What great and speedy service! Came by unexpectedly after getting a flat on the highway during a road trip. They were able to work on the car as soon as we got there and were in and out in under an hour. They saved our weekend getaway!

I used to love Mr. Tires. It must be under new ownership. The past 2 times that I went, I waited for over 3 hours for a same-day inspection only to be told that their tech got a cold and had to go home. I returned a few days later for the same service. Service was rendered but when I left, my tire lights were on. When I called later, I was told that they didn't bring it to my attention because a lot of people only want the minimum done to their car? Needless to say, I needed a third appointment. Very frustrating.

I made an appointment because my tire pressure light came on & was in need of assistance. The second I made an appointment, I received a call from someone asking if I calibrated the car because it was during cold seasons so it could ve affected the pressure. They walked me thru how to do that and told me if it comes on, just bring the car right in and they ll help me out. Once I arrived in, I was greeted by Hashim who was pleasant to talk to. He walked me over to my car and educated me on what was going on with my car, what I needed to do & asked me why do I need my tires replaced in only a year & how bad do I drive . It was falling on the weekend & Hashim kept my car throughout & assured me that it would be safe. Upon picking it up, he told me he spoke to my warranty company and was successful at getting all 4 tires replaced. I was impressed because he went above & beyond to help me out because I didn t know what to do. Overall, I was super satisfied with my experience here at this location! They take care of their customers, definitely worth the visit!!

I was passion through when I caught a flat. I called and made an appointment for 11am.I sat across the street from them.I gentlemen finally walked to my at 1125am and sat in my truck for 4 minutes and 32 seconds while my vehicle was running.He pulled in front of the bay and talk to someone else while my truck was running.My truck was finally pulled in the bay at 1130am.I waited, I waited and waited some more.I asked at 1150am roughly how long is left to put a patch on. I was told is should take the long.My vehicle wasn t finished until 12:50pm.Extremely disappointed in the length of time for a patch.1 Hour 50 Minutes, $38.75 service plus gas wasted from the gentleman sitting in my truck.

I found a screw in my tire. I called at 1pm and made an appointment for 3pm. I was driving home by 3:30p, repair done, no fuss, no muss, reasonable price. Thanks!

Went in had all new tires put on with new TPS sensors.... light stayed on went back and was told they would fix it at no cost. Went on the day to get it fixed and was told by another agent how did they know I didn't break it. That they weren't liable. Horrible customer service when I went back, the man clearly bullied the situation with the way he spoke and addressed me..... wasn't the same for the male customers. It's not the message it was the way it was delivered.

i really wanted to give them a good review because they have a new manager who was super friendly and got all my needs attended to. I had an appointment scheduled to have my tires swapped, balanced and aligned.My car was running really smooth for about 2 weeks and then afterwards it started to feel a little rocky.So i explained how i felt and i was already telling them that a weight(or a few) fell of the wheel and that the tire needs to be balanced again. I already knew what the problem is - they just had to do a rebalance.I waited for a few minutes as one of their techs took my car out to see how it drove. He came back and told me that my steering column was the problem. He didnt even at least take the tire off to measure.Now mind you, i used to inspect and transport cars from auction for various dealerships. I would know the differences of a rattle from a steering column, a bad U-joint, balance and even worn axles.Frustrated, I took my car to the next place. Told them the issues i was having and not disclose anything about my background or that i had a new tire put in.The OTHER PLACE took my car in. Checked the balance and yup... front passenger tire needed 250. Car runs fine... its been a couple weeks already.

10/10, they re always good about answering the phone and scheduling the same day. Staff is friendly too! I ve used them for state inspection & tire patching now and both were easy to schedule and finished quickly.

Dont go here if you value your car took my Ford Bronco to get new tires and an oil change few months back and have been informed by two separate shops that the mechanics stripped the oil plug and instead of notifying me they used wax to reseal the pan essentially destroying it. Thankfully all repairs were covered by the dealer and no damage was done to the engine

I made this appointment a week ago. Arrived at the designated time and the tires I pre-ordered while making the online appointment were not there. No problem, I let that go. The guy told me he could have tires delivered that morning and my car would be done by 1230. Called at 1230 and he said the tires were not delivered yet but they would be soon and my car would be ready by 230-3. Called at 230 and the tires still hadn't been delivered. Picked up my car. Whole day wasted.. First and last time I go to this place.

I had a late day yearly inspection scheduled for 3:30. When I arrived I was greeted by Mikala at the service desk I let her know I was there for an inspection. Mikala was very prompt and courteous talking with me and getting things started. My mechanic Corey was very professional with his greeting and explained the process then went to work on my vehicle an hour and a half later he completed it. He also took the time to recommend a few other services they could perform at a later date. I found Corey very honest and trustworthy plus a great sense of humor. I will return at a later date for the service. Mikala and Corey both did a great job thank you.Rich T

So glad I called this place, Joe is a great and talented dude! I had an appointment with another shop to get my aftermarket wheels and tires mounted and balanced. They told me they can t do it due to the TPMS/valve stem location. I called multiple shops and was told they all can t do it. After numerous denials or shops not having the time, I find this shop and Joe tells me over the phone he can most likely do it, just swing by and have it looked at. He checked out my wheels and told me that he d be able to get it done, no problem! It was such a huge relief and am extremely thankful! If you have any issues with your wheels/tires and or want to get aftermarket wheels put on, come here!!! Highly recommend and I will definitely be back in the future!Thanks Joe!!!

