Well Mavis has a new customer for life. Joe and Ed were so kind and I could not be more happy with how they made me a priority! With all the work my car ended up needing, they got it all done in a day!! It s really great that some companies still care about customer service.

I just have to say I had a great experience at Jack Williams this time around! The front desk staff helped me find the exact tire I needed and within my price range. They even helped find discounts for me. I had 4 tires put on and a wheel alignment by the best ever Luke! Definitely give them another try if you haven't recently.

Good service and good advisement, give you options when it comes to repairs, and are upfront with how much it ll cost you. The fellas take good care of the car itself, returning it just clean as when I left it with them. Trevor was a great help, thank you.

Re: the old Jack Williams near the Dollar General... My experience wasn't pleasant a few months ago as far as customer service goes.The phone rang as I stood there at the desk and they took the phone caller first as you're left there waiting to be helped. Then one of the older men who I talked to at the desk had an attitude and thinks it is ok to talk about customers behind their backs. I saw it in the garage. If you don't care about being treated with rudeness, go here. Hopefully things change though.

Great repair shop!! Great location right on 209 in brodheadsville you can not miss it. The service manager and counter people are very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. The manager goes above and beyond to get your car in, out and done right. The technicians are fast, friendly, and do great work. Thanks Jack Williams/Mavis for a great experience. Two up!! SEE YOU SOON!!!!

I visited Mavis in Brodheadsville, the old Jack Williams, twice this week. The first time was an ok experience, but I rated it high on the survey. That was only thanks to the young man, Trevor, whose customer service was great. I returned today to get an oil change and tires rotated on a second car. I was told by Joe that they don t take appointments for oil changes - it s first come first serve. That was Joe s first lie. I checked my car in at 8:33 AM. There were 3 people ahead of me so I told Joe I would step out and be right back. I returned a little later than I wanted at 9:10. I lost my spot and 2 other people were ahead of me - I own that, that was due to me leaving. While I waited for about an hour and a half another gentleman had arrived after me. His name was Joe, I know this because I heard him talk to Joe the manager about what a great name they had. The two people ahead of me left and yet my car was still parked outside. Then, the gentleman who arrived after me was told his car was ready. I asked Joe, the manager, to explain to me why my car is still parked outside and this gentleman's car who came after me was done. He got an oil change as well. He told me that he arrived before me - lie number 2 from Joe. I told him to check the cameras and asked how would I know his name if I wasn t there when he was checking in. Joe gave me a song and dance and never apologized. Terrible service! I asked for my keys and told him I was calling the corporate office. The corporate office was helpful and scheduled an Appointment for me at the Mavis down the road on 209. Yes, that s right they do make appointments for oil changes. The old Jack Williams customer service is terrible.

Great customer service I took my truck for a front end alignment and was in and out within 20 mins! Employees working there are very knowledgeable and respectful would definitely go back for more services in the future! Keep up the good work guys!

Fast friendly service, have no complaints about them. Was there 8:00 in the morning for four tires and I was out by 10:00 and I was very happy with the service

My truck wouldn t start on one of those cold days last week. I immediately knew it was the battery. I jumped the battery and drove it to Jack Williams to drop it off for a battery replacement. They were quick to get my truck in and looked at, but I was not expecting a call from service stating I needed a new Alternator. Which he was quick to tell me you wouldn t understand the type of Alternator needed and quoted me $1100 all in the same breath. Little does this man know, I worked and raced cars my entire life so I know a few things. I guess being a woman, he assumed I would be dumb and just went with what he said. What this gentleman also didn t know is that I have a warranty on my vehicle. I refused service and went to get my vehicle from their lot. I drove it next door to the Chevy dealer and they indeed verified it was the battery and replaced it for $400. Jack Williams wasted my time, tried to rip me off, and according to other reviews, like to take advantage of women. My family and I have been a loyal customer for decades, and I can say you will never get a dime out of us again. Do better!

