I got an oil change and was in and out very quickly. However, I was charged $116 for an oil change. They also said that they vacuumed my floors and put air in my tires. However, when I checked the air pressure, they actually took air out. For that price, they might as well have put in a gold plated oil filter

They did a great job changing my oil and doing my state inspections. Very professional, it might have been the 1 1/2 - 2 hours that they quoted me but it didn t feel like it. They got to work right away and I only had to wait for a new gas cap because it failed. Easy and done. Good job guys!!!

Quick service. The staff patiently waited for me while I provided the right insurance card (somehow I ended up with my wife's car's insurance card in my glove compartment). Planning on going back to have my wife's car inspected in May. This is the place to have your car inspected.

After Jiffy Lube on Elvis Presley Boulevard in Memphis, TN did an oil change for me on my 2016 Dodge Dart in 2018. I had to call them because all my oil was in my driveway and my car wouldn t stay running. My vehicle had to be towed back to Jiffy Lube for them to fix it. So I moved to Pennsylvania and decided to give the Jiffy Lube in Camp Hill, PA a chance at changing my oil in my 2022 Chevrolet Equinox. Since I was unable to get an appointment with my dealership. I got an oil change at the Camp Hill location and I thought it was a good deal. That wasn t until a few months later my oil light started to come on and my engine light. I notified Jiffy Lube of the issue and they did offer for me to come back so they could look at it. I was so scared to trust them after they had already let me down two times already with my vehicles. I took my vehicle to the dealership. I was informed that Jiffy Lube had left my oil filter loose. I informed Jiffy Lube immediately of what happened and they did offer me an apology. I do accept their apology and I understand that no one is perfect and we all make mistakes. Jiffy Lube as a company has to do better. It s not always about the quantity. It s about the quality that keeps the customers happy and returning. So maybe so down a little to prevent future mistakes like this one.

Very quick and convenient. Answered all of my questions and were very courteous during my entire visit. No appointment needed and couldn't have asked for a better experience. I will be returning for my routine maintenance needs.

We came in for oil change with my mother inlaw and wife. We are all disabled with mobility issues. Upon arriving we were asked to get out and Waite. Once they found out all three had mobility issues they allowed us to stay in the vehicle. My mother inlaw is the driver and only had to get out to be pulled up too the oil pit. They gave excellent service. Went above and beyond what we asked for by cleaning the windows. All staff members were friendly and greeted us with a smile. We re very helpful although for our mini coop 12 they can t do oil change for us due to them not having that part ever but they did everything that we asked in under 30 mins we were in and out!

I came here for my car's annual state inspection. I was in and out in a jiffy on a busy Friday morning. Nice staff. Prompt and helpful!!

This was my first Jiffy Lube experience because for the last 15 years, my husband or I usually changed my oil. That being said, it may seem silly, but the fact I had my oil change done in 10 minutes blew my mind, lol. It was so much more convenient and only cost a bit more than buying the supplies myself, which I now see is totally worth it. Everyone I encountered was kind and professional, the overall experience left me delighted. I will certainly be back.

Quick and thorough oil change/ fluid and filter check. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes and spent less than 50 dollars.

I was in the area visiting family and in need of an oil change from the long drive back and forth. The service provided at this location was courteous, professional, and timely.They pulled the car into the bay and did an assessment and came out to tell me what was needed. I am always cautious based upon the reputation of the business. Good news was only the oil change was what was needed. Explained the options for oil and cost. They advised and showed me that my back plate lights were out and gave me the option to fix it or can take of it myself. They proceeded and was done in 20 min and included vacuum of the inside, checking a fluids, etc and taking care of tire pressure.I was in and out and very happy with the service.Service: Oil change

Miss the old costa oil. The one guy was grumpy but it was earlier in the day. Biggest difference is you have to get out of your car and wait inside. Not sure if it s an insurance thing. The old place accepted Groupon. This one doesn t. :(

Quick service. It was nice not having to wait 3 hours for an oil change as with some places. It's also great not having to schedule an appointment, plus the Saturday hours fit with my schedule. They also vacuum the interior of your vehicle and clean your exterior windows which is a nice added touch.

I go to here to get my oil changed. I just don't have the time to do it myself and these guys knock it out in 15 minutes. They're a very honest group of guys, they'll ask before assuming you want anything added on like replacing lights or air filters. I've found that for my Ford F-250 they are about $20-30 cheaper than any other quick oil change place. I will continue to use them in the future.Service: Oil change

Nice! Only two bays, one for repairs, and other for lube changes. Go at idle times, then slam dunk. The other location on the Pike gets hammered, this gives easy in/out.

Took in to get 6 spark plugs replaced and #5 ignition coil pack and a plenum gasket I had a fix finder report for the 2007 Honda Pilot. I received a call say it was finished and was told they didn't have to replace the gasket. After receiving vehicle back it was still having same issue. Took it back to location and the district manager looked at it and said to take it to a shop that has a scope. I feel this needs to be resolved and fixed properly and refund my payment.

Girlfriend took it in the 11th of February to get an oil change yesterday she gets a oil pressure low light. I smelled oil jacked it up a little look under it and the oil drain plug is sitting at an angle very visible by the eye completely cross threaded. And now I'm about to be inconvenience cuz this place doesn't open on Sundays evidently? That doesn't make sense.
