Keith Harper did an great job selling me my new to me car. His style and mine were compatible, where I felt like i could be honest with him and I felt he was being forthright with me in return. No undue pressure from him, though he was doing his job to offer me what you would normally expect when buying a used car. He also went above and beyond to offer follow-up checks if I wanted. I would come back to him in a heartbeat.

I saw a car online and was very interested. When I called the dealership, I spoke with Keith and he assured me the car would be ready for me. As soon as I arrived at the dealership, I saw the car waiting out front, and Keith greeted me immediately. After a quick test drive, I was ready to purchase and Keith made the process so quick and easy! i will definitely recommend this dealership to my friends.

They don't keep their promises, Beware!My wife and I are currently living in Seattle. Found a car online and contacted the manager about the condition. Keith promised everything great with a car, no scratches, blemishes, great condition overall. I was expecting some dent because the car is not new, even its CPO. Bought tickets on the same day. But we found several issues which it's hard not to notice.The first was a big blemish on the back seat inside. Service fixed, but why nobody did it before.The second �we asked for the second key. Keith said the second key is missing and he already placed the order. The key has not arrived yet and he will send it to our address later.The third was headlights which were dim inside. Keith and another manager Tim �told us it's covered under the CPO warranty. I can drive back and visit the local dealer. �They will try to clean it first if not they will have to replace it. If something goes wrong, they will help us.We made a deal based on promises and drove back home.I did several reminders to Keith about the second key fob. Finally, two month left he sent it to me and I made an appointment to Alfa Romeo Seattle.I spent $239.41 attempting to program a key fob without luck. Service technician told me it is because the key fob is used and highly likely still attached to another car.Also they said conditions of the headlights are not covered by CPO warranty.I sent all the information to Keith. nothing helpful. Spoke with him over the phone. He asked me to show papers where he promised! I said my wife is a witness and all his promises are official.Contacting general manager Jamie through email, not helped. He gave advice to reach Alfa or he can take a look at a car.What about promises?I'm very frustrated. Service which you expect to see from shady dealers. Already escalated this case to the next level.

I had a great experience at this dealership. Keith Harper was a true professional and bent over backwards to get a deal done with me. He answered any questions I had and was more than willing to work something out. I'm happy to say it ended with me getting a new car and have been very pleased regarding the communication.

BAIT and SWITCH - BE CAREFUL. I dealt with Dan (salesman) and Tim(sales manager) on a used vehicle at the dealership, we agreed on work that needed to be done before I would take the car and a price and I was approved financing. That was January 5th 2024. January 15th I got a call and I was told by Dan that the vehicle would be sold to another customer unless I "got down there that day" and without the previously agreed upon work being carried out. I was unwilling to do that and informed them to sell the car to the other buyer. I had originally given a refundable $4000 deposit to secure the car. It took MANY calls and texts to the sales guy, sales manager and general manager before I eventually got the $4000 refunded. They kept my $4000 deposit for 18 days !Do not buy a vehicle from here !

I recently purchased an Alfa Romeo giulia from Eric, if you want a salesman that s gonna take care of you go to him. From start to finish Eric did everything he could to make sure I was happy above all. I appreciate the amazing customer service. Great example on how to treat a customer. I will be back going back to him for my next upgrade!!

I cannot even give them 1 star. I bought a 2018 Stelvio in June 2022. Since then, I ve had electrical problems, radio, wipers, mirrors, etc.When taken in for service, I was told it needed a new battery @$600+ installed. Of course, I m not paying 3x, so I left. On the way home I stopped to get battery. I asked them to test first and it was @ 12.6 ..battery is fine! I also have been trying to get a replacement windshield (on order @ time of purchase) installed. At first, it was blamed on Covid and the logistics of it all .but now, just POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, actually THEWORST dealership we have ever dealt with!! STILL waiting for some type of update on windshield!!! FYI .car is POS DO NOT BUY!Robin Gehringer

I had a great experience with Alfa Romeo of Wilmington Pike, particularly Eddie Somers. Eddie was straightforward and efficient. He communicated promptly, and always followed through. I was worried about purchasing a car sight unseen from across the country, but the car was perfect, as promised, and the transaction went very smoothly. Highly recommend Eddie, Alfa Romeo of Wilmington Pike, and would purchase from them again.