Clearly something is wrong at this Jack Williams tire and auto service location. I was not going to post a review until I read Angelica C's review and I also was mistreated at this particular store.(beginning to think it's because we are women)On September 2, I took my Land Rover in for a flat. I was told I needed to purchase 2 tires. However, when I left, my tire light was still on so I immediately turned around and went back. A gentleman behind the counter explained to me that my car is self-learning and that the tire light will go off after driving a specific amount of miles, over a specific MPH. I believed the gentleman and I left again. After driving on the highway, my car's tire light did not go off, and other warning lights on my car's dashboard started to light up!I returned to the Jack Williams location, and they finally had someone physically inspect my car. It turns out that they had my tire pressure at between 30 and 35 PSI but my car tires are rated for 50 PSI. The gentleman behind the counter stated the warning lights were simply because the tire pressure was low. They then put the correct amount of air in my tires. I got a simple apology and I left.However only the air pressure light went off on my dashboard. All the other warning lights were still coming on. I went back again, and I was then told, that they didn't do anything wrong for a second time. I leave very confused, and as I'm driving on the interstate, my car literally stops on me. I was terrified because a large truck almost hit me, and my infant! I called them up and explained the situation and they told me for a third time that it was nothing that they did and a gentleman tells me that I probably need to take it to Land Rover, or the dealership.I made arrangements to take it to Land Rover, and there they discovered that this Jack Williams location put the wrong tires on my car.When I called to tell the Jack Williams location the situation, they said they were unaware of that being possible! They insisted that the rating of the tire would not have anything to do with what was going on with my car. Land Rover told me that if someone would have simply looked at the panel on the inside of the door, they would have known the correct tires and air pressure.Clearly someone is not doing their job. Not only did I feel very brushed off the several times that I did return, and call, they have yet to rectify my issue. I was told to bring the tires back, and that they would refund me for my tires. Meanwhile, while my car is at Land Rover and the correct tires are being installed, I got a call from someone claiming to be the manager of the location, (this was someone different than the gentleman I spoke with in person claiming to be the manager ) and he told me that I would need to take my car away from the Land Rover dealership, to a Mavis someplace in New Jersey.I stated I was not comfortable driving the car with the tires they had put on it and that it was unsafe. I then told him that they put the wrong tires on my car, and I could have been killed with my child. He then told me to bring the tires back to the location and he would rectify the issue. I returned the tires to the store and I was told that they needed to bring it up to their corporate office before I would get my money back! I have yet to receive my refund!I am posting this on September 17th.

I came in here for 3 tires and I left with 4 an oil change and a wheel alignment. The best part is that the price I paid was excellent and I will be coming back to service my other vehicles. Kapeel was awesome and never made me feel pressured for any of the services provided. That's important to me because I walk right out that door when I feel like there is pressure selling happening. Check them out. Ask for Kappel and he will definitely look out.

This is no longer a Jack Williams. It is now a full-fledged Mavis discount tire. I've had nothing but bad experiences from the Mavis right up the road and now they're bringing their awful customer service and business practices to this location. Absolute shame because Jack Williams was always pretty good with quick repairs.

Ed was amazing! He made me feel like he actually cared. My bill was a lot and he explained everything in a way I could understand. Kapeel checked me out when I got there to pick up my car. He was also very helpful and professional. They are both an asset to the team! I will definitely be returning.

Great Experience!!!Kapeel and Trevor really hooked me up. No one wanted to fix my flat. On a whim I pulled in and said to myself, "give them a shot, maybe I'll be lucky. Sure enough the tire tech Vinney plugged my tire and balanced it. Thank you Mavis tire 1480. Usaved me

Kapeel was the service person that took care of me. I caught a flat was stranded and couldn t get the wheel bolt off. Not only did they get the bolt off but he gave me a great sale price on the tire. Deff recommend going there

I was broke down on 476 South and was towed to J W. I was greeted with absolute concern and willingness to help us. We were 2 hours from home. Everyone at the facility helped calm me and reassure me that they would repair my wheel. This was not a tire repair. This was a wheel hub issue with a broken lug stud. Eventually replacing the whole hub the mechanic was extremely knowledgeable and made the corrections that were perfect. Extremely grateful to all at J W for a job well.done.

I am very happy with the experience here at Jack William s Tire and Auto Service Center. I was happy with the friendly customer service with Kapeel. I came for an oil change and tire rotation. The mechanics there were great and did a good job with my vehicle. I am happy I discovered this shop. It s local and superior to some other shop s in the area that I have been to.

Came in for some tires and had an issue with the lugs. They were able to remove the lugs without damaging the wheel. Come to find out I had a cracked wheel. Ordered the wheel and came back to a quick swap for little to no money. Thanks! Truly appreciate it.
