After dealing with the Craigslist crowd and Facebook marketplace this was a welcome change. The process was easy and I was happy with the price that I got. Payment fast as promised. Will definitely use next time I have to sell a vehicle.

Worst experience ever. After days of paperwork, shifting insurance, paying for shipping, etc., I go to pick-up my car. One of the 2 keys doesn't work and there is a huge warning light on the dash that indicates a power steering failure. Couldn't drive the car. Couldn't take the car. I am out hundreds of dollars and a lot of time. Inexcusable and unacceptable. So much for the 150 point inspection. Oh, and the salesman told me I could take the car and just get the steering fixed on my own or, Carvanna would have to come and get it and ship it to their repair facility. It could be back in a week or so. I asked, "how am I going to get home". He said, I don't know. Canceled the deal. Got my car back. Now I have to do a mountain of paperwork to close all of this out. Stay away. THE CAR WAS UNDRIVABLE. THEY WERE TRYING TO GET ME TO TAKE A CAR THAT WAS UNSAFE AND PAY FOR $5,000 IN REPAIRS. I'm sure the response from Carvana will be another cut and paste answer. Please see the other complaints about this site

Best car buying experience I have ever!!! Had my car got delivered today! And everything went amazing super sweet rep and explained everything to me and my finance! Super happy with my car works great drives great and looks great! Can t wait to get off work to go for a ride!!!!! Ahhhh got my dream car! Nissan Altima 2022!!!! Thank you Carvana!!!!!! Keep shining!!!!

We had a lovingly taken care of 2017 Mazda 6 that we found ourselves no longer in need of. Comparing this experience against a trade in and other online options, Carvana's online form was quick, simple, and comprehensive. Within less than 20 minutes we had a quote to sell our car at Kelly Blue Book! They offered to either come pick up the vehicle for a small fee or to allow us to drop it off at a Carvana location. We chose to drop it off and avoid the pickup fee. Normally having been conditioned to plan for anything car related to take hours, we blocked off Saturday morning to deal with this. We were pleasantly shocked to be in and out in under 10 minutes with the payment electronically delivered that following Monday! What a great experience overall in time, sale price, friendliness of the employees, and convenience. Will certainly look to sell my car to Carvana in the future!!

Great experience! I wasn't sure what to expect never having go through this process, but thought I'd give it a try - if it didn't work out, put the car back into the garage and move on. But, what an easy process you make it. Your offer was fair and pleasing. I didn't have to try to sell it myself, have people come to the house, take it for test drives and go through the same process for everyone. I would do it all over again and have been telling everyone how smooth of a process you've made it. Your driver showed up earlier than scheduled, professional and pleasant to work with. He drove the car onto the flatbed and drove away and we had a check in hand.

A shockingly easy and refreshing process for selling a vehicle. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes with a fair price given for the vehicle. The staff were friendly and professional. Great experience over the typical "dealership" hassle you can go through. Would recommend!

I found the exact car that I was looking for online after months of searching. I made the $100 deposit to be first in line for when it it posted. I absolutely hate shopping for cars. This entire experience was spectacular, a dream come true. The service was great, wound up being so much fun. A lot of people have reservations about Carvana but if you are fed up with used car salesman, this is the way to go! I hope they keep growing and expand because they have changed the game! I cannot recommend Carvana enough. Highly recommended!

I give Carvana 5 . I would delete a star and make it 4 but they exceeded above the one negative experience which was a rude customer service rep. Honesty and transparency definitely kept me as a customer. Not only did I get an excellent customer experience and I got the car of my dreams. Carvana staff ( besides one rude one) has went above and beyond and satisfied all my concerns. Thank you for one of the best car buying experiences ever!!! The car I purchased came from a state other then Pa. So it needed inspected at my cost. I did read the fine print. I got it inspected and it passed with flying colors. My old plate was transferred to the new vehicle and registration was on paper in hand at pick up. This is after the initial vehicle I wanted to purchase was delayed for a month. Transparency with the issue with the first vehicle of choice kept me as a buyer. I was ready to look else where but Keoni saved the day and my dreams. Thank you Carvana!!!

