The staff is always friendly and helpful. I refuse to go into the neighboring competitor because the same can not be said there.

There was a young man Alex I believe that was his name, who helped me. And went above and beyond. I didn't have my glasses so he helped find the wiperblades for my car then came out and put them on for me and noticed my hood was "off" and made an adjustment so now it closes right. You just don't get help like that anymore. He was so polite and helpful. Would have given 5 stars but honestly the rest of the staff could take from his example. And it wasn't that busy.

I was presently surprised how inexpensive their their grafic ford bronco shirts were! At the time I was picking up a part for my sons car and noticed the tshirts. I'm a proud Bronco owner so I had to grab it. Only $11! All of their products are fairly priced. Always find something cool and unexpected here.

Extremely well run. Knowledgeable associates who really know what they're doing. Quick, efficient and friendly.Wish all stores were like this one. Even though it is a chain this store feels like a hometown business. I highly recommend it.

The manager was extremely rude. I requested a price match for an item ($22.00 K&N Cabin Filter Cleaner Kit) that was being sold by their direct competitor Nextdoor for 20% off. He argued with me and insisted that they do not price match online prices, I told him that I called their competitor and confirmed the price was both in store and online. He said that s not how it works, store prices are always higher than online because everyone offers a 20% off coupon online including Autozone. I should him the competitions price online which clearly showed there was no coupon applied and the autozone coupon he was referring to was 20% off when you spend $125 or more, which I made him well aware of. He reluctantly adjusted the price, but was saying things under his breath which was extremely inappropriate and insulting. Which all came after waiting in line for approximately 17 minutes. The store had (4) employees working but only one person running the register. There were (5) additional customers behind me. Multiple employees including the store manager looked directly at us (in line), but they obviously had more important things going on. I believe the managers who made me feel worthless was named Felix. My purchase made on 6/23/2023 around 4:43 and I entered the register waiting line at 4:25 PM. So it took almost 20 minutes to purchase (1) item with a free dose of the worst customer service I have ever received from a store manager anywhere and I saved $2.89. I will never step foot in this store again, nor will I ever buy Mutual Funds/ETFs/Stock with Autozone!

I want to let you all know that Jamie B was my angel today. My tire blew out on 220 near Lock Haven today. As soon as I pulled over there was a van that pulled right in behind me. It was Jamie and she took the time to change my tire and get me on my way again. She does not even live in the area and yet she took the time to stop and help me. I am so grateful she was in the area at the right place and time. I m sure she goes above and beyond at her store location to provide great customer service. Thanks again!!

There needs to be more qualified people working at this store. I don't believe they have a very good training program. There's alot more you need to know then just running a register at a store like this. Like the function of what the products they sell do. (Example: employees should really know what a horn is and not ask the customer what that part does)

I got great customer service. The store was busy but they had plenty of employees to handle the busy time. Even though they were busy they took the time to go out with me to my vehicle and make sure I got exactly what I needed for my vehicle. And it seemed like they were very happy to do it. I will definitely be shopping there again. Thank you AutoZone

Although they weren't able to help me out with new wiper blades good experience. The young man that helped me very knowledgeable and friendly. Newer Ford and no universial adapter available. Must by Ford product.

Have to say the best store in the area, always a pleasure to walk in and see the same faces. The customer service is second to none at this store. Managers all seem to have great knowledge and surprise me more often than not.Also the warehouse wizard Steven is astounding.

I asked an employee for help with buying wipers for my car because I always get the wrong ones when I grab them myself. The employee gave me the wrong wipers. They apologized when I went back to the store, soaked from the rain, saying they should have checked that... Maybe they were new? I did eventually get the correct blades...

Stopped in to see if they would help me with my windshield wiper that fell off . The place next door would not because it was raining .Austin and Linda helped me they got me a windshield wiper put in on and they noticed my headlight was out. They put that into. Great customer service.

The people who work here are friendly enough... But that being said no one in this store is motivated! Yhe service is so slow every time. Always 6 or 8 staff members visible but no one seems to want to help anyone. Takes them 10 mins to acknowledge your existence even when there's only one or two other people in the store. This could be an amazing store if somebody just lit a fire under the employees backsides

Pretty good store. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to be sure you're taken care of. Usually don't have to wait too long. Can't beat the small tree services like battery install, diagnostic test etc. Overall good shopping experience

Prices are jacked up. Hit or miss when expecting to have a part in stock. Workers are sometimes helpful but other times not at all. Mediocre.

Stopped at Auto Zone to get new windshield wipers. Didn't know what size so asked the woman manning the cash register for help. She looked up my car and quickly made a suggestion. She said she could install them for me and then asked if my windshield washer was low. I told her I was completely out. She said she could top it off. She quickly installed the wipers and filled the washer fluid. Then handed me the small remainder of fluid remaining in the jug. What a great experience. Such a surprise to get the service I used to expect !

I came back a second time to try to see if the customer experience was any better. It was not. No one is willing to help you. They do not go above and beyond. The do as little as possible as they can

Excellent service all the way around. Checked the charge and purchase date of the battery and ecstatic to discover it was still under warranty. Replaced quickly and expertly.

Usually ok experience but last visit... not so much. Guessing they are understaffed and current staff is so-so... waited in queue FOREVER. Also, shelf price and computer price did not match. Shelf said "clearance" put computer didn't reflect this.

I've called three separate times. I've been on hold each time for over 20 minutes. As soon as I think someone is going to answer they hang up on me. although a guy named Tony has always been very helpful.

I went in today for a new car battery. The line was long but the wait was short. Isaac was the associate that waited on me. He was very quick and efficient. When he came out to put in my battery, he discovered that I needed a different battery. He took the wrong one back, gave me the correct one. He gave me a discount for the inconvenience.

Harley was such a great help. She was very attentive to not only my automotive needs but also my 4yr old daughter. While in the rain changing my car battery she was even talking to my little girl to keep her preoccupied. Then stickers. Was just a great experience. Plus the price was very comparable for what i needed. Thanks again.

(It's long story I didn't have to pay...great counter help...read on...)I had to dupe a car key, So I went to the 2 local hardware box stores, didn't have the blank...so I looked it up and got a few blanks online...Went back again...box hardware stores could still do nothing, their computer not having my blank in their cutter....well the kid behind the counter at AutoZone was awesome, I knew what key blank I needed, I handed them to him....he didn't charge me since I had purchased my blanks elsewhere...best customer service ever...keys work perfect

The staff here is amazing. I am able to get all the information I need. Even if I'm in a bad mood somebody here seems to make me laugh. Their customer service is amazing I would refer anyone here and I will continue to be a customer of theirs

The store had what I needed but there was a couple employees that should be fired. I over heard them talking about a customer as he left briefly. Customer needed a battery and needed it installed. Which is a very simple task. And they did not want to help what so ever. And they weren't currently doing anything at all.