My experience at Alfa, buying a vehicle I have wanted for so long, was nothing short of exceptional!I was only in the dealership with my girlfriend to help her enquirer about her current lease. But I saw a vehicle I had coveted for years, and Nico made a purchase so seamless and tailored to what I need, it made no sense not to leave with it. He provided lots of expertise in finding the right purchase option, was very transparent and trustworthy, and made the entire process seamless and pleasant.Scott in finance put together a great warranty package that covers all of my needs, and made the signing process comfortable and easy.Lots of thanks to Scott, Tim and Jamie in management, and of course Nico.If you re considered Alfa Romeo, go see Nico. We just purchased over the weekend a beautiful Alfa Romeo Stelvio. Coming from 3 hours away, we couldn't have expected any better of a buying experience. The condition of the vehicle was perfect. Eric, Scott, and Jamie greeted us with a warm welcome. Eric, our sales associate is extremely knowledgeable with his Italian cars and the buying process start to finish. Scott, the finance guru was honest, straightforward and helpful. The numbers all worked out exactly how we had hoped for. Great Price, Amazing vehicle, 2 keys, full tank of gas, friendly atmosphere and warm hospitality(we were offered lunch), awesome Italian cars all around us to admire, what more needs to be said! This is my second car from the dealership. Their customer service is amazing. Scott was the greatest and really worked harder for me. He was so personable with my parents and they love him for taken care of their daughter. Eric wouldn't let me leave till I got the best deal for my car. And it was amazing that after 3 years Jamie still remembered me and wanted to make sure I was good. With his help I got to leave with the car I wanted off the showroom floor. Thank you guys so much. After months of looking at cars online and finally finding one I made the hour drive north to this dealership honestly just expecting to be able to test drive and get an idea of some numbers. This would be my first time purchasing a vehicle on my own. This dealership and it s staff completely exceeded my expectations from the moment I got there. I worked with Eric who was more than knowledgeable and understanding. He listened to what I wanted from the very beginning, never once making me feel incompetent or that he couldn t make the deal happen. Between him and Scott, I was in and out in a matter of three hours with the car I wanted and the numbers where I wanted them. I would highly recommend this dealership and it s staff to anyone.

Purchased a used Giulia through Eric in June. It is now September and I couldn t be more happy! The car is perfect, runs amazing. The dealership was extremely kind, and very generous throughout the whole process. When we didn t have enough time to go through the purchase the first time I went to the dealership, the dealership delivered the car to me themselves rather than me having to drive the 2 hours again the next day! One of the very few remaining honest dealerships left. 100% recommend purchasing from them!

Everyone with whom I came in contact with was very nice, friendly and courteous all the while being very professional.Patrick my salesperson while showing us cars and answering questions and even getting back to me with information that he didn't initially have. Tim the sales manager was the same and even threw in a bonus or twocausing me to feel like they appreciated my business as a customer. And as for Scott the finance manager, he even went out of his way to handle something for us from a previous dealer that didn't directly affect the deal that we were doing. All in all it was a pleasant experience. Looking forward to the same when it comes to servicing any needs that my car may have. Thank you guys very much!

I want to give a big shoutout to Eric Nowicki,I have been dreaming of owning an Alfa romeo for quite sometimes, but I needed a dealership I can trust.The team at Alfa Romeo of Wilmington Pike were amazing with meFrom the Eric who sold me the car to the financial manager who help me find the best financial options to the sale manager who personally came and greet me.The buying experience was really nice.My only mistake was that I was so happy with my purchase that i didn't take the time to fully test out the car part which result in me spending more money to buy break pads just a week after my purchase.I wish i caught it sooner and made them pay to fix it.I would be smarter next time.Still Great thank you to Eric Nowicki and his finance manager.