After being closed due to a fire most of last year. Joe and his team are bringing the very BEST as far as quality of work and the customer experience goes! I couldn t have asked for a better tire and auto service experience than I did at Mr. Tire in Broomall, Pa.I ll be sending everyone I know here to see Joe! Got something in my tire so I scheduled an appointment on Saturday. I got there a little early they looked at it as soon as I got there. I was there about 20 mins the guy comes back with the object and says I plugged it. I'm definitely coming back here and the fact they're open later and on Saturday makes it even better. Thanks Mr. Tire!!

Although the manager is very pleasant the workmanship at this location is questionable. I spent about three hours waiting for a tire repair. When the service was complete, they did not fix my tire and lead me to believe it has a pressure issue. Although, I was charged for a tire repair. When I inquired what was removed from the tire the service mgr asked the technician and he said he could not find an issue. So basically they charged me for air and incorrectly overfilled my tires. The worst part is that one my way home the tire pressure indicator came on again while driving on the highway. I took my car to another repair shop where they removed the nail that was piercing the tire and causing the tire pressure issue in addition to removing the excess air from Mr. Tires. This was a very dangerous situation and I will never patronize this business again.

So I needed tires and they gave me a reasonable price to mount and balance them. They took a little longer than they originally told me (1 hour 30 mins). I got it back finally and did an inspection around the rim just like anybody should after getting new tires. 3 out of 4 wheels where deeply scuffed from the mounting machine! I had to find this on my own, no one admitted to it. They gave me a refund but are not paying for them to get refinished. I had to chose one or the other. I don t recommend if you care about your wheels. Now I have to pay out of pocket to repair my wheels.

My first visit to Mr.Tire far exceeded expectations. When visiting competitors of Mr.Tire, usually the customer service is lacking and the focus is on upselling services or products.Upon entering the Mr. Tire shop, I was pleasantly greeted by the manager, Jahrelle. He was willing to accomodate me, immediately, and called in a technician to come and get my keys and work on the tire.While waiting, I interacted with a few employees in the waiting room and they were all very pleasant and professional. They seemed to respect Jahrelle as he provided guidance and support when questions were asked or work needed to be completed on other cars.My experience was further enhanced by Jahrelle's positive attitude and attention to my issue. He truly understand how to interact and keep customers happy.The entire experience was great. The repair was done quickly, the professionalism of the staff, the cleanliness of the waiting room, and finally the customer service was outstanding. I was never upsold a service or pressured to repair anything else on my car. I will definitely be back to get other work done on my car.

I d like to take the time out today and compliment the Mr. Tires West Chester Pike location on their excellent customer service! The staff was helpful and kind. The manager Hashim was exceptionally helpful. He took time out to explain to me about the products I purchased and always available to answer my questions. He goes above and beyond to make customers feel special and happy!

Just had an awesome experience at Mr. Tire. My sister had an encounter with one of the infamous potholes that took her tire out...on a holiday weekend! Her "special" tire was not readily available anywhere and had to be special-ordered. She called Mr. Tire and Hashim was very truthful letting her know the best and worst case scenario regarding when the replacement might happen. He and his staff were very knowledgeable, pleasant and professional.It turns out the best case scenario happened! The tire was totally replaced in about 24 hours from when the initial call was made! The technician did her thing and we were ready to roll in about an hour or so. There was a lunch break in there and that's fair.If you have a need for a tire repair, replacement, oil change, or state inspection, no need to look anywhere else! Mr. Tire of Broomall is the place to go!

I wrote a review about 5-6 weeks ago, but I don't see it. So...I had the best experience with Mr. Tire Auto Service Centers in Broomall, PA! The sales manager, Joe, was great. I must have talked to him 3 times on the phone before making my decision to go with them. Joe answered all my questions, sent quotes and didn't pressure me. This was my first time making an appointment here and the store manager Hashim personally called me the night before to go over pricing and service. I'd never experienced that before with any other dealerships. The service was top-notch I plan on only using them going forward.

Working with the staff of this shop was the best experience I ve had with a Mr. Tire. The manager, Joe Bremme, is personable, knowledgeable, helpful and fair which are very hard attributes to find in this industry. He was detail oriented and helped get my Lexus where she needed to be while I was traveling out of state. Highly recommend this shop for all of your tire/rims/brake job needs!

Broomall, PA Location:They were open on the 4th of July (which I was thankful for but feel bad about, everyone deserves to rest and enjoy the holidays) and were able to get me in and out with a patch on my tire that was leaking air in about 30 min.The gentleman who received me at the counter and the technician provided 5 star service in terms in pricing, courtesy, and overall professionalism again while they were working on a national holiday.One of my other tires has low tread and will need to be replaced soon. I will go out of my way to take my business here and recommend them to others.

Hashim, the store manager, went above and beyond to help me today. He got me in right away due to a flat tire. The tire needed to be replaced. My children were with me. He put on a movie to entertain them while we waited and even showed my 7 year old how to change the tire. He was kind and friendly during the visit. The tire needed to be delivered from another location and the service was completed within the day.

Joe Bremme was very helpful and accommodating. He put me at ease right away being that I hit a curb and caused an instant flat tire very close to the Mr Tire. He got my car to the shop, put the spare tire on and ordered a new tire in less than a 1/2 hour. The next day, he called as promised. I went back and my new tire was on in 15 mins. He made the whole bad situation a good experience. Thank you for the great customer service.

I like the Broomall Mr. Tire and will be back and recommend it.Joe took a pragmatic view of the repairs needed, recommending what was immediately needed and what to look for in the future. The closing invoice listed all of his guidance so that I would have it for future reference. The store is neat and clean and the work I needed was done well and cost effectively. I'm happy to provide an endorsement. I've had several visits over the years with different vehicles and all have been referenceable.
