Stonewall took such great care of my car! My RAV4 was scraped while I was out of the country - Anthony saw me the same day I called and gave me excellent advice and pricing on repairs. They explained everything throughout and had my car back to me the day after I dropped it off. They even took the time to clean it before returning it. I had some trouble installing a dash cam after this hit and run and they helped me figure out the wiring too. The paint job matches the body exactly and it looks as good as the day I got it from the dealership.

I don't give out many 5 star reviews, but I've been meaning to give Stonewall Collision (formerly Maaco) a great review about the work that they did restoring collision damage on my low-mileage 1998 Buick. Before you say, "Weren't they Maaco? Don't they only do cheap body work?" and the answer is yes, they were Maaco and Stonewall Collision is the new franchise name but they do body work that ranges from inexpensive to just as expensive as any other shop in town - Stonewall is just able to cater to a customer's needs better than ANYONE.For me, a moron truck driver cut a corner too close and clipped my quarter panel, broke my headlamp and did some bumper damage. The insurance company for the trucker totaled the vehicle because it's a 1998 (with low, low miles). Stonewall did the job for 1/4 what the dumb insurance company for the trucker estimated it could be done for and Stonewall did an AWESOME job. Small details like remembering to match-up the pin-striping and to fade the paint are not lost on these folks that really know what they are doing. My repair job was around $1300. At another shop, especially one affiliated with a GM dealership of any kind, this repair would have totaled the car. Thanks to Stonewall, my grandmother's car lives on. I also want to thank them for being so quick - they completed the job over a week before it was expected to be finished. My wife drives this car when I am out of town on business (which is frequent). Stephanie (manager & estimator) is a pro and she knows your car probably better than you do and she alleviated a lot of my agony over the damage to my car that is sentimental to me and because I love driving it (it glides smoothly over bad PA roads). I don't have one negative word to say because the entire experience was positive. The people are nice and they do nice work at a fair price - I don't think that you can ask too much more.

Stonewall repaired my car got hit and they did an amazing job repairing it!! Stephanie was so nice and made me feel so comfortable. It was so nice to go to an auto body shop and see that it wasn t run by all men!!Did they fix my car they They washed my car, INCLUDING THE INSIDE!!! I am so grateful for them.

I brought my rare 1946 Cadillac Fleetwood to Maaco. Barry, Stephanie and Josh were very friendly. The team was able to fix atleast 12 troubled areas on my car to include some minor rust and smaller dents. Drivers fender was very wavy etc. The body work came out near perfect. Their main body/fender Roman is a true craftsman and artist. Alex the actual painter knows his stuff. So grateful for the hard work of , prepping and sanding etc. The paint job was nearly perfect. They were able to match the original firewall paint of an 78 year old car and nailed it perfect. No runs, No fish eye, or orange peal. the 2 stage base coat clear coat is my recommendation for your classic. The shine and reflection is awesome. The original color here is Antionette Blue and its gorgeous. So Happy I chose them! By the way very affordable compared to other shops. I highly recommend them. We recently had Stonewall Collision to repair front end damage on our daughter s Mazda. Not only did Stephanie and the team work us into their very busy schedule, our vehicle was repaired properly, and promptly, as well as catching a couple of safety issues to keep is safely on the road. Fair pricing as well , thank you .. very happy to recommend

Excellent customer service and quality work. We had my son s 1988 ford pick up painted and body work done. Truck looks amazing. We worked with Stephanie and she was extremely helpful and very clear with all costs and details. Highly recommend.

Office was amazing nice and helpful. 4 star's because over spray was a little much for what I was expecting. Under spray of clear coat on side mirrors and door handles leaving a sand papper in finish. If you don't want paint on it take it off. The actual paint job though was basically flawless

I loved the manager, Steph, but she can only do so much. When I couldn't reach the shop (which was most of the time, as they are VERY busy), the call center would PROMISE that they would contact the shop with my question, but Steph never got the notifications, so I would end up having to drive over there to communicate. The job is essentially finished and to my untrained eye looks great, but my husband is a cabinet finisher and he sees too many "fish-eyes" and surface scratches, which he wants buffed out.... But, I would definitely give them another chance, because they did work on my daughter's car that was was A-plus. Guessing this time was just a fluke.

Its Maaco what do you want??They did a great job on my 2003 ford ranger black!!They will only do what you want them to do and no more!There are a few fish eyes here and there and couple spots that i thought they could have done better but for the price they did a great job!!Truck is a work truck and i told them that,The body had atleast 15 dents they removed.Cant even tell there where dents.The rockers where rotted and they slapped fiberglass in there for me,Looks great!!Will last another 5 years 100k miles thats all i care about!!The paint i got was urathane with clear $899 plus the body work $2300 total.i got a $6000 estimate and $4500 estimate before this,They where going to replace the metal for that cost but this is not a show car!!Thanks Barry!! The communication was excellent but they are not knowledgeable when it comes to newer cars. They repaired my 2022 Honda CRV and told me it was done, i went to pick it up and the dashboard was all lit up. I asked the guy what was wrong and he said I don t know I asked if it was my camera and sensors, because to me that made sense, he said no. I had to figure it out myself and take it back just for them to send me somewhere else to get it fixed. I imagine they are good with older vehicles but newer cars with crash sensors and other camera things they lack the knowledge.Service: Body & Trim

This Maaco produces great quality work. I took my truck in for body work after I was rear ended, and got a vehicle that looks darn near brand new. Joe and Barry will take care of you!I was a little frustrated by how long the repair/parts took, and wished for more transparency and/or communications when parts were delayed and the timeline was moved(Tldr. Amazing quality of work, lot of delays = not their fault, not telling me about delays = mildly annoying).

