I had the same service done on my car at an auto dealer the price was $770. I had the same service done on my car at Kline's Auto Service and it was alot less. I've only lived in the area a few years, so I hadn't had a relationship with a good mechanic that I trusted. Klein quickly has become my go to place. Since I'm on my own, they pick me up and drive me home while my car is being worked on. Great guys and service.Last time I called them up and needed my car worked on but couldn't drive it, Klein came right over and towed it for me.

I have a hard time going to mechanics because I'm always afraid I'm going to be ripped off. When I went to Kline's Auto I got fair pricing and excellent service. I've been meaning to write this review for a while. Dave has now become the only mechanic I will trust with my car!

Dave is very Dependable and Trustworthy, he exactly tells you what s is wrong with your vehicle and will not steer you in any bad way, and will work with you in helping you get your vehicle back onto the road, and backs his work to a great warranty, Very nice friendly environment to go to. I recommend him to anyone.

This guy is nothing less than a crook.My wife's car was in this guys shop for over 6 weeks. My wife continually called to check in, and he continued giving her the run around. After 6 weeks of my wife using Lyft and Uber, he finally recommends that we take it some place else because he wouldn't be able to complete the repairs(It was a BMW, so it's understandable that it may have been a difficult task to get it running again), but do the coureous thing of letting us know earlier in the process!Anyway, after we realized how steep the repairs would cost(plus the tow to another mechanic), we decided to shop around for a new car. A wonderful dealership in the area offered to take the car off of our hands and get us in a brand new car for a reasonable price!When my wife notified Kline that we'd be towing the car from his garage, he told my wife no problem and that he'd have the car ready for us to tow outside of the garage.We arrived that evening(after business hours) with the tow truck ready to haul it away. When we arrived, we noticed that the car was locked and the key was no where to be found.I called Kline to politely ask him where the key may be and he said told me it was left in the shop. I asked him if he could come back to the shop to get the key and the guy completely went OFF on me accusing my wife of not letting him know that we'd be picking the car up? HUH!?Anyways, Kline arrived at his shop, and instantly became very snappy with me. I thanked him for returning and he retrieved the key for me. After he handed me the key, he mentioned about the payment. I told him that I wouldn't have been able to pay him because we just shelled out $3,000 to make the deal for the new car. He became very unprofessional and angered with me, and then told me that if I towed our property off of his property that he'd notify his lawyer(HUH!?).I finally let him charge my credit card for $500(to me it was worth it because the dude is a nutjob and I actually started to worry that he may begin to get violent), and then he became instantly friendly with me... I have to this day never received an invoice from him for the "work" that he did to this car that would constitute a $500 payment.Finally, after we were given the key, we found that there were pieces of the car and grease all over the back seat, and we opened up the hood to find that the engine was completely tore apart and he never took the time to put it back together!! We towed the car to the dealership that same evening and got out of this nightmare situation. Thank God for that dealership...STAY AWAY FROM THIS FRAUD!!!!!

Dave at Kline's is great. Took my daughter's Jeep to him to look at a problem, he was fair and honest. Instead of replacing a very expensive part he found a way to fix the problem. Top notch customer service. Old School Values!

I bought a van and began to have issues with it due to the age of it. I took it to Dave on a recommendation and he was great! Instead of Nickle and dimeing me to death he told me my best option was to cut my losses and not to sink any more money into it. Thanks Dave for saving me time money and aggravation.

I have never been to this shop nor done any kind of business with them. But I have a Co-worker that has had his car in this shop for 2 months, repairs have not been completed. Every time he tries to get a hold of them the phone goes to Voice Mail, he will leave a message and not get any kind of call back. This man has not been able to have his full visitations with his daughter due to not having a car. Now he calls and the voicemail does not pick up anymore. I would never suggests this place to anyone, and will tell everyone that I can not to eve do business @ Kline's Auto in Catasaqua. Does not even deserve the 1 star, but this site would not let me post unless I selected one.
