Stopped by to ask about getting some work done on my son's truck. Adam could not have been more helpful. The work was done perfectly. When we were picking up the truck, I mentioned the check engine light was on in my car. He went out and found the codes and fixed it on the spot. We will be taking our cars to Ginters from now on.

Brian, Adam and Frank did another great job on my car. We got struck by a deer back on Thanksgiving and there was subsequent damage that was unscene on the car. They got this done and fixed and it looks and runs great! Work with the insurance company the entire time. Great group of people. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Can't think Ginters for an amazing job on my hood decal. I wasn't sure what to do and they gave me alot of ideas to choose from. Their expertise is amazing and I was very happy with the outcome of my decal. It really gives my Explorer a different look. I will definitely be back if I need additional work done. The staff is helpful and very friendly. Thank you again 5+++ stars

On December 8, 2022, I went to Ginters with a 5-star expectation regarding custom car work. Unfortunately, on 23 January 2023 I left with a half a star experience. The following is a brief explanation outlining my experience. December the manager/owner had a conversation about the potential modifications and work to be completed. He explained to me the difficulty of the task and hours of work that would be involved. I agreed to the terms and provided half of the money down, from the beginning I made it clear money was not an issue. I assumed upon agreement, and half the money down that this would be a relatively easy task for a garage that consistently works on custom cars for a living. I was not led to believe this job was out of the scope for their abilities.The following was the work agreed upon 1. Replace old spoiler with new spoiler on the trunk. 2. Replace and paint the front bumper with a replica that required some modifications. I m a car fanatic, my car is a show car which has won many awards over the years of showing. I have high standards/ expectations on any type of work done on my car. I stopped by every week to see progress. I did however notice some weeks they didn t touch the car at all. As Time went by, they realized an issue with the grill not fitting properly. We discussed the issue and the way forward, and they were given the green light to move forward with the solution decided upon. Again, I went back at the end of the week, and noticed nothing was done. They came up with excuses of why my car wasn t being worked on. It would appear they prioritized insurance work over custom work. Fast forward to the middle of January I decided to pull my car out of the shop and told them to just complete the trunk and forget about the bumper. When I picked up my car I inspected their work, and immediately noticed the spoiler was not mounted properly. (See pictures of fitment) I brought it to their attention.I tried to explain and have them watch some videos on YouTube that shows different ways to install the spoiler. They told me that they will investigate it and call me back. Two weeks have passed, and no one has attempted to contact me. Other car enthusiast immediately noticed the poor work. I took it to two different garages, and they immediately noticed the bad work as well. Now I have wait approximately 3 months for another shop to have an opening to fix their poor work. As I stated money was never an issue, I just wanted a 5 Star experience for two tasks that we agreed upon, instead I walked away with a bill of $1,708.00 for a job that I call PPP. (Piss poor performance). I was charged $100 for double-sided tape. I have never seen 3M double sided tape cost that much. Anyone who needs any type of custom work or modifications done to their car, I would not recommend Ginters at all.

I have had the most amazing experiences here. They are the best auto service I have ever encountered. They have gone above and beyond my expectations!Not only do they do impeccable service on your vehicle, they give impressive customer care. They have hearts to serve. They treat their customers with honor and respect. If you bring your vehicle here, you can rest assured that you and your vehicle are in trustworthy hands.

They are predatory, stay away. Tried to take advantage of my parents. Someone there tried to convince my parents pay $6k to fix a car that was on its last legs. And he manipulated them to fix it with Ginters instead of buying a new car. Totally unacceptable to suggest they throw that much money away for a pay day. Poor values, beware.

Edit per reply: Just because she accepted the revised price doesn't mean she was happy. The only reason she came was because Toyota was charging $105 and you said you'd do it cheaper. She gave the exact make and model on the phone. And all the prices I see for 0W-16 are actually cheaper than 5W-30 so I don t know where the extra $75 is coming from...Original post: They tried to take advantage of my girlfriend bringing her car in by herself. They told her it would be $95 on the phone for oil change and tire rotation. When she picked it up they tried to charge her $168?? They said it was special oil so it was expensive. So special it s on the shelves at the local advance auto and in almost every new Toyota. They refused to honor what they said on the phone even after the person who told her the price on the phone confirmed that s what he told her. They acted like they were doing her a favor by taking a few bucks off the labor cost. Very shady and won t be going back.

