Lou Pace Auto Body is the most honest shop in the area. I've had two cars repaired in the last 3 months - in both cases, the team did a fantastic job, the work was completed faster than promised that the price was completely fair. I highly recommend Lou Pace Auto Body to anyone who requires body work on their vehicle.

Would love to rate high, and realize I am in the minority...but I have to wonder what happened. I visited several weeks ago for an estimate for some minor damage. Received email of quote so I could share with neighbor who damaged my car. Replied back to confirm- then nothing. Several calls to leave voicemails and 3 emails and still nothing...crickets. Guess my job was too small to be bothered with...oh well. Seems like a nice guy, but being ignored kinda sucks. God bless.

Dennis was outstanding. Not motivated to price gouge just repair your vehicle which is uncommon these days. Highly recommend.

I am retired from the Philadelphia Police Department and live in Philadelphia. I take my business to Lou Pace. It s rare to find quality work and honest people in the auto body business. That is why I make the trip to Lou Pace. Excellent work, great staff and quick turnaround.

Am so happy I used Lou Pace Autobody! Hit a tree stump, tree stump won. So needed to replace the quarter panel around the wheel/well. It's an old car, and only made for two years so I knew parts would be hard to find. Other mechanics I had sought out told me "no" because the car was too old. But when I called Lou he said "If there's a part out there, I will find it." And that was what I wanted to hear! He did the work and found the part and beautifully repaired the damage. It looks like it did pre-crash; the colour is a perfect match. And despite the part taking time to find/get, the repairs were quick. They checked for any other damage that wasn't visible from the outside. (Thankfully there wasn't any.) If you've an older vehicle, a classic car, or just looking for a trustworthy, reliable Auto Body Specialist, GO TO LOU PACE AUTOBODY!Services: Body & Trim, Auto body & trim replacement

I want to thank Lou and his employees for a great job that was done to my 2014 Black Ford Escape .When I got to the shop, I went strait to the office ,when I went to my car I was very happy to see the workmanship done to it ,plus they also cleaned the car in and out. My car looks brand new, I will highly recommend Lou's Auto Body to anyone. Again thank you Lou and your employees for a outstanding job on my car. We have previously taken my son's Nissan Versa car for repair with Engine light on. We got excellent services at very reasonable prices. The crew is very friendly and entertaining. Recently I took my Toyota Rav 4 with a piece hanging at the back after I bumped on to a rock of snow. It was replaced immediately and for free since no parts were required. The interaction with the crew reminded me there is still a lot of good people in this world!Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim

Wow, what a great shop. I am repairing a car in my free time that needed a bumper cover painted. A small part that would only charge me a small amount to paint. Despite the small cost, they treated me extremely well and I never felt like I was wasting their time. They had an incredibly quick turnaround getting the part back to me the very next day. Hopefully, I will have larger projects for them in the future.

No one wants to have to go to a body shop. It means that your vehicle has been in an accident, and who wants that? But by bad luck, our family had two vehicles in accidents recently.After checking reviews in my area, I suggested that my daughter (whose car had been hit while parked in Media) take her Jeep to Lou Pace. Well, long story short, they took over everything, worked with the insurance company, got my daughter set up with a rental car and when they were done, her Jeep looked as good as new! The work was absolutely invisible.Next up, my wife had an accident in her Hyundai. No one hurt, thankfully, but the front was damaged. Same story - they took over everything, got the insurance company information that they had overlooked and fixed the car so that you would never notice that it had been damaged. Another one like new.This would be great by itself, but I have to add that the people that we worked with there, Barbara in the office and Lou, are fantastic. They care about their customers, they are committed to doing a good job and making sure that your insurance lives up to their obligations.If you need body work, this is the place. Highest possible recommendation.

We couldn't be happier with the outcome of our van after Lou fixed the rust spots and painted it. He was easy going to deal with and very fair in pricing. His staff is welcoming. I fully recommend Lou Pace Auto Body to anyone looking for body work.

Lou has been doing my auto body repair since I started driving. My parents have used him since I can remember. His work is excellent and I wouldn t trust my auto body repair to anyone else. Thanks Lou for always doing a great job!

Not like any other body shop, or car repair, experience I have ever had. To have a proprietor try to save you money and get creative and even artistic to make your car look right again, to keep price and labor down, is unheard-of. That was my experience at Lou Pace, I highly recommend them.

I used to take my car to the shop recommended by the insurance co. All of my work will go to Lou Pace.Everyone there is great from the lady that answers the phone to the accountant. They could not be more accomodating and professional.The car was finished when promised and it looked great.Just take a look at all of the thank you cards from happy customers in the office.I am happy I took my friends advice and went to Lou Pace

Had a leak on passengers side under glovebox. 3 yes THREE dealerships told me basically "sucks to suck, we dont know what's wrong here". Meineke figured out theres been a problem in the past through the subaru data base (i love how Rafferty subaru couldn't figure that out and sent me away wasting my time) and said they couldn't fix it but Lous auto could. They gave me a TSB to show Lous and they took care of it with great customer service in between. All the rain we've had since then, and no leak. I'll go here for car problems anytime I'm in the area

Beautiful work. My car had been hit and the bumper torn off. You can't tell it wasn't the original bumper, looks great.
