WOW! What a deal - LOVE you guys like family! I will never go anywhere else to buy a vehicle! Amanda is like my sister and Mr. Warne - like my Dad, Just like family and that's how you're treated, Best car experience ever! I LOVE you guys like family!

I purchased a vehicle from Warne Motors in 2021. A 2017 Buick Regal AWD. I wanted to wait a few years to see if I had any problems with the car before leaving a review. I'm happy to say that I haven't had any major issues. I had to get a new battery and a replacement ignition coil (costs $200) - that problem didn't start getting bad until about a year after I got the car.Other than that my experince has been really great.Amanda is just a very sweet person and a professional. Mr. Warne, the owner, was very gracious to me and I would not have been able to get the car had he not worked with me. Buying a used car is a very scary experince if you're a regular person working OT to save up the money. I worked OT for years, saved stimulus checks and was so afraid I'd end up buying a bad car. You just never know.Warne Motors Inc. is top of class. I recommend them to everyone I come across looking for a good car. I can tell the owner is an honest, hardworking man and his daughter Amanda is the same.Took a minute to leave the review but I give them 5 stars. Excellent selection of vehicles. Amanda is wonderful to work with. We had a couple minor issues with our purchase. In each instance she dealt with everything promptly and efficiently. Highly recommend.

I wish I could give zero stars!!! A family member bought a car from this place, and it has been nothing but problems. Power windows quite working within a few months, and now roughly 2 years into owning the vehicle (and still paying on it) we are putting a new engine in it. Go somewhere that will not rip you off.Follow Up: I appreciate you taking the time to reply to my review. It would have been better if it were actually true. My family member followed up with you again, and was told there was nothing you could do to help him. We are now paying $6,000 to replace the engine in a car purchased from your facility around 2 years ago.

If I could give a 10 star review I would. I ve gone to other mechanics and I feel like no one ever takes care of me. I recently was out of town on a work trip and my car sounded terrible and being pregnant I wasn t sure what to do. My dad told me to call John warnes. So I called as soon as they opened. I talked to the owner, told him my situation and there was no hesitation at all. While every other place told me sorry we can t see you till next week or wanted to charge me $150 just to look at it. John warnes told me bring it in as soon as you can and we will check it over and make sure it s safe for you. I can t even say how much I appreciate it. Amanda is amazing and made me feel better about the situation when I dropped my car off. The mechanics Justin and jack are amazing! They looked everything over told me what was wrong and told me due to how it was they would never allow me to drive it till they fixed it. Its really great to have mechanics that don t just take care of your car but they care for your well being. So if your looking for a place to take your car take it to johns! You won t be disappointed the whole staff is amazing!

I feel this place is a rip off. My husband bought a car here and has had nothing but issues. He only has had it a few weeks and it has had to be returned 3 times. He's had to wait for hours upon hours at this business to even retrieve a loaner vehicle. I would not recommend this business to anyone. I don't take kindly to folks taking advantage of my husband, and these folks did just that. So here we are, just got the vehicle back today and it won't start!! This place is a joke and for them Claiming to be Christians, they are the most dishonest people and place to get a vehicle. He paid Cash and the car has been back 2 times since purchased on August 2, 2022. They had it for a week this last time. Their mechanic put inspection stickers on a car that shuts off while you drive it. Also the back brakes needed replaced but it passed inspection?????? They refuse to give the almost 7,000 cash back that was paid to them. Shisters ato say the least. His son is severely disabled and has to be taken to children's hospital and he was finally able to purchase a vehicle and even told them this purchase was for that main purpose and they still had no problem selling him a a piece of junk. They should truly be ashamed of themselves for taking advantage of people. It's truly sad. God will be the ultimate judge.

After car shopping for a while, we'd had some good experiences and some bad experiences, but nothing compared to the welcoming environment and excellent customer service at Warne Motors. Amanda welcomed us with open arms. She is so sweet and cheerful. She made us feel like family. I could not have been happier with the experience. Even though it is a small business, there was a wide array of vehicles to choose from. I will be sending all of my friends and family her way.

