I took my car for an inspection and oil change. The customer service here is refreshing, as you walk in, everyone is greeted with a smile and a hello. Unfortunately, as I was waiting, Jonah informed me, that my registration was out of date to my surprise. The new owner (Jamie) took it upon herself, to help me out, by going on the PennDot website and finding my information that I gave her on my car. She was then able to tell me when it expired and navigate to where it showed what was due. This then allowed me to pay for my registration for my car right there without the mechanics having to stop work or even missing a beat! In my opinion, this is exceptional, above and beyond customer service, from a company that takes pride in their workmanship that you can trust with your life!

Took my jeep here for an oil change, tire rotation, and to have my mirror replaced. They worked with my comprehensive warranty company and had the mirror done in just a couple of days, and it works and looks as if it never happened. I can not recommend them enough!

I highly recommend this body shop. We had a piece hanging off of our car while on a family vacation and they took care of the issue quickly and efficiently. They were kind, patient and welcoming to all of our kids and didn t even charge us for the quick job. I wish all body shop owners were as honest as these people were!

Absolutely top notch customer service. They clearly explain the services they perform and recommend while not trying to unnecessarily upsell you. My wife and I are lifetime members and will not go anywhere else for our vehicle needs. They even got a dent out of my wife's bumper during an inspection and didn't mention it or charge us. We noticed a day or two later. Just taking care of their customers. Added bonus - I usually wait when I take our vehicles in and love their chocolate lab pup that greets everyone.

I want to share our experience with us at AutoCamp, Camp Hill. PA.We took our 30 foot motorhome for inspection and it needed alot of work to it, from the morning that we dropped off the motorhome and 5 days later these professionals including Jamie the owner, Jonah at the desk welcomed you and Spencer and Ben the mechanics worked to get our motorhome done after hours last night till 6:30 pm .Great Business.Oh and Jamie called every day to keep my husband informed on what they were doing.Thanks so much

Not being from the Harrisburg area makes it difficult to find a reliable garage to go when I m not at home. But, I m thrilled I found this place. I needed a new tire (soon to be 2) and they got me in and out fairly quick, even at last minute. When I needed to return the next day for some other work that I had been procrastinating on, they drove me to work with a smile and nice conversation.This place is so friendly, courteous and professional. I highly recommend it. Steve and team are phenomenal. Price was so reasonable and service was quick. My car is so quiet now, makes my commute so much better.

This business has excellent customer service and fair pricing. They have the friendliest staff and are very knowledgeable about their business. This was a very good impression for a first time customer. I was treated fairly and professionally by everyone that I spoke to, from the call to set up the appointment to drop off and pickup. No services or repairs were pushed upon me and when discussing recommended services, I was told that I was in charge of the decision for my vehicle. I have no hesitation in coming back when the need arises.

Steve and Rick were always friendly and easy to work with. I recently had my F-150 in for repair. The crew put many hours into diagnosing the issue and were able to fix it. They kept me informed throughout and worked diligently to get my truck back to me. Such a more pleasant, informative, and flexible experience than I have had in the past with the dealership. I will come back.

My husband and I are a young newly married couple and pretty new to the area too. When our car started making a weird noise, we had no idea where to take it to get fixed since we have minimal experience with that kind of thing. We went to auto camp off of a recommendation of a friend and were very impressed and happy with their service. We were going away for the weekend and they allowed us to leave the car there until we got back and in the mean time called us with the problem and asked before doing work. They told us the price and when we asked questions to make sure they weren't taking advantage of us by doing unnecessary things, they walked us through the whole process giving us peace of mind before agreeing. We were very happy with their service and felt they were fair and priced reasonably. They even texted us a few days later to make sure our car was doing good. We will definitely use them again and refer people to them. A big thank you to the team at auto camp for being kind, fair and helpful to us!

My wife took her car in for inspection. She got the car brand new towards the beginning of last year and had an alignment done by Honda later in the year when she got it inspected. They charged her $600 for an alignment which was just done, filter replacement, wiper blades, tire rotation, and oil.Service: Vehicle InspectionService: Vehicle Inspection

Update: I posted this 5 Star Rating 3 years ago. Since that time we have continued to use Auto Camp and they have continued to be an OUTSTANDING auto repair provider. My family is grateful for the honest, speedy and quality service that we receive from Auto Camp.We have used Auto Camp for years on multiple vehicles....When looking for a place to have your car worked on, you need to look for people you can trust. Steve and Vince are people you can trust. They just are. You know they will do the right thing for you and your family. Add in the speed at which the operate and the excellent customer service... They work hard to make getting your vehicle serviced as painless as possible. Trust, Service. Speed. You need look no further in your search for your family's auto repair and maintenance company.

