The front desk lady was very nice, the guy was terse and less than friendly over the phone. They did the glass job I needed in less than 15 minutes, so great service. I'll be back if I need glass work in the future.

This is our go to place whenever we need repair or ordering one of his tinted mirrors for a backsplash or on an antique piece of furniture. Very reasonable prices and very little wait time on your order.

I ordered a replacement screen. Took a screen that I need an exact match too so there were no mistakes. Well 6 months later I go to install the screen and notice only one screen latch and it s two inches too high. The screen was twisted and didn t fit. Too expensive, not made according to sample and cheaply made.

Avoid this business for two reasons:1) Overpriced - I needed a storm window fixed. Their price was double the competitors. I had a few quotes.2) Terrible customer service - I first called to get an estimate. Without much conversation I was told to come in. I drove over 30 minutes out of my way to show them my window. When I walked in I was barked at immediately and told to come back next week. The woman who helped me was short, demanding, and seemed to expect me to know more about the window than her. I felt very unwelcome.The next week I called before driving so to not waste my time. After yet another uncomfortable conversation with the woman I talked to the man who does estimates. He was a bit nicer, but not by much. I had to ask him for a quote two or three times before he gave me one. And he only did after waiving his experience around (54 years) and answering questions I didn't ask. I'm not sure why the both of them were so defensive.This was the kicker: I mentioned my poor experience to the competitor I went with; however, I did so without saying "Carlisle Glass." The competitor identified them without hesitation. These people obviously have a reputation that precedes me.Stay away!!

It was spectacular service, fast, kind, and reliable! The person at the desk I believe her name was Jess, was an absolute angel. She helped me with everything I needed and more!!

Great place to go if you need screens or any sort of glass or mirrors cut. Fast service and good prices by people that know their trade.

Great place for customized glass pieces and screen repairs. For basic glass work, Carlisle glass will complete cuts in a few minutes, while customer waits with fair pricing.

I needed a screen fixed, and the owner was a decidedly churlish person, the quality of the work inferior, and I was wholly unimpressed. Would never go there again.
