I've used them twice over the years and the service is consistently great. Easy from start to finish. They worked with my insurance and arranged a rental car. They kept me informed of the status and met the completion date provided when I dropped the car off. My car looks great and repair was completed quickly.

I took my 2012 Dodge Challenger (white with stripes) to Ed s and it took them 7 days to fix the dents which is really fast because other body and collision shops were saying a few weeks to fix my car. I m so happy with the work and I m recommending ANY OF MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY to Ed s. Involved in a minor fender bender. Dropped the car off on a Tuesday morning and it was ready by Thursday afternoon! The staff here are friendly, helpful and provide attention to detail. The car looks good as new.

I dealt with Ed's Auto Body after I was in an accident recently and they were great. They walked through the estimate with me, they clearly explained there may be additional damages we couldn't see, they even called Enterprise for me to get me picked up to get my rental car, and they called Enterprise to return the car for me when my repair was done.They were very communicative and open through the process, I was honestly surprised by how many texts I got with updates. They also gave an honest estimate of when it would be done and I ended up getting my car one day earlier than estimated.I hope I don't have to come back here again, but if I do get into another accident, it's Ed's all the way for repairs.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Ed s was fantastic from start to finish. Every person I spoke with along the way was friendly and attentive. They kept me well informed of the status of my repairs. And most importantly, they take pride in their work! The insurance company originally approved an after market part which did not properly fit the vehicle. They worked directly with the insurance company to get a manufacturer part approved. Now you would never be able to tell that my car had been hit! My car looks good as new and these folks were awesome to work with. They kept me up to date on their progress and did a fantastic job. This handsome crew of professionals did an amazing repair job on my 1998 BMW. I am thoroughly impressed. After my car was in an accident, I was very skeptical if it could be saved but after the repairs, my car looks brand new! They were very efficient and knowledgeable. We brought our vehicle to Ed s for auto body work after having an accident. Ed and Danny were incredibly professional and responsive. And their craftsmanship and attention to detail to repairing the car was outstanding. They replaced the entire front panel of the car and repaired the door as well. I drove out of state to get my vehicle repaired here because I was told the service was really good. But to me, the customer service was excellent !!! I dropped my vehicle off on a Monday, and he said it would be ready in 3-4 days, but it was ready in 2 days. Josh and his crew are awesome! I totally recommend this company to anyone who wants excellent service!!

What's the use of having an online form for requesting an appointment/estimate if no one is going to read it and contact the vehicle owner? I waited about a week before posting this comment, so I gave them more than enough time, its obvious that no one has any intention of contacting me.

Very satisfied with this company ! They had my truck towed from Georgetown Delaware to their shop in Brookhaven Pa . Had it fixed in a week and a half ! Before Christmas when everyone in Delaware said they couldn't fix it until February ! This shop was a life saver to my family ! Thank goodness I found them !