While traveling on a family vacation on the day before Easter, our car was having issues and we found John Warne motors and their awesome staff. The exceptional immediate willing to help us in a tight spot was heartwarming and put our minds at ease at a rough time. They welcomed us and our 3 children while taking care of our car, and we are extremely grateful for them. It is a breath of fresh air to know that there is still people in this world who are as genuine and honest as this family is. Thank you for all you did for us.

My name is Patricia I m from Ct . Was traveling from Ct to Tennessee when my transmission went on me. I spent the night frustrated not knowing what to do. The next morning I went to Autozone they sent me to the Toyota dealership. When I called they said they could not help me because my car was not a Toyota. My second call was to Warnes and Amanda said that she could have some one look at it for me.Not only did he look at it he fixed it so I can continue my trip and for that Ian truly grateful.Thank you so much thank you from my whole family as well

So this was my first car buying experience from a dealer and I have to say I'd buy from them again I was nervous at first with all the horror stories you hear about buying a car but it's a family owned place they treated me and my wife with respect, I had a issue with the car 18 days later and with no issue they told me to bring it back and fixed it with no hassle or problems. Like the gentleman said they really do stand behind there cars. Very happy

Wow. Talk about an easy experience. Amanda is as sweet as they come. I had a price in my head before I got there. I offered. Took a couple minutes but they met my price for probably the cleanest Silverado out there for 150k miles. 100% reccomend Warne Motors. Mechanic even took care of a thing or 2 while I was doing paperwork!!

We just picked up the Chevy Impala for our son..it was easily the very best price anywhere.. Amanda is amazing!! She and I spent as much time getting to know one another as we did talking about the car... The car was detailed to showroom new and just beautiful... Cathy took most of our info over the phone and was ready to go when we got there,, even lowered the monthly payment a bit!!! Mr Warne seems to only pick the cream of the crop when choosing the vehicles he sells and that attention to detail and hometown friendliness can t be beat. Amanda even said if anything should come up with the car call her immediately and they will take care of it... We will definitely be repeat customers and I highly recommend this family owned little gem in Canonsburg

When I wrecked my old car, I thought I was done for! So of course I called my trusty helper, Dad. And Warne Motors was the last place we had selected to look at cars for the first round of searching. I was amazed at this family-owned business and how helpful the staff were! They provided a 90 day warranty on things and I waited until day 91 to officially review them (in case I had to go back!) and true to their word, they covered me when my check engine light came on and quickly fixed any and all problems that I came to them with. The staff were friendly, incredibly helpful, and overall, I would highly recommend Warne Motors to anyone searching for their perfect car! 10/10 would go again (hopefully I won't have to anytime soon!)

The best car-buying experience I've ever had! Amanda answered all of my questions honestly and helped me choose the best option based on the criteria I provided her. I had a few small issues with the car that were promptly addressed at no charge. Outstanding sales and service!

Bought a Cadillac CTS from here, a week after I got it it broke down computer went and I had to argue for it to be paid for. A couple days after I got it back the break lines went, All of the fluids where old, antifreeze had clumps in it and then my radiator went! Daughter was very friendly but I d have to say this place was unprofessional! Better luck buying from private dealer.

Bought my first car here, and I m kind of glad I did made me realize how curropt businesses really are. Pretty much washed the car right after I bought it and scratches magically appeared on the rims. Yeah how much you pay for the 5 star reviews?

I just purchased a vehicle from this place. It's a family oriented business and they treat their customers right!!! I'm very pleased with them!!! They are VERY personable, VERY honest, (love Amanda) and they stand by their word!!!

I bought my Escape here and John Warne was very nice , helpful and friendly. He even came to open my door for me once when I locked my keys in the car and it was going to take Triple A an hour to get there. Who else would do that???

I would stay away from this dealership unless you are paying cash. Find someone else that won't sell the vehicle you are interested in while your auto loan is pending approval. I even offered to bring them the down payment to hold the vehicle while the bank wrapped up the loan documents but they said they don't do that. Now I have a hit on my credit for a loan application for nothing.

Down to earth people! My son got his 1st Jeep from them. Was involved in an accident (not his fault), and they took care of everything for him in a timely fashion!
