Really nice place to bring your vehicle! First time I ve ever been to a car shop that charged me less than I was quoted. The man at the front helped me see the cheapest route to getting the best deal on car parts. Service was super fast and all around nice experience! Thank you again!

Horrible Customer Service! I got a price for 4 tires for $1,200. They said there is a 4% up charge for using a credit card . That would be another $50 added. Unbelievable! Not a good way to get new business. I would not recommend this company. Save your money!

They didn't stock our tires and I was able to order them cheaper from the wholesaler myself and have them shipped to my house.

I had a nail in my tire. Called for a repair and was able to bring it in that day. The repair was quick and cheap. The service was very friendly. Very nice people.

We just spent $500 on tires there and they have given us the run around on an alignment for weeks now. We called this morning too make sure our appointment was still on and got screamed at by some man saying he didn't have the time today....we just hung up on his rudeness We will never return there after that....

First time customer and they treated me very well. I needed a single tire mounted and balanced as soon as possible and they fit it in within 2 hours of quitting time. Not only did they fit me into their busy schedule on a Saturday, they done it at a very affordable price.

Family has been customer for 2 generations. Always have been very pleased with service and quality. Mr. BORTZ , happy retirement. You have been there for us for 40+ years. Very cool to stop in today on your last day and purchase tires. Enjoy and congratulations to you and your family.

Ordered my tires I requested and they were there the next day. Came in to get them installed and they were very professional and courteous. Tom was the store manager. He has years of experience and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend! They do not disappoint!

Love these guys! They listen to what you want AND what you need! They are the go to tire guys. Friendly reliable and honest and thats hard to find anymore. I own a small business with a few trucks on the road and I've never been disappointed. I have sent several people there who have been happy as well. They do other things as well not just tires so give em a call

I highly recommend West End Tires! I took my car to Butler Tires TWICE...2 tires in Oct. N 1 in Nov. and 2 of the tires were so bald that the wires were sticking out! West End Tires not only replaced them at a very fair price but also noticed that one of the tires were not the same size as the rest! How Butler Tires missed that is beyond me! You guys have earned a loyal n very happy customer for life! Shout out to the very friendly n professional mechanic Brad! Thank you!

Took my car there for an alignment and their mechanic was so informative and friendly my car is working great and I finally feel like I ve found an honest and trustworthy place to have my car serviced... I highly recommend this garage thank you for the service..

Had a nail in my tire, they were able to patch from the inside and save me from having to replacing the whole thing. Very nice and professional people, will be trying them for all my service needs.
