I couldn't be happier with the quality of the work. The repair is top notch and the staff kept me well informed the whole time. Everything happened in a timely manner and my car looks perfect. The staff was so friendly and kind. I highly recommend to anyone that needs a repair. you will not be disappointed!

Pulled in early one morning. Needed a couple dings repaired. Met Michael Fischbein, and he took pictures, sent a quote. I stopped in the next day and he took care of everything, same day! Outstanding work, could not tell where the ding(s) were. It's definitely worth it for the quick and professional service. Not to mention, Mike's friendly greeting, and chat about cars and performance. My BMW is perfect now, even with a few paint touch ups. When you receive service like this, you will remember that first impression. I highly recommend!!!

I would give 100 stars if I could. Bob has an abundance of knowledge and thoroughly explained everything I needed, which relieved a ton of stress. I was treated like a person not a number. When I received my car it was like brand new, I can t say enough good things, my experience here was amazing!

Great Customer Service! Bob and the team at Brandywine Coach works take care of all the body/paintwork for our fleet and always do a great job of keeping us informed about the work they are doing, keeping us updated on when the vehicle will be done, and ensuring the vehicles are repaired to factory specs.

Brandywine Coachworks did an excellent repair on our car. Damage is undetectable. Customer service and communications were very professional and responsive. They went above and beyond by dropping our car off after repair at our house because we were out of town when repair was complete.

Had a fantastic experience with Brandywine Coach works from start to finish!They came highly recommended from the dealership that I bought from, and after looking at reviews I could see why. I did get two other quotes from other companies, and although those were lower, there was nowhere near the professionalism or detailed estimate. Whenever I had questions, Michael or Margaret were patient in explaining what was needed for repairs. BCW also worked with State Farm to push through two additional supplemental claims so that all I had to pay was the deductible. Throughout the process they kept me updated, and when I picked up the vehicle, it was like nothing ever happened!I hope I never need their services again, but if something happens, I will 100% bring my vehicle to them.

Brandywine Coach Works of Chadds Ford did a great job on my Focus ST. I was hit from a red light runner. Rose, management and MOST of the staff are very friendly. Along with my ins company who was also great. The only complaint I had was they didn't really clean my car well after some brake fluid spilled on in the firewall during the repair (from when they filled it) in the engine bay making me think it was coming out. So I had to have it towed again to make sure the brakes wouldn't fail. They took care of me and my car. They cleaned the area checked it out and all is well. I do enjoy the work have done as my car runs great. Would recommend them for your auto repair needs. Thank you Brandywine Coach Works.

Brandywine Coach Works is such a wonderful business to work with, most of all in times of high stress such as having your car bashed in. Everyone on staff is amazingly knowledgeable, helpful, and thorough. I wouldn t consider going to any other place to have my car body repaired. It is very unfortunate when a car takes damages but Brandywine Coach Works of Chadds Ford makes the situation a lot better. I unfortunately had to come here twice for two separate incidents. One was a simple dent, the other was a break in with several windows damaged and scratches on the car. I had the pleasure of working with Adam the first time and Bob the second time. I had very similar experiences each time. I was told not to worry about dealing with insurance, they did all the hard work of contacting them and getting all necessary approvals. They also used all original parts and put the car back like it was when I first bought it. They were extremely nice, welcoming, and calming throughout the process. They knew I was not happy about the damage on my car but they calmed me and made me understand things happen and they will take care of me. Overall, the customer service was absolutely incredible.Both times I picked up my car, I was extremely surprised to see the car so clean. It was spotless and shining! The car looked carefully hand washed and had a nice thank you note with mints in one of the cup holders.As much as getting damages on a car is unfortunate and saddening, Brandywine Coach Works of Chadds Ford makes the situation a lot easier to process.Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Auto windshield replacement

Absolutely a fabulous company. They handled everything with my F150 repair. Great follow up, beautiful repair - if you have an aluminum body car you need to go there. Ryan handled everything including working with the insurance company. Nice to see a company that doesn't use COVID as an excuse for poor service. I recently had the pleasure of working with this body shop and I must say, I am beyond impressed with their level of professionalism and expertise. Adam was friendly and accommodating, taking the time to answer all of my questions and keep me updated throughout the entire process.The facility was clean and well-maintained, and the repair work was top-notch. I was particularly impressed with the attention to detail and the high-quality finishes.I am extremely happy with the end result and would highly recommend this body shop to anyone in need of collision repair. They did a great job repairing my truck. It took a bit longer but was worth the wait to get my vehicle back as good as new. Washed and shining when I picked it up. I'd high recommend Brandywine Coach Works for your repairs.

An amazingly honest auto repair shop! I brought my car to Brandywine Coach Works to get an estimate for a dent on the hood of my relatively new SUV. Nick, the adjuster, provided me with a quote but suggested that, given the nature of the dent, I might be better off using a paintless dent repair service from a cost perspective. Imagine that - a business actually looking out for what is best for their customers! Indeed, I was able to get it fixed at a relatively low cost with a paintless dent company. Even though I did not have Brandywine Coach Works repair my vehicle, I will definitely use them in the future and recommend them to family and friends because I know I will get good, honest service.

Previous review below..One more accident, one more repair. This car has been in the shop three times now. Every time, it comes out looking better. I can't write compliments that describe the work. They are prompt and communicative. They are professional and courteous. Most importantly, they are expert at their trade. 5 stars again.These guys do fantastic body work. I have had several cars in for repairs and the work is always great. I think this was my fourth repair there and the car always looks and drives great coming out.

Brandywine Coach Works was my USAA recommended repair shop from my car accident. From step one they were knowledgeable, friendly and communicative. I had an amazing experience with Brandywine Coach works. I was rear ended and they made sure I didn t have to pay a dime. They communicated with me very well throughout the whole process. Not only was my car repaired and looks like new, but they completely detailed the inside AND outside of my car! I brought my Grand Cherokee to Brandywine Coach Works after it had been involved in a car accident and I was looking to find an auto body shop that worked specifically with Mopar parts. The staff was absolutely amazing in assisting me with any sort of questions/concerns i may have had. It took them about a week and a half to finish with the repairs and they kept me updated during the entire process. After getting my Jeep back and inspecting where the damages once were, you could never tell that it was once involved in a car accident. I am very impressed with with the quality of work, the integrity, and the professionalism of Brandywine Coach Works. Over the last 10 yrs or so my wife and I have taken our vehicles here on three different occasions for repairs. We couldn't have been happier with the results. 6 yrs ago I was rear ended and BCW did the repairs. Recently I noticed some rust around the trim in an area they repaired. Remembering that their work was guaranteed I contacted them. Even though it was 6 yrs later, they had my repair on file, took the vehicle and repaired the rusted area without question or cost returning the car to me 3 days later cleaned inside and out as a bonus. Wish there were more businesses today that offered this level of service. Thank you Eric, and to everyone who worked on my car, great job.

This shop has gone above and beyond for me and my car. I was in a 3 car t-bone accident and had some minorish damage to my car. Gretchen was super sweet and compassionate and got me in faster than my dealership and even set up my rental. Bob did the initial report and kept me updated on everything every step of the way. They treated me with care in a very stressful time and I could not have hoped for a better outcome. It was estimated with my car being a Honda that they repairs would take 30 days, maybe more, but they finished in less than 3 weeks. I could not recommend Brandywine Coach Works enough. The customer service and quality of work were both excellent. With all the stress of being in an accident, it helped so much to know my (new) car was in great hands being repaired here.
