This auto repair operation is truly outstanding. Their mechanics do a thorough, skillful and professional job. The customer service they provide would be difficult to beat. They drove me home and picked me up when the job was finished. If you're looking for a repair facility you can depend on and trust for quality work and excellent customer service - look no further, this is the one.

Went in for just an oil change and an inspection, plus a little extra work. Guys at the front desk were great, and the work was done timely. Plus they actually called when it was done, which is not what a lot of other places around the area do. Will definitely return for future work.

1st time / and it won t be my last/ first conversation with the staff, kevin was very knowledgeable / about cars and didn t wanna see me waste money on unnecessary repairs/ / thought my transmission was going come to find out / my ex mechanic shop didn t put enough transmission oil when they changed/ it // and they also fix a few other things/ / didn t cost me an arm and a leg.. price are very reasonable

My first visit ! My car was diagnosed and I realized the repair wasn t covered by my warranty. I was undecided how to proceed. So I agreed to continue with the repair. Then I called back and said - don t repair. I called back again and gave the go ahead to repair. Thru the entire process ( and I was a pain) the staff was pleasant and very understanding. My car was repaired by AMF and it rides beautifully. They even added in a few extra free services for which I am thankful. I am a very satisfied customer and will return again (hopefully not soon) !!

New customer via AAA Approved Repair Shops recommendation . Made appointment online via AAA, but apparently there was a little snafu with that. Kevin accommodated me with no problem. Explained some upcoming maintenance suggestions for my 6 year old car. AMF was very thorough in their scheduling process, their communication throughout the wait and in providing quality service both on the vehicle and in customer service. It has always been a pleasure taking our Honda here. They are Customer-Centric which is refreshing in times where it's usually all about money. No pressure to do repairs even if detrimental but instead educate you on the risk you are taking by delaying the repair. So ProfessionalFor the first time since I began using AMF to service my aging 2001 Nissan Maxima, I scheduled my appointment on-line. The scheduling interface was easy to use and I received confirmation of my requested date and time in short order. The night before the scheduled service date, I dropped the car and the key off at the AMF service facility and hoped for the best. The best is exactly what I got. I was contacted the next day by phone when we reviewed my service options and decided on a course of action. By 4:30 that afternoon, confirmation that my car was ready for pick-up arrived by cell phone. The service charge for all of this was incredibly low and it is hard to imagine a more expeditious automotive service experience. No unneeded service charges were applied to the bill as happens with so many independent service stations, everything was done in a professional manner, and the cost for everything was at most minimal. To my mind, AMF is a true automotive service treasure that I am pleased to recommend.Service: General repairs & maintenance

This place is great. I went in for a headlight that was out and they took care of it fast. I was amazed at the price. I assumed it would cost so much more because the light kept constantly going out. Not only did they fix the light they put air in both of my back tires, put air in the spare and gave me a nice little booklet to put my insurance and registration card in. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Starting having transmission issues with my 2005 MDX that has over 271k miles on it! Kevin and his team efficiently diagnosed and resolved the issues taking the time to explain (in layman terms) their progress along the way. My car literally broke down in front of their store and they were able to take my car in immediately without a appointment. They were very knowledgeable, honest and very thorough. I would definitely recommend them to all my friends and family. Thank you AMF team!

This was my first visit. I was completely satisfied and very pleased with their work and customer service. They also have this awesome website that gives you all the info about your visit and much more about your car. Loved it! I will DEFINITELY be back for the continued service of my cars!

Fantastic Service! My car is 11 years old and as a woman I used to always stress about getting my car repaired - not with AMF - they are professional and explain in easy to understand terms - waiting room and restroom are super clean - free coffee, water, candy and cookies while you wait!

AMF saved the day for me. I was locked out of my car and they were able to get me back on the road in minutes. AAA and Roadside assistance would have taken hours. I will definitely consider bringing my cars back for repairs and highly recommend them based on this experience.

Great group of guys and will go beyond the call of duty to make sure your car is perfect and will pick you up and drop you off in a ??mile radius. I LOVE SONNY, KEVIN AND the mechanic with the long hair. Very nice Gents.

