The Best Car Care in Town!The team at Car Care Auto & Tire are amazing professionals who redefine Service Experience. Their work is very diligent and coupled with their courteous nature, are very proactive giving you the peace of mind knowing their attention to detail gives you a worry free ride every time you are on the road.Ever since I started servicing my vehicle at their location, I get the best value for money. They keep you constantly updated on the progress with diagnostics and provide you prognosis on your vehicle for future milestones.If you are tired of your dealership's constant overages, get out of your rut, cruise across to Mike and his team (Mark & Mike) who will handle your baby on wheels with their tenderest gloves.Service does get better at at Car Care Auto & Tire.

I had a code for a recall for my Hyundai 2011. They stated my tire was rotating like a potato not a circle, and I would lose my tire while driving if I continued like this. This was as ridiculous as it sounded, and I did not need a entirely new transmissions as confirmed by 3 shops following. My car runs fine besides the recall for fuel emissions.They could not resolve the recall code, and told me I needed to bring it to the Hyundai Dealership, understandable.I was charged $180 for this service. If you feel that is fair, go here, I will not be.Edit: I see you replied. This is not my name. I prefer to remain anonymous, look up my vehicle if you want my name to confirm these claims, I'm sure your DB holds few 2011 Hyundai Accents. Please do not tell me what to do. This is the customer service that led to my 1 star review.

I went through a worst case scenario after taking my car in for a low coolant level check just to find out (after a few misdiagnosis by my cars dealership) there was a crack on my motor that required a full replacement. After getting a second option and bringing the car back to Care Care Auto I couldn t be more grateful given the circumstances. The owner (Mike), general manager (Mike) and mechanic who worked on my car (Mark) were incredible. They got invested into keeping me informed every step of the way - I can t even express how much more at ease I felt because of these guys (after all I did not expect a simple coolant check to turn into motor failure). This is a family run business and it shows - everyone is very knowledgeable and reliable. They went out of their ways to help me understand my options and even further to help me get a good deal on a new motor. I have a Range Rover sport so the fix wasn t cheap but I am happy I got to keep the car. After a few weeks at the shop I got the motor replaced and a few other things done. They ve made a lifelong customer and I couldn t recommend these guys enough - as far as car shops go, this is top tier in terms of honesty, professionalism, expertise and quality. The owner Mike went above and beyond by talking to my insurance and the car dealership directly, and he even lent me his son s car for the duration of the work order. I kept in touch with Mike often too as he searched for deals on motors and let me know the pros/cons of each option and Marc (the mechanic) is just solid and knows his stuff - I feel like I ve learned a lot about cars through this process and am grateful to have mine running like new again. I have been going to this place for more than two years for regular services and inspections for our two cars. Mike and Mark are two great guys who took care of my vehicles as soon as I called. They properly diagnosed problems on our cars and made honest recommendations to fix them. They also fixed them right away. We are thankful that we have great care care shop next door. This place is a scam. They lie to their customers. Went in for something minor and they told me it will cost me $6,000. I told I work a deal with and they said they will call me back. They never called. Found another car repair shop that would do it $3,000 less. So I went to pick up my car and they had taken brand new parts out of my car. They were like oh your picking up your car? We need to put these parts back in your car. What???? Oh and by the way the other auto repair place said what Car Care said was wrong with car was not true.

On my way from South Delaware to Boyertown Pa, my battery light came on my dashboard, called my brother in law he said pull over before you get stranded in the middle of the highway. By this point I was coming through Wilmington on 202 and saw the sign for Car Care Auto Service Center, pulling into the center turn area I waited to cross the highway safely. My car completely shut down. The mechanic came over started my car getting it into shop safely, diagnosed and we re fixing the problem s within minutes. Then I asked if they could get me lunch from Panera, which I said a Cinnamon Bagel with cream cheese would be great. Car serviced right away while I waited . I don t know of any other place to give a customer such good care. Thank you for everything, you are truly God sent and appreciated for all you have done. Got full synthetic oil change for $85 after a very long time of talking him down from the original quote of $150. He then went on to explain how I need 4k in car repairs (some were valid, some werent- like telling me I have two broken axels because I need an alignment). When he realized I wasn't gonna leave him my car for the list of repairs, he started explaining how he's actually just a business man and was hired less than a year ago to 'bring this company into the 21st century'. To me, seems like the actual owner might have once cared about his customers, but this businessman is exactly that- a business man.

