Rick is my new best friend! He has towed my truck twice and is always professional, helpful, and friendly. He understands the frustration of being in the side of the road for hours and excuses the "colorful" vocabulary I used to explain my situation. I hate being broken down but Rick makes the situation somewhat bearable.