Worse paint job ever. I wanted my car painted black. It's a glitter purple color. I had them fix my door and the handle is not put on collectly. It's stuck when you open it. It looks like a vacuum cleaning exploded in my vehicle. Horrible place to take your car never again. Please be careful. I will be calling a Lawyer about this Situation. I dont ever write reviews but i wouldn t recommend this place to anyone. I just needed a bumper and fender painted and installed as well as replace a grill which i provided all parts and they wanted to keep my car for 5 days. After refusing they then said itll be done in 2 days which eneded up being 3. When i picked up my car my new fender had a small dent. My grille was only half installed. My front license plate was messing that was in the front bumper. My car inside was dirty of foot prints. I had to go back to get the rest of my grille installed which they said it would take 1 hour. I had to call them after 3 hours because they were going to close and they never called me back to say it was finished. The work done on my car was the worst especially for the price. I wouldnt go to this place maybe the maaco in Allentown is better. But zero stars for this place!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Barry seemed very nice, gave a good estimate. Then went downhill. He told me 3 days to have minor repairs done to my tailgate on my pickup truck also a small dent near the rear wheel. The rear window in my cap was broke also. He had my truck 3 weeks. When I returned the old bumper was still on my truck. He told me he checked everywhere for a replacement window and could not find one. 4 days later I finally went and picked up my truck to get it out of there. They never did finish the job, paint did not match comma swirl marks in the paint. I was able to obtain my own replacement window the next day. They do not have a good business practices and they lie to you. The price was more than the original quote even though they did less work. I would never recommend this place to anyone. I have even informed my insurance company about this and to not recommend them to anyone

We had the most professional experience, from the appointment, expert estimate which was right on. They even were able to order used parts and made them look brand new. We have a 2003 Malibu that needed small dents and repainting. They matched the color perfectly and the car looked like it just came off the showroom floor. Kudos to Al and his team!!! I would recommend this Maaco site all the time.

These guys use to be a decent option for a lower cost auto body repair fix - not for the quality of their work, but for their lower cost. Both my neighbor and I used them and we both had the same issue, the repair was fine, but the paint matching was terrible. They did take the car back and improved the color, but we had to go through the hassle of not having our cars for extended periods. It would be nice if they would recognize the poor work the first time out. Even after the second paint job, the match was okay, but not great.I recently went back to them because I wanted to have a lower cost repair again and I was willing to sacrifice good color matching...This time their estimate was ridiculously high compared to other estimates I had and I know their work would be no where near as good. Go somewhere else - at higher prices, they no longer have anything of value to offer...

I brought my 06 Explorer in for dent repair and full body paint job... These guys did an Excellent job. I am extremely pleased, they matched the paint perfect and my explorer looks like a brand new vehicle... Thank you guys so much!!!!

I don't normally leave bad reviews but in this case it is warranted. We did not get work done so this review is about the customer service. We brought our car in on Saturday because the sign read free estimates with no appointments. We were told to come back on Monday which was fine. We came back on Monday to be told we had to make "arrangements" to have our car looked at. My wife was talking because it is her car. The guy didn't try to understand the problem and brushed us off saying there was no work to be done unless it didn't pass inspection. When he saw I was with her he became friendlier but started talking to me and ignored her even though it was her car and she initiated the discussion. Patriarchy and rudeness are alive and well at Maaco.

I heard a lot of great things about Maaco in Bethlehem so after my car was damaged in a severe accident I took it in. When I walked in the guy was very understanding and gave me an estimate. He explained my many options so I could choose my price. Everything was explained to me in great detail so I could make an educated decision. The price was lower than I thought it would be, that made me happy. He told me I could leave my car or come back later in the week. I chose to leave it and was given a ride home. A few days later I got the call that my car was done and I went in to pick it up. I couldn't believe it was the same car. The body work was flawless and the paint job sparkled better than it looked when I bought it off the lot. When this happens to you, and it will, go straight to Maaco, these people know what they are doing and will treat you right!

Would never recommend. Took a classic car there to be painted. Was told it would be done in about a week and a half. Got a call after about a week and a half saying it was going to take an additional 2-3 days. Called them after 3 additional days only to find out that they never even started the job and had car just sitting there for 2 weeks. Went and picked it up without having any work done. Unacceptable.

I recently had my vehicle patched and painted in the Bethlehem PA location.Barry is the manager of the store and has been for many years. A nice guy very honest upfront and is also a man of his word.. It is a busy repair shop and Barry made sure that my vehicle was fixed and ready for me in a time frame that met my agenda and requirements.