Mike and the guys at Car Care Auto & Tire are very helpful. I called last minute end of day on Friday needing a leaky tire plugged up. They were very nice and took care of me right away. thanks for getting back on the road .

I took my vehicle in for a routine oil change. Upon their inspection they contacted me and told me the used car I bought 2 months ago was unsafe to drive. When I went to pick it up, Steve took the time to show me and explain what exactly was wrong. I had no idea, and purchased the vehicle from a "friend" who is a mechanic, that told me it was a "sound" vehicle. Steve spent time on my vehicle and took the time to clearly explain everything, at NO CHARGE! I HIGHLY recommend this business. I am devastated, but am grateful that there is HONEST, AND UPSTANDING mechanics out there.If you need a mechanic you won't go wrong going here. BRAVO! A HUGE thank you for your time and truthfulness.

Called to have my brakes replaced. I was able to bring my car in the very next morning. Last minute, I asked if they can could replace my right rear turn signal and possibly an oil change. Done & Done. They even plugged where I had a screw on my tire. Which I didn't even know I had. All the work was completely that same day by 3pm. Very Friendly , Great service and reasonable rates, considering all the work I had done. Highly Recommend!!!

Awesome automotive tech's. These guys know their stuff and they get to know my stuff.They always take the time to educate me about what my cars need, the pricing and the time before any work starts.They also let me know of work that will need to be done in the future like, in the next 3 months, you'll need brakes.I trust them with my cars and you should too!Awesome service, Awesome Technicians, Awesome prices!I highly recommend Car Care Auto & Tire for all of you automotive needs. And no, I don't work there... I'm a Blues Player. They just do a good job. WAY WAY WAY Better than David Dodge. Driving from Atlanta to Philadelphia and my mini cooper just failed. In 97 degree heat on a Friday afternoon!!! I called every other shop in the area and nobody would get me in until Monday. Mike and his crew saved me!! I'm so glad I found them. They are hard working, honest and funny :) I would take them home with me if I could!! Yall reading this are so lucky to have these guys nearby.

I had a sudden unexpected issue with my car recently. Stopped in to 2 local places and was told I couldn t be seen for at least 7 days. Called this place right before closing and had the pleasure of meeting a mechanic named Bill. He looked at it immediately, after closing hours, and then took care of it the next day. Communicated with me, explained the issue, and fixed it. Gave me some recommendations on some things he saw, but never put pressure on me. I really appreciate the time and care he took with me and my vehicle. This place is lucky to have a mechanic like Bill. In fact, both times I was there he is the only person I saw. Hopefully, I don t have many car issues, but if I do I will be back and I will request Bill.

This shop is excellent. It was my 1st time using them and in my experience when you break down far away from home you will pay dearly to get back on the road. This experience was the complete opposite. They did what needed to be done at a fair price and did excellent work. Thank you Car Care Auto.

Car Care installed a new timing belt and water pump on my 200,000 mile Honda Odyssey 6 months ago. The belt failed and caused significant engine damage. According to the owner Mike this was the first time in over 30 years that he saw a timing belt fail. The belt manufacturer warranted the part only. Long story short Mike along with his head mechanic Bill did the extensive engine repairs, replacing the bent valves at no charge. Thanks guys, the van is running great!Service: Engine repair

Not many shops like this exist anymore. The owner Mike went above and beyond to help us and our son out. His generosity says alot about the man he is and the business he runs. Let me make a point to say also that he never met us before. We live in Fl and our son was broke down in Delaware. Yet he still showed compassion and worked with us. I would recommend anyone.

Took my truck there for power steering leaking. Two days later I got my truck back. Had to go next door to rent a vehicle at Enterprise. Car Care definitely will keep them in business. They left the underside of my truck a mess. Oil every where. Over charged for labor. Don't take your vehicle there for repairs. So called mechanics need to watch you tube to learn how to do the repairs.

Good work, fair price. Work ran about the same price as similar repairs I've had done elsewhere in the past. Bill's a good guy, took the time to explain and show me what the problems were. They stayed late on a Saturday to get my car done for me.

My husband and I stopped here after going to 3 other garages that wouldn t even take the time to look at our car. We are headed to the beach when my car started to act up.. finally pulled into Car Care Auto & Tire and they came right out and checked out our car and 1 hour later back on the road!!! $350 exhaust patch fell off 2 months later. Ended up fixing it myself and it hasn't had issues since. Materials cost $30.Not happy with work quality
