTIRE weekend, so my car just had to sit in a parking lot for days. To their credit, they did go get it and fix it first thing on Monday (but again, didn t call me until near close ), and it hasn t overheated again since, so I d still be giving them 4 stars but, as it turns out, I recently took it to the dealership for routine maintenance, and they found SO much extra stuff still wrong with it. This shop left the washer fluid reservoir loose and banging around, didn t replace a bulb that was for sure damaged in the accident, replaced the belly pan with a flimsy, cheap, aftermarket one that doesn t even fit my car (and costs $460 to replace..), and I m still waiting for the mechanic to diagnose a transmission fluid leak that he thinks might ve been caused by the accident or the shop itself (will update review if that turns out not to be the case). And ANOTHER thing (the most costly) that may have been related to the accident (but admittedly could ve been preexisting according to the mechanics at Kia): they have to replace the entire front axle bc the driver s side CV boot is torn. Which, even if it wasn t related to the accident, how could they not notice or notify me if they did notice? And on top of all that, the trim doesn t line up, the hood still seems off, and there s a small spot where the paint is chipping. This shop changed ownership (and the name used to be Chadd s ford collision) since the last time I got repairs there, and they ve clearly gone downhill. They re obviously understaffed and either negligent, incompetent, incentivized by geico to do the cheapest and shoddiest repair work possible, or shifty for their own gain (as opposed to on behalf of geico). The majority of reviews here, especially the positive ones, were made before the change in ownership. Now I have at LEAST $2k in repairs to pay for, and that s not even counting the issue with the transmission they haven t diagnosed yet. I can t believe I have to pay thousands out of my OWN pocket for damages done by a freaking drunk driver and possibly this shop directly. I *would* try to settle this with the shop, but I honestly don t trust them to fix this, and highly doubt they d pay for someone else to do it. Take your vehicle literally anywhere else.

I can't express how impressed I am with their services.First and foremost, their communication was exceptional. The staff at Hertrich Collision at Chadds Ford kept me informed at every step of the repair process. I received regular updates via phone calls and text messages, which helped alleviate any anxieties I had about leaving my car in their capable hands.The body shop was recently taken over by the group and the new team is incredible. Went to pickup my vehicle. Vehicle dusty and dirty inside of back liftgate, rear windshield wiper not working, and a red triangle alert from the computer. Car was not ready for pickup. VERY DISAPPOINTED. What else did they not pay attention to when fixing my car. I decided to go with them due to their high rating. I did not receive service that was acceptable.

September 2018, after owning my car for 4 months my neighbors tree fell on my car. It crushed the hood, windshield, passengers side fend & did roof damage. Allstate sent me to CFCC. I am super pleased with the work. Their time estimate was longer than I wanted, but not unreasonable since I have decals on my fenders that had to be ordered (and subsequently lost in the mail) and installed on both sides to match. They matched the paint perfectly. Jamie even made me promise to bring the car back so they could wash it during the paint curing period so no damage would be done. They kept me informed through the whole process by phone, text & email. I will definitely use them for future body work on my car.

After a hit and run in my wife s work parking lot. A little disappointing with only 500 miles on it but Geico had us take to Chadds Ford Autobody and man they did a nice job we are very impressed with final outcome would highly recommend them the whole process was very professional and they updated us daily 5 star review from me.

You did a GREAT! job on our car. Jamie called me almost daily with updates. You turned the car around in a week and it looks brand new! Best part you were less than HALF my other estimate!!! OMG what can I say! My NEW car was hit in the parking lot with no note was left. I immediately told Jamie and he said he would take care of it. Chadds Ford Collision worked directly with my insurance company. This was the most seamless process I ve ever experienced. Once my parts were in, Melissa and Sam were amazing with just explaining everything and even called Enterprise so my rental was delivered when I dropped my car off. I received text updates with where my car was in the process and they even had my rental extended for additional time needed. It only took 5 days and my car looks BRAND NEW all over again. What could have been a huge nightmare became a DREAM because Chadds Ford Collision made it that way. You never want to need a body shop but in the case you do, know your car will be in GREAT HANDS with Chadds Ford Collision. I was given a 2 week window for an estimate for a drivable car, and they couldn t even get it done by 2 weeks. Any other place will give you your estimate in 30 minutes after looking at the car. If they can t do an estimate in 2 weeks there s no possible way that they can do a timely repair. Will never use again and will steer all family and friends away.Service: Body & Trim

The windshield on my 2022 Ford Bronco Sport needed to be replace due to road debris creating a shot mark. The windshield order was a wait but by no means caused by Chadds Ford Collision. The scheduling for the repair was easy as was the communication process. I really appreciate how well they took care of my vehicle.