Thorough and caring staffThank You guys & gals for a wonderful first service at AMF Auto Clinic!First, I want you to know I missed my appt due to a family emergency so I completely forgot all about my oil change! They sent a follow up text, which created a visual reminder. Great way to get customer in the door! Its great service from the small things (It can only get better) they were courteous, helpful, and knowledgable.Recommended to anyone who is looking for honest, efficient, and skilked automotive technicians. Resonable prices!

Sonny and Kevin are the best. They never treat me like I am "just a woman who doesn't know anything about cars". They let me know what is wrong and give me options to fix it. My car is always ready when promised. I have used other mechanics before but I will not use any other from now on.

Been going here since I had my first car. I'll never go anyplace else. Yeah the price might be slightly higher, but your paying for good service and having the work done right. So if I have to pay just a hair more for that i'll do it every time. They are honest with what they say even though it might hurt to here. If they feel something is truly wrong with your car they tell you ASAP. The level of detail with provide you is great to. The invoice they print out for you has the work done, the work needed and somethings they think you should have done. All the guys are super cool. Oh and the biggest thing that makes me come back. The CLEANEST bathroom in an auto shop I have EVER seen. lol That right there makes it worth it no matter what.

Very polite. But, that is about it. I had oil leaking from the bottom of my car. I took it to them to see what was going on. They looked (few hours) called me to come get it, told me that there was nothing wrong with it. (Said that the last oil change that i got probably didn't put the plug in all the way) They charged me $55. MY CAR IS STILL LEAKING!!!!

Had my wife's car towed to amf. Car was misfiring and check engine light was on. Expected a large bill. Kevin calls and says a part that that they installed 7 months ago failed and the repairs are free. There is nothing that beats an honest repair shop. Amf always takes care of me. They stand by there work!!!

1/2/2019Needed State inspection on my vehicle and since AMF Clinic has online access to make schedule appointments. I took advantage of this especially during the holidays when I knew they were closed. Making things much easier having online appointment access. Brought my vehicle in for inspection they kept me posted on certain things on my vehicle that needed attention. While I was waiting watching TV and good cup of coffee. They always give me a peace of mind that they go that extra mile in keeping my vehicle safe for the roadways.The other key factor that is most important to me and my family. I know for a fact that we have well maintain vehicles....Thanks to AMFKeep up the great work it truly pays off in the long run.I highly recommend at least trying AMF auto clinic and give them your feed back.......HAPPY NEW YEAR....9/11/2018AMF is more than just an Automotive Clinic, its the people that work for AMF that are very dedicated. Without question in my mind they always give me a piece of mind everytime I bring my vehicles to be Serivced or Maintained or even in a pitch to go over my vehicle to make sure its running top notice.Im one that waits for my vehicle to finish. Even tho they offer to take me home while they work on my vehicle. But I always enjoy the stay while watching TV or reading. Something about their atmosphere words can't explain. You have to check them out if your looking for honest top quality work. I only deal with the best. Sonny and his team truly have a good sold team.They never leave me without knowing about my vehicle. They put this beautiful report together to keep me informed of not only the work they did. But anything that the manufacturer are responsible for. Such as recalls, which we all know most vehicle manufacturers never keep their customers informed.Thanks again for all you do.Year ago....Had a problem with my vechicle and they were able to figure out it was my alarm system going bad which was installed years ago by Toyota third party which no long supports alarm. AMF gave me a lead to Manley's company and in no time brand new system solved all problems.

The Highest Compliment AMF would like to Receive is the Referral of your friends, and family....I would suggest not to even waste your time. Like many of the other one star reporters my interact is very much similar. Starting with the diagnostic check, I had my vehicle repaired...or at least I thought it was repaired, several days later the issue returned. I brought it back to them and they diagnosed it with completely new problems. If honor and integrity matters to you, you are surely NOT going to find it here.

My family has lived in Brookhaven since the 80 s and have been going to AMF since the 90 s. All friendly and really get to know you. They explain everything so you can understand. Your car is running like new after. Sonny and Kevin are great always!