Really the man at the desk was super excellent in service and customer handling. He made sure I was aware of my hidden issues, such as my rear end brake lights were out on the passenger side. So really the business itself is pretty decent overall, and yes when I come back in Camp Hill, Harrisburg, mechanicsburg, I ll use Autocamp again!

I never feel taken advantage of here and they are very attentive to making sure they communicate and explained the things you need done to the car! I feel safe driving my car after it's been given a once over here!

I've brought my car here twice - I call them if I can't get a hold of my regular mechanic. Wonderful group of people who will go above and beyond what is required to ensure your car is good to go....The dog in the lobby area is pretty great too.

Auto camp is the best shop I ever went to in my life.I wish everyone could experience the same results I experienced by letting auto camp work on your vehicle, as far as Inspections, body work, and all major problems that occur to your car or truck! Auto camp are the best mechanic's around. They professionals! Thank you and ,God Bless everyone there for making my truck run excellent ... They fixed everything that the truck needed on it! I thank you personally from the bottom of my Auto Camp are the only mechinc"s I"m only going to trust to work on my vehicle period!

I took my 2007 Mini Cooper in with four potential problems; I was expecting a bill of about $600 or so. They thoroughly checked my electrical system, replaced the battery (it was under warranty), cleaned and lubricated my rear hatch lock that was giving me trouble, replaced a headlight, and explained that the advice given me by my other mechanic was mistaken, and that I did not need repairs to the rear wheel assemblies. My total bill was only $94. Their customer service is top-notch and super-friendly. I am now a customer for life!

I've been taking my vehicles here for almost 3 years. They will bend over backwards to make sure they're not doing unnecessary work on your vehicle to pass inspection and they've never over charged me or tried to trick me into a service I didnt need. I've had a couple tricky vehicle issues that I couldn't solve myself and there's nothing they haven't been able to handle. Would recommend to anyone.

I recently moved to the area and needed an inspection done. I saw that this place had really great reviews and decided to give it a shot! I wasn't disappointed. The staff is super friendly and there's a nice waiting room for customers to sit in if they wish. The best part was that it was super affordable. I don't know anything about cars so I was also worried about getting ripped off but the owner is a nice, honest man and the customers that have submitted reviews are obviously very happy, me included. I would definitely take my car back here if needed in the future!

Great service. Easy to make appointments and they let you know what is needed and service your car at a fair price. Guaranteed or they'll make it right. Do all new car warranty service for a lot less than the dealership. Work on all makes and models. Great mechanics.

I m giving one star due to my recent experience. I would not recommend them for their inspection services. I had an issue where something that was overlooked last year that was enough that did not pass inspection this year. I understood that the issue was not their doing, however I don t feel like they accepted any responsibility for missing it last year,Rob was a little condescending when I mentioned what could have happened (even though it didn t) due to them missing it on the inspection. I m disappointed I liked them and always felt Steve was fair and knowledgeable.

I found myself in the biggest pickle ever. I had ONE JOB to pick up our car and I blew it! I called in late, left a message and prayed for a miracle. Well Autocamp came through and saved my hide. Thank you so much for the save. A true testament that they will go that extra mile to provide excellent service. Plus, the work we had done was great!Thank you Autocamp

Fair priced auto repairs. Appointments are required as the parking area is small and, it seems, the repair staff must be limited. There is a nice waiting room if you wish to wait for minor service and repairs. The front desk crew are friendly and helpful.

I've had nothing but phenomenal service from the team at Auto Camp. They are friendly, polite, always fit me in. They treat me like family. And then there's Cailor, who I'm obsessed with (their shop/family dog - a chocolate lab). She's always so happy to see me.

The people here went above and beyond! We were traveling to PA from NH on vacation and ended up rolling our broken down mini-van into their lot at 2:00p. They dropped everything to help us out in a pinch and treated us like family while we waited for them to do a complete radiator replacement same day: offering us the friendliest service, waters, and a comfortable place to relax. They also stayed after hours to finish the job, all for the sake of complete strangers!