Highly recommend Ginters!!!! They are so caring about their customers business frank made it out to me after hours to finish rental paperwork so I could drop off my car. I m a truck driver and my schedule is so much different than most. Can t beat them!

terrible service. terrible time management. I went in for re-stickering of my inspection stickers due to my windshield being replaced. I sat in there for an hour and 40 mins waiting for 2 stickers to be put on my windshield. I made sure to ask when my car would be done as I had another appointment to make, and it got brushed off with i don t see him on the cameras so he's probably writing your stickers now and i sat for another half hour after that.

*EDITED REVIEW* See below.I found out about Ginter's through a Jeep Wrangler PA Facebook page. One of their mechanics Zach is a member of the group and recommended Ginter's and I'm glad he did.I brought my Jeep in to get a double din head unit and rear back up camera installed. I dropped the Jeep off at 10:30 am and it was finished by 2:00 pm. The installation by Steve was great and he even took the time to show me some of the features of the new head unit and connected my iPod Touch to system for me via Bluetooth. I appreciated the time and the cost for the installation was reasonable. My only small critique is the price Ginter's wanted to charge me for a cable I needed for my Jeep's amplified system. The price quoted for the cable was $150 which to me was not reasonable at all for a cable. I contacted Jeep and got the part number required for the install. I then purchased the cable I needed for $40 on Amazon. This is the only reason why I rated them a 4 instead of a 5.Nevertheless, I have some additional electrical upgrades to do in the future on the Jeep and I trust Steve at Ginter's to install them for me.I recommend this place.*EDIT*After Ginter's responded and I had a few hours to reflect, I have decided to edit this review to offer more context.First, as I ended my initial review, I would recommend this business. I am happy with the level of customer service and the installation that Steve provided for this head unit/rear camera install.Second, I failed to mention that I also asked Steve to tighten up both of my front fenders since they were missing a bolt which he did at no charge. This again was appreciated and the reason why I'm upgrading my review from a 4 to a 5.Third, I am pro-small business and I understand the importance of small businesses to our economy so I want to make sure my review accurately reflects my experience with the company. I plan to bring my Jeep back next week to have Steve install the Jeep Badge Glow Medallion, the cable for the steering wheel control, and have him install the Carobotator J-Pro digital dash in the future.Finally, as stated above, my only slight critique was the price of the cable. I highly recommend Ginter's. My experiences with the shop has been overwhelmingly positive. I find that Brian, Adam, and the crew will give you an unbiased, professional assessment of the situation with your vehicle.On my first visit, they evaluated an older vehicle that had failed inspection elsewhere and took the time to help me understand why it wasn't worth making a significant investment to repair-which surprised me.They could've simply done what I asked without any regards to the impact on my wallet.That first visit left such a good impression that I now bring all of my vehicles to Ginter's for inspections, maintenance and repairs. I appreciate their willingness to work with you and give you straight answers about your car.

These guys are good! Just to note, I am their website/graphic designer. I have been working with Brian Ginter for over 3 years and I have personally recommended many friends to his shop. They have all been treated with fantastic, prompt, and affordable service. I have also personally seen the quality of work they produce on many occasions. I can say that Ginter's Auto is a very valued client/friend of mine and they are fantastic to work with. I will absolutely vouch for their service!UPDATE: Just took my car in for repairs after a slight mishap. My boys had my car back within 48 hours! They also took some extra time to buff out some scratches and tune her up! I can't say enough about these guys!!

Got my both my Tundra and my SL63 AMG taken care of very well by these guys. Excellent very high quality work. Fixed my stereo, detailed and did nice custom paint work on my Tundra. Detailed and did front body and paint repair on my AMG. It's immaculate. Also, superior service from both Derrick and Crystal! If I typed out the full scenario of what I've gone through in the last 4 weeks, it would take up an entire browser page. I am stressed, anxious, ready to fight, and I am more than proud to say Ginter's has been a shining light amidst all this BS we've been dealing with (the very brief gist of it is an insurance difficulty).Jen, Frank, and everyone at Ginter's has been absolutely wonderful to me and advocating for me through this entire endeavor. Not only that, but my car looks almost new again after the work they did (which was not only the repairs the insurance covered, but they secured another broken part in another area that I hadn't noticed so that it would be secure until I can afford to get it fixed). Everyone has been so nice, very professional, and their work is incredible. Highly recommended!

