I walked in thinking I was going to go home empty handed. But god sent me an angel and his name was Mariano. He helped me with the best options and was very polite throughout the whole process. Thanks to him me and my mom have matching cars and I ll be forever grateful for him!!

My son just purchased his 1st car from Star Auto Mall and we couldn t be happier. Mariano was our sales person and he was amazing every step of the way! We don t live local so I started this process over the phone 1 week ago today. Mariano was very attentive to my needs every step of the way. We went to the dealership today and were treated great by everyone we interacted with! I highly recommend Star Auto Mall and definitely ask for Mariano! Thank you again

Maalik was amazing to work with, we got the paperwork set up, signed, and closed a deal in almost no time at all. The background on the car they provided was incredibly thorough, and the price was amazingly competitive to boot. Highly recommend if you're in the market for a new used car!

Got my car today. Edna helped me over the phone to get me speedy service. Tom was amazing at showing me cars and getting me into the car I wanted! I wasn t the ideal candidate for a car loan, but they helped me through the whole process and got me driving off today!

Some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced and I never write negative reviews. Got my car less than a month ago and have only driven it for maybe 10 days total. Been in and out of the shop - this time for a week. Paying out of pocket for a rental car kind of defeats the purpose of buying a used car. And the communication has been the worst part of it. No help from my salesman Xavier and felt like he didn't care at all that I have a job to get to and maybe need a reliable car!

Raymond was such a good person to start and finish the process of buying a car. He had a positive attitude from the minute we walked in and was fighting for us to help us out as much as he could! I would recommend Raymond and his team any day!!

Originally, I left a 5 star review when I left the dealership. I purchased my car on Thursday, 8pm and I was very happy. By 11am the next day, I pulled into the dealership with the oil, check engine, and break lights on as well as the tire pressure light. They took it into the service center and did not speak to me or give me an eta- although I asked repeatedly, because I have work- they simply handed me my keys back and told me that there never was any check engine light after clearing it. A few hours later, 8pm that Friday, all the lights were back on. Today, I spent 5 hours at the dealership basically pleading with my dad to get something done while different employees gave us the run around, handing us off. I got the option to exchange the car, and they refused to give me an extended 3 day exchange just in case this was another lemon. This was exactly what we wanted to avoid by going to a dealership we BELIEVED was earnest and reputable. This has been very exhausting, and I do not feel like I was given an ounce of respect as a customer, and had to bring my father in to get anything done. Getting a used car that s not perfect is understandable, but being lied to my face about the check engine light and then to be given minimum priority because we had already made a purchase was unacceptable. We will not be returning. Out of all the people in that building, the only person who seemed sympathetic and doing anything at all was Mariano. He alone was the only reason we did not lose our sanity in that dealership.

I was helped out by an employee named Mariano. He was incredibly kind and knowledgeable. He made the process quick and easy and I would recommend him as well as the business if you are in the market for a vehicle.

Wow, Lei, the service person who took my call & helped me upon my arrival, AMAZING. He has a great personality, is easy to talk to, is customer oriented & went out of his way to help me and make me feel comfortable. All the employees I interacted with had pleasant personalities, making me feel welcomed. If this is the norm, I'll be a repeat customer. Thank you.

I am changing my Google review because I was conned into writing one 5 minutes after I signed my paperwork just so the salesman can get an extra $5.00. Please do yourself a favor avoid this place especially Paul and Ray!!! I purchased a Honda civic and the next day told them that I had given it some thought and preferred a more family friend car. I was open to the other options in their lot. They told me that "they wanted me happy" so they agreed to see if there was another car in their lot I wanted. I didn't like any of them. They said why don't you take the civic and if you find anything else in our website after the fact, we will give you what you paid for it and get you a vehicle you are really happy with. I called them a couple of days later about an accord... completely avoided and ignored me after several attempts. Obviously, I am now stuck with the civic. They completely scammed me. Single mother going through a divorce from an abuser and they looked at me and saw dollar signs....completely scammed me. Please avoid them.. they will most likely do the same to you... all they care about is $$$$$$ not their customers.P.S. Also they sold me the civic with dry rotted tires... i don't even know how it passed inspections (probably fake inspections). I had 2 flats within 2 weeks of the purchase. I had to replace all four tires. The car tech at Mavis even made the comment "and they sold you the car with these tires?"

