Took my car here for brake issues , said it was the brake pump , they replaced it , a week later happened again this time is was sensor , 2 weeks later happened again took my car to the dealership for them to tell me a 300$ fix turned into a 3,100 $ fix , took my car to brookhaven auto for them to tell me the same thing the dealership said, not to mention they both said who stuck it on my car , the only people who ever touched my car was this place , so had my car towed back to the dealership and have now been without a car for 3 weeks , they simply was very rough and non observant on how they put the brake pump on my car and the brake pump shattered all into my engine cam shaft. Very arrogant , have gave my husband very uncomfortable feelings has if they don't like working on our vehicles as well as as if we're interrupting them . We have been going there for years , gave them a call after I received the ungodly terrible news about my car and there response was just awful . Never again. Lost me and my family's

I've been taking my car to Upland Auto Services for four years and I've always been pleased with their service! They are friendly, fast and most importantly, honest! As a female who knows nothing about car repairs, I've never believed I was being taken advantage of, and their prices are very reasonable! I highly recommend!

On 1/21/2023 I took my vehicle in for inspection. I went home and brought my wife s car back for an inspection tool . After I arrived back home I realized the expiration date written on the inside of the sticker was incorrect (1/2023 instead of 1/2024). So, I went back and explained to the owner s son and he stated he would handle it. When I got back in my car, they wrote a big 4 over the 3 and stated I could have done this myself. I returned back on Monday morning, trying to explain and their attitudes were nasty. Yelling, banging on desk. I was confused because I didn t write the wrong date. I needed the date fixed because Uber denied the original picture due to the scratched out date.Service: Vehicle Inspection

My mom recommend me to this mechanic. By far the best service I've had at any mechanic. Not only was the service fast, but they provided it at a reasonable and affordable price. Good quality work, no upsell or BS, and incredibly nice people!

What a great shop!! I came in last minute to get my mustang inspected and they took me right in. Extremely professional and friendly staff and best of all their prices are awesome. I will return for more work when needed and will be sending my friends and family from now on... This place I would deff recommend especially for someone who doesn't want to be ripped off or takin advantage of. Ron and his team are dependable and honest with fair prices. I trust them completely and have never been let down. Easy to get to also even thou I'm coming from Delaware. .

I found upland auto through my guys at a truck outfitters I work at. I had been quoted a couple of different prices for inspection on my 95 bronco ranging from 125 to over 200! Having just moved from Philly to Brookhaven I was looking for a reliable shop to handle any work I'm not able to do myself (which is very little) yet I don't like giving my baby to just anyone. They run a tight ship over there. Very helpful and perfessional. I was checked on a couple of times while waiting. With all being said and done I was charged a little over 50 bucks!. I couldn't believe it. I now found my go to shop for any and all my needs. And I will be sending all my love workers and family their from now on. You guys rock thanks.Kyle Engelke.

I love Upland Auto in Upland, PA! Ron knows what's wrong with my vehicle before he even looks at it, all I did was explain what it was doing he knew what it was right away. Other shops couldn't figure it out. I have taken my vehicles to him several times and ALWAYS leave satisfied. He is reasonable, excellent service and staff! You can't go wrong with Upland Auto Service. Btw, my husband will be calling you today about doing some work on his pickup. Thank you for being the best trustworthy mechanic in the area.

This is the most unprofessional auto mechanic I have experienced in my years of driving. They quoted me prices and when I checked with a local shop, they were extremely high. The office manager Stephanie was rude, and didn't seem to care for my business. The shop was RC Mobil just up the road. They will be getting my business from now on. Avoid Upland Auto at all costs! Save yourself the headache.

Upland Auto I love going there they don't beat you over the head with prices they have a new lady there and she is very nice when you call or come there and I never had any complaints with anything they have done that my spot now

Their scam artist ..my wife couldn t wait for me to get home and decided to go there to try to get her tags knowing her check engine light was still on so of course they took her money and act like they hooked it up to a machine just to see if the check engine light was on and take her money and tell her to leave with nothing no good people!!!!! Took 4 new tires there to be mounted and balanced. Didn't realize they don't stand behind their work. Was yelled at because they were busy, even though it was my 3rd time there to find out why 2 tires kept going flat. As a female and veteran this treatment was unnecessary and very unprofessional. Went around the corner to Pep Boys and they fixed the problem. Bad valve stems. Avoid the hassle, go somewhere else!

I had an electrical issue that I took to two other local shops and no one could figure it out. I took my car to Upland Auto Service today and problem fixed! Very reasonable! I'll take all my service to them for now on.

I went there to get an inspection on my 2014 mitsubishi car, and the owner tried to change my brakes without me knowing, and my pads and shoes have a lot of life left on them,, especially the shoes,, i have 50,000 miles on a 3 year old manual car,, my shoes would normally last 200,000 miles,,, and the pads was not bad when i did change them, also the mechanic put my wheels on my car using more than 300 foot pounds on his air gun, i know because i have a 300 foot pounds tourqe wrench,,, then the owner kept saying, we use 100 foot pounds,, and yet im a 215lbs grown man, and was breaking tools trying to take my wheels off,,, im reporting them to the bbb,, and going to file a case,, i have my pads, and video of when i did them yesterday ... So you guys tried to scam the wrong guy. See yall soon.