I'd give 100 stars if I could!! The buying experience was easy online, trading in my car, etc. I picked up my car at this location from Walter at night and that experience was also great. He was kind, attentive to all the customers, and made it a pleasant experience. The next day, in the light, I noticed minor things with the car that I didn't see the previous night. I was stressed going back, even during my first 7 days, that'd they would give me a problem since I didn't mention these concerns at pickup. I went back to this location, and William assisted me with my concerns. He was another incredible employee with great customer service. I don't know if it was just this location, but they are above and beyond!As for carvana, again, the experience online was very easy. The third parties who handled the paperwork online were also great. I really cannot recommend buying your next car from them enough!! Thank you!!

What a unique experience. Carvana and the vending machine takes car buying to a whole new experience. When I went inside the building, I was a little confused what to do. At the time there was noone at the reception desk and there did not seem to be an obvious thing to do. In the corner was a large screen that looked like a touch screen, but it did not seem to respond when I touched it. Eventually someone did come in to check me in and let me use the vending machine.The actual vending part is not based on a unique coin being used or anything. They queue it up and the coin just activates the process. I bought a Dodge Durango and apparently it was at the max limit for the vending machine. Multiple times it would stop in the middle of the vending process because it would trip safety measures. Eventually it was able to come down and I was able to do a look around and a test drive.The ordering process was super easy, but beware using the mobile version of the website. Some details are not as clear and there seems to be less photos when buying via mobile. Either way, everything worked out and I have a great new ride.

Don't do it! It looks great-easy-affordable...all smoke and mirrors. I felt like I worked for Carvana by the end. With all the paperwork they needed (that, by the way, is NOT needed at dealerships or used car lots) was unreal! I am not in the car sales business. I did not appreciate anything about this process. We both traded in and bought. They needed us to get insurance on the purchase before we even owned it! THEN it was delayed. Any discount offered-NOPE. The delivery charge is NOT a delivery charge, the one customer service rep told me-it's a shipping charge! Well, that explains it-my bad! The car was delayed. Took the day off to get the car-but, at the last minute they told us we couldn't pick it up as the title wasn't available yet. WHAT??? We were financing-don't need the title yet. But, had we not uploaded a picture of proof of address, driver's license, our title, the tree three doors down, the back of a form that is supposed to be blank, the neighbor's dog...the order would have been cancelled. So, by the time you do all this work you don't want to cancel-you're vested now. I think that's what they bank on.Need to talk to someone on the phone? That's possible, but you have to make this request on the computer and then hope the person understands the situation. Never the same person twice. There was nothing about this experience that made me feel like they even cared that I was a customer. The one representative even told me she was going to take me off as an authorized user of the account if I didn't stop asking about a shipping refund. SCARE me!!The person that we actually met was very nice. They don't help you learn your car, but they are pleasant.I will never even look on their website again. Not the way I want to spend 3 days of my life taking pictures of non-sense within unreasonable time frames.I'm done. Been there. Done that. Got the souvenir token. Will never do it again!

Carvana made me an offer that was based on their own resources of make and model [as equipped] and recent sales history, plus my completion of the checklist of issues [or not] the vehicle bears. Their offer was 10% more than local new vehicle dealers offered me. When discussing the Carvana offer with those dealer appraisers they both said that I would NOT get what Carvana offered via their email proposal. The locals said that Carvana would find reasons, upon inspection when I took it in the close the deal, to reduce their offer. Well- since I had been 100% honest in the checklist items and there were no undisclosed issues, I was in and out of our local Cavana facilities within 15 minutes or less with check-in-hand for exactly the "offered amount". I sure hope it was a win-win because I will contact Carvana "first" when I am ready to make a car deal again at some point down the road. I am 100% pleased with Carvana's system, upfront communications and time-efficient closing process.

Consumer sale, not a car dealer. The Selling our car was fast & easy, with a fair purchase price. Now there is no reason to list your car on Craig s List or eBay. No haggling with prospective buyers. Carvana is the new & easy way to sell your used car, or use as a trade in to buy a newer one.

I am very pleasantly surprised! Best offer I received for my car. Everything was easy, safe and fast. Communication was clear and accurate. Pick up went off without a hitch. Right on time and no issues at all. ACH Payment was fast and IN FULL. Fantastic experience!