I worked directly with Tom during the buying process and it was seamless. Prior to my visit he was quick getting back to me with the information I needed and I was able to come in the next day, no reservations. Overall, this was a great process. I d recommend Tom and the Star Auto Mall.

Ray (Raymond Fury) was a great not only attentive but patient with every question and or concern that i have. Went in to look at deals and cars and walked out with a beautiful 2018 chevy equinox, and an amazing deal. Fully recommend him and star auto mall for anybodies future car buying. Bought my car from this dealership, it was such an amazing experience. Money helped us up until we walked out of the lot with the vehicle. He gave me a great deal, all the information needed and got my car detailed. Very pleased with the service provided! Definitely recommend.

BETTER OFF GETTING A CAR OFF FACEBOOK!! This place has no idea how to operate a phone never mind a dealership. Sold me a car that I put 1 mile on before it shut down. My mechanic was shocked someone sold this car to me. If you have no other option but Star Auto Mall just don t go to Xavier. If you don t know who that is it s the guy with vape smoke pouring out of his mouth. Good luck to you all!

Great place! It was so much easier than my last purchase from a different dealer. Everyone from the receptionist to the financing department was awesome. The customer service was super personalized.Special kudos to Edna and Xavier!!!I love love love my vehicle!I would not hesitate to go back...they have a customer for life!

I must say this is the first dealership I've dealt with that everybody made you feel really comfortable. I had Tom Muller as my salesman he explained everything about the car that I was looking at he even asked me a couple times you don't have to buy the car cuz he thought I didn't have enough money or I couldn't get the right Finance but I knew I was going home with that car cuz I had a check from my credit union and Paul a sales manager what a great guy he is very very satisfied with my 2019 Ford Edge it was the best car within 30 Mi just remember if you need a good used car Tom Muller the guy

Hi I just purchased my 2nd vehicle from star auto mall. I had Xavier as my sales person, Edna took time while I was at work to help me find what I was looking for. Xavier was attentive and right to the point in helping me with my goals, in regards to this purchase pre-owned vehicle. I appreciate his honesty and time! Along with the other gentlemen who helped get my loan and paper work together! Thank you Xavier! For all your help and making this transaction as smooth as possible, I asked about a couple cars and test drive a couple he didn t hesitate to help bring what I was interested in. Mind you it is winter and was very cold out! Now if I can just get the service department to help that be even better with 5 stars I was told the guy to fix hole in leather seat cancelled and now I hope all things go smooth for mechanic repairs at the service shop! Thanks again love my Ford Explorer so far! Will inform others and consider making another purchase here in the future!

Asdrubal Picardo went out of his way to show me vehicles that I was interested in. I purchased a vehicle and he was great about following up with any questions I had and checked back with me to make sure I was happy with my purchase.He gets 5 stars from me!The service department gets a different rating however....3 stars. I had some warranty work done and due to bit of a mix up on their end, it took much longer than anticipated. But they provided me with a loaner vehicle and the made sure everything was done correctly.

If I could give them 0 stars I would! I bought a car a year ago from them and within 3 months the check engine that they promised to fix came back (conveniently right when my warranty with them ended) it was draining oil from day one and within a year the transmission blew and the engine is trash. I know multiple people that have gotten cars there and something is always wrong with the engine or transmission. I am putting thousands into this car that they claimed was fine. Not worth $8,000! Don t go to star auto mall!

My daughter experienced poor customer service after purchasing her car from this place. The car broke down within a day, and they were reluctant to assist. My husband had to intervene for them to replace the price of the car was $13,000. To avoid any issues, consider not buying from there.
