Best experience I ve ever had when buying a car. My husband and I went to Blaise Alexander Subaru of Lewistown to check out a 2024 Crosstrek Premium. After test driving, we decided that we weren t quite sold on the Premium.We worked with Dylan Snyder. He helped us order a Crosstrek exactly how we wanted it. Dylan was amazing throughout the entire process. He explained all the different options, accessories, features, etc., and he answered every question we had.We ordered our car on October 18th and it came less than a month later. We just picked it up on November 16th. That entire process was so easy as well. Dylan helped us with all the paperwork and was totally on our side with every decision we made. He didn t push us into anything we didn t want or need, and he definitely made the whole experience go as smoothly as it could have.We would highly recommend checking out Blaise Alexander Subaru in Lewistown and work with Dylan! You won t regret it.

My 20 yr/o daughter got completely ripped off on a 2015 Ford Fusion last year. It was a base model with over 100,000 miles. There was undisclosed body damage that Garrett Walls pretended he didn t know about. They sold this car to her for $17,000. The car a year later is worth about $7,000. Retail last year on this car should have been at most $10-12,000. Avoid buying a car from this dealer if you fall into a perceived naive category. This dealer is ethically corrupt.

Went to get my yearly service and inspection done. They completed the service and sent me on my way, come to realize later that they never inspected the car. I had to drive 1 hour back up there to get the car reinspected, costing me time and money.

I have been servicing my Subaru outback here since we purchased it. The service staff are super nice and friendly. I drive almost 40 miles to get my car serviced here despite having service center close to my home. That tells you how happy I am with their service.Update not very happy. Was there for service they offered a free inspection so I said ok. Well guess what, they said I needed a rear wiper blade. I didn't tell them but the rear wiper was replaced a month before. told them to not inspect it. Well they did the emission and I paid for that. Went to my regular inspection garage no problem the wiper looked brand new.

Tried to purchase a truck from them and after talking to them they had us fill out application and ran credit(10 point hit instantly) they advised us the truck had already been sold the previous day , but asked if they had anything else we liked , so we found another on their website that is apparently also sold . If you can't maintain your website inventory than maybe stop having people fill out apps and hurt their credit . I'll be purchasing a vehicle somewhere else for sure .also will be contacting BBB for having us hurt our credit for a truck you already took payment on .

Great experience buying the wife her new 2021 Crosstrek Sport, everything she wanted and then some. The whole prosses was smooth and low pressure. Jared Fryberger had an answers for all our questions. Bottom line if you are in the market for a Subaru, this would be a good place to start.

Great experience! The vehicle I purchased from them was actually at another Blaze dealership. They had it transferred to Lewistown. Jason and his entire staff there are awesome. Thanks to Jared for treating me great during the sale. Big shout out to the detail shop too!

I can t agree more with the other negative reviews. They will sell the car right out from under you.! Been a long time customer and will never be back to any Blaise Dealerships. And will continue to spread the word. Worst experience ever in trying to buy a vehicle and we own over 30 of them. Never again for us at Blaise.

I have been servicing my Subaru outback here since I purchased it in 2020. The service staff are super nice and friendly. Sitting area is not fancy but likable. Ambience is very nice and the place is not very crowded. I drive almost 30 miles to get my car serviced here despite having service center close to my home. That tells you how happy I am with their service.

If you're looking for a vehicle, you NEED to go to Blaise Alexander Subaru of Lewistown. They have the best customer service I have ever seen from a dealership. We will only get vehicles from them from now on. Thank you for being good, honest people to work with.

If your looking for a new vehicle going here is a must, the selection is amazing for both new and used, and if you don't see something you like they will sit down with you and find what you need. The sales team is friendly, and super knowledgeable. I purchased a 2018 Jeep Wrangler JK here and the experience was great, that was a few months ago, just took it in for my courtesy oil chang/tire rotation and the service department was equally amazing. Thank you too the whole team out there.

I called Greencastle office about a specific car and was told it was at another location. For them to bring that car to Greencastle required me to do financial paperwork WITHOUT even seeing the car! I then called the location it was at and made an appointment to test drive and was prepared to purchase with cash. That location was Lewistown. I called prior to driving 1 1/2 hours this morning and left them know I was coming. When I arrived I was informed that the car was sold earlier in the week. I am very angry and will not do business with a company that treats its customers with such low regard. I would not recommend doing business with Blaise Alexander in any location.

Life is a journey so choose the best vehicle. Subaru all wheel drive. Jason Renno is superb. Outstanding customer service. Uncovering every rock and looking at every angle to get you the best deal. He goes above and beyond and this is the second car I ve purchased in two years from him. I m confident that you will get the lowest Price around because he works to get you what you want and searches other locations if required. He truly is a five star sales person. The best in the industry in my opinion. I ve purchased many cars over my lifetime and no one comes close to Jason. Give him a call and see what magic he can make today.

UPDATE: after the initial problems, the service manager contacted me and has been very accommodating with getting all the issues fixed. Thank you!I usually have my car serviced elsewhere (with excellent service) but had an electrical problem with my Subaru so needed an authorized dealer. I decided to get an oil change and alignment while I was at it. It took them 3.5 hours to do the alignment (they didn't believe me that the wheels were balanced so they took it upon themselves to recheck this...I was right. And they did not align it correctly the first time and had to redo it). They used up so much time they told me they didn't have time to investigate the electrical problem and I would have to come back some other time.

This is� something I never thought I would have to do. I have been a customer at your dealership for years. I have purchased four subarus from you and have had those cars serviced at your Service Department. Recently I had my Outback inspection and serviced. I trusted that all was done as stated on my statement. A week later there was a loud flapping noise coming from the front wheel. I was able to get it to a service station to have it checked out. I was shocked to learn the left front wheel was loose and only being held on by one loose bolt. The man said, I was very lucky not to have had any further to drive. He asked if I had recently had it serviced and I said "a week ago". I trusted you service department and now I am wondering what else was not done. I understand things happen but, leaving a wheel loose is for me unexplainable.

The folks here were fantastic to buy from, particularly Dylan. As a first-time (used) car buyer, they took the time to explain everything to me and were completely aboveboard. I would recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a great car at a great price!

We bought a 2018 Subaru Legacy in January 2019. It is a great car! The service and staff here were great. I really like how we can get all of our inspections and car work done here and the new technology in the car reminds us when service is needed.A few months after our purchase, Subaru sent us a package in the mail with chocolates and other snacks. Very nice!

Kudos to Calkins Subaru and the service department. I was traveling on 322 (Subaru 2014) and the "low oil" notification light came on. I exited and immediately saw Calkins Subaru on the right. Explained my problem to the service department (Dan M?) and he immediately drove the car to a service bay. The mechanic checked the oil and added the required synthetic oil. I was on my way in less that 10 minutes. Great friendly service with a smile. I only wish I had gotten their names so I could thank each individually.

Your service dept has really changed with the name change. They take no pride in their work, you take your car there for mandatory recall work, pick up your car, and have to fix these yourselves because they break the heater vent, have screw driver marks all over where they were trying to take the vent out, and the mirror adjustment knob is pushed into the dash. The car was there for a air bag recall, explain that. We will never take a car back or buy a car there.