I expected quality work and it turned out fair with lack of attention on details and very expensive. I was unhappy when I picked up my car. I was told I would get a call back from the owner and that never happened. Don't recommend for small jobs. Their response did not address 2 items in my complaint- a call back and the lack of attention to detail. Putting old rusty screws in a stainless steel " custom" radiator cover then making a an issue of it when i asked for a nonrusted screw in its place, is not asking for much!!Service: Engine detailing

I took my car to Ginter's for some body repairs because I wanted to support a local small business. I am so glad I did! They did an amazing job on my car and I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone who needs some work done. Thank you so much to everyone who helped put my baby back in tip top shape! I have a 2009 Audi that is brilliant red, it needed the rear bumper resprayed. The whole group are great guys. All are extremely friendly. I worked with Adam and Brain, both were honest quick, to the point and explained everything. They gave me different options on how to fix my bumper with the pros and cons of each. They gave me pricing right away with each too! I'm extremely happy with the way it turned out. They were able to respray and do some bodywork for under the quoted price. Its extremely difficult to match and fade red paint and they did it perfectly.

I have been this shop a few times and I am always treated with top notch customer service, better than any other garage and better than most businesses in general.The quality of their work is top notch. You wouldn't even be able to tell that my car seems to be a magnet for accidents by how amazing of a job they did on my Benz.This is the ONLY place I would ever take my car to and by far the best garage I have ever been to in my life.Lastly it is so clean inside that you wouldn't even think that you are in a car garage.Before I went with Ginters for my auto repairs I did extensive research on them and glad I did because I couldn't have asked for better quality work and customer service.10 out of 10 would recommend for anyone looking to have any type of car work done.

Great crew to work with! I brought my truck in for both bodywork and upgrades. They thoroughly explained all the work and options I was looking at, so no surprise charges or bait-and-switch nonsense. They got the off-road bumpers and suspension set up perfectly, and the body repairs were excellent. I'll definitely be returning for future repairs and upgrades! Honest guys that stand behind their good work.

Frank is always on top of my bobos. Steve fixed me right up today so my battery doesn't die. They were recommended before and did a fantastic job on a scratch from the front end of my car to the back. I will be back to have another scratch fixesd as I get another job. Thank you guys. You were a blessing to me today.

Excellent shop! I brought in a 2010 Mercedes Benz C300 for some cosmetic work and the final product was factory quality. Definitely will be coming back. Shop was well organized and clean. These guys literally do any kind of car work imaginable. The crew was friendly and it felt as if I knew them personally. They were very welcoming. I recommend this place to anyone in need of any kind of service.

Excellent!! I set an appointment to have them look over a vehicle I was planning to purchase. I set the appointment with Adam. He offered me two price points and he recommended the less expensive. They put it up on the list, drove it, gave a through inspection, then both Adam and his co-worker gave me solid feedback. Turns out I did not buy the vehicle. Even the seller was impressed and said next time he buys a vehicle he is taking it to them. Really I think I should have paid the high fee. The way they spoke they had pride in their work. They laid out the facts and let me make the decision.

Adam and the whole team at Ginter's were extremely helpful and professional. They did a full look over of my car at a minimal charge to make sure I didnt pay for any services I wasn't ready to make.They also detected a huge safety issue that was probably missed during my last inspection at a different shop.Thank you for your help, and making sure I stay safe on the road!

I had a leased vehicle repaired there after a parking lot fender bender. When turning in the car at the end of the lease I have received no complaints from the dealership. The work, price, and quick service left me no complaints at all. They were easy to work with.

As an Insurance agent, I always struggle to find a good body shop to recommend to my customers. I recently had a minor accident. I took my car over to have them do the work. They did a great job and finished the job ahead of schedule. Frank and the guys were highly professional. It will be my pleasure to send my customers over to them based on my own personal experience. Ginters auto body is one of the most reputable companies in the area. Very professional businesses. My mother was traveling and desperately needed tires on her car. Brian and his team put together a order of tires, mounted and balanced them on the same day!! Talk about great service! It doesn't get any better than that my friends. Give them a shot, you won't be disappointed!.