Unfortunately, I have been through a few accidents. This time my car was taken to Chadds Ford Collision. I can not speak highly enough about my experience with this company . I had my car towed there after the accident. I went to take a look at my car the next morning and once I saw my car, I became upset once again. Megan was absolutely amazing. I also spoke with the owner as well! They comforted me, were compassionate and assured me everything would be okay! In today s world, it is very rare to receive this type of service. From start to finish they helped me however they could! Megan was awesome! Thank you everyone at Chadds Ford Collision! I will NEVER take my car anywhere else!

I highly recommend Chadds Ford Collision!!They are very professional and personable,giving me the confidence to know that my car will be back to normal. To my surprise, it is like brand new! They totally checked every part of my car, while I observed, to be sure everything was at its best. Really didn't had a good experience with them my truck went back to the shop twice they disassembled my rear tailgate body work was great but they broke my rear defroster windshield wiper motor and rear windshield arm. Allstate recommended now I have to take it to a Chevy dealer to have that replace

My car was estimated by GEICO to take 3-5 days for cosmetic repairs and it took 3 weeks. On day 10 I received an automated text that me vehicle was ready for pick up, but it was not. Melissa was extremely rude everytime I called to ask for the status of my car. To top everything off they charged me 3% to use a DEBIT card because they did not take personal checks, only cash or a money order.Service: Body & Trim

I am a very satisfied customer. I would definitely return and refer customers as well! The staff is pleasant, professional and helpful. The work makes the car look just like it came off the lot....considering it was only 2wks old less than 500 miles when the car was caught in crossfire and had 4,000 dollars worth of damage. Chadds Ford Collision Center did a GREAT job with my son's jeep. The job was a little challenging because of some aftermarket suspension components, but the team at Chadds Ford worked closely with me to ensure that they matched the parts. They were extremely responsive and really came through delivering the jeep back to us in a timely manner - which was critical as we had to schedule the pickup at a point where my son could pick it up in time to make it back to Ft. Bragg. They were so nice and thankful to him for his service and he was thrilled to get a jeep back that looked better then it has in years. They really did a beautiful job. They were a pleasure to deal with and I highly recommend them.

There s not enough stars for how well I was treated Chadds ford collision made a horrible experience from my car getting damaged to an amazing one, not only did I get my car back cleaner then I gave it to them, but my car looks brand new. Then on top of that it was super quick and they worked with me the entire time my technician was Jamie who called me multiple times to make sure I understood each process also to get a full diagnosis of what actually happened since this was being handled through my insurance. I won t take my car anywhere else they are beyond worth the 30 min drive for me and on top of all of that I got email updates each day and when I picked my car up the office staff was super friendly I definitely would recommend this shop to EVERYONE I know.

Excellent work and customer service. Hit a deer with my 2004 Volvo S60 and the work made it look like new. First time we used them was on a Lotus that had a minor scratch in front fiberglass bumper years ago. They remembered us. Lotus was done for $4,000 less than exotic car repair shop and was excellent. My experience from start to finish was flawless. They (Megan and/or Craig) kept me informed throughout to whole process and work done on my car was excellent. Let's face it, when you need a Collision Center chances are you've been in an accident. Chadds Ford made a stressful time much easier to cope with. Chadds Ford Collision gave exceptional service throughout the time that my vehicle was there for repair. They kept in constant contact with me regarding all aspects of the repairs. The owner even reached out when the vehicle was completed just to introduce himself. When I picked my car up it was completely detailed inside and out. It really looked great.