Carvanna was wonderful from start to finish. I went online to get an offer and filled out the information needed. I was able to schedule an appointment when I needed one. It was quick, I had a cashiers check for the vehicle within 15 minutes of appointment. It was a very easy process. I believe the offer was comparable to other offers. I would recommend this to anyone selling their car, truck or SUV.

If you pay attention and do everything right it s gonna be an easy experience. The woman on the phone that verified my information when completing the order was great she was patient and knew what she was doing. My dude at the place where you pick up was also easy to talk to and knew what he was doing. I got my plate and registration when I picked up the car. There s a lotta negative reviews online and I had the complete opposite experience. I m gon be buyin the next one from here too it s more convieneient than Facebook Market-Place even.

I would 100% give them a Five star rating IF the buying experience was as easy as all the reviews said it would be.I want to start with, the options of cars felt endless. It was easy to filter what I could afford and the style and make of the car I dreamed of. WITH THAT BEING SAID:It took ME calling three days after I submitted my initial application because I was concerned with how long it was taking. It was THEN they told me my address didn t match with my DL. No biggie, easy fix BUT they should have reached out to me so this process could be completed quicker.Once that was handled, they said I would need to submit my insurance BEFORE I could get my appointment to pick the car up. The site states bring proof at pick up of insurance . So I thought I had a week to figure that out but no, I had to do it right then and there. So again, my appointment was being put on hold.After getting that settled, they told me my Chime account couldn t do ACH payments so I needed a cashiers check. That wouldn t be a problem if I had a brick-mortar bank but I do not. So finding a way to get a cashiers check was a problem, especially without a car. I had to call and ask TWICE for them to move back my pick up date due to things just not being as clear as they seem online.I love my Nissan Kicks, the sales lady at Carvana was nice and professional. I m just VERY happy this easy and simple process is over.

It was a long hard road. They didn't keep. me up to-date on the steps. They never turned on the tracking when it was supposed to be. There was a cracked in the window that they covered with a sticker, they wouldn't take care of it. It's the first day I can't take it back and the light for service tire monitor came on. If you have another option don't use carvana.

Online customer service is terrible. During the process of all the presale forms needed they help but tell you you re wrong. Then when you ask for help to fix it they don t know how to help. So they know what s wrong but don t know how to fix it. Then threaten you ll loose your car if you don t fix it but you don t know how to fix it and they aren t helping you fix it.

They sold me Chrysler 200 on October that s now in the shop needing $12000 worth of work to be safe to drive. That 150 point inspection they do is a real joke. Wouldn t recommend buying a bicycle from this joke of a dealership

Carvana is a terrible company to purchase from, flat out. They tell you that there is a 90 day, 5000 mile basic warranty they use to cover defects you may find during inspection. Hidden in there is that they only cover wear and tear items in that period for up to 45 days, 1500 miles. They also claim they will fix the problems or reimburse you. I was told this by both headquarters and the rep who helped me at the vending machine. All 4 tires on my car had dry rot. In Pennsylvania, it is at the inspectors discretion if they need immediate replacement or not. I was informed they did not need immediate replacement, but needed replaced within the year. I had a tire blow out at 55MPH while 500+ miles away from home and the tire repair shop stated it was from the dry rot. This could have gotten someone hurt or killed! Another local shop also stated that all 4 needed replaced and the dry rot was severe enough that Carvana should have caught this and replaced the tires before resale. Now I am $750 dollars down the drain for all good, new matching tires and $120 for the cheap tire that got me home from vacation. Carvana has no care for their customers at all! The $750 dollars in tires I had to put on wouldn't have even dented the profit they made from me, let alone other customers. How can you claim to care for your customers when you sell them cars with dangerous tires! And then when you argue with them, they continue to direct you to other employees that only tell you once again you are out of luck. Despicable. Steer clear of Carvana and SilverRock. Neither care about you or your shopping experience. The reviews everywhere but their biased website say it all!

Do NOT shop with carvana. Worst experience ever. They sold me an older car, band-aided the issues that were present til approximately 2 weeks(when it was to late to send it back) after my purchase, and have me already putting money out for repairs. Their warranties expire super conveniently for them. Luckily I was able to get most of my repairs done with a $100 deductible; at a mere 3 weeks before expiration.
